The carpet was so dirty we wore our shoes all the time. There were no pillow cases on the pillows when we called front desk they informed us they were out. Room was very small, not table or chairs in the room. Very disappointing for the money

The hotel was obviously under going renovations which I think caused the elevators to be unmercifully slow. Waiting 5 minutes to go down one floor because there were no convenient steps. The pool area was very nice but it could use a little more pool and a lot less deck. The breakfast was good, but the restaurant was lacking in both quality and service. Overall it was a nice stay, but for service and convenience it is way overpriced. I have stayed in nicer hotels for half the price.

Hotels.com booked my family into the Ramada Plaza wich was not accepting anymore requests and never contacted me or the hotel. They helped me set up two rooms in their sister hotel !!! Thanks for all your help !!!! A MILLION THANX !!!

The hotel itself was nice for the price we paid. The condition of the room was not; nor was the furniture. The hotel staff was extremely rude and not at all helpful. I was not directed to my room or offered any pleasantries, nor was I asked while checking out how my stay had been. They had no toiletries on hand for guests who may have forgotten to pack aomething. We were instead told to try going to a convenience store. The information about the area in the room for guests' convenience was lacking as well.

It was only 1 exit away from the CIVIC CENTER parking lot. The neighborhood was an industial location, but quiet at night.

Really bad neighborhood (chemical plants), rail road, etc. No view at all. Expensive too. Booked through hotels.com and Ramada refused to give me a receipt.

the hotel was dirty, there were holes in the wall. the tv and phone didnt work. the hotel was in a bad neighborhood. the price was outragious.

The hotel was ok for an overnight stay.. The shower was terrible though.. The water was either really hot or really cold the whole time I was in the shower. I had to step out of the water like every 2 secs

What impressed me the most was the sausage and eggs breakfast! I could have gone out and paid $15 for the great breakfast I got! Wonderful!!!

The hotel was okay I guess. It was undergoing a huge remodel ... so that kinda tainted the quality of aesthetics. The room was fine ... the view was awful ... with all of the heavy industry ... coal, chemicals, etc.

The restaurant is also the bar, at 8:30 on a Friday night we were trying to order dinner but our waiter was also responsible for making drinks for the Comedy Zone, the service was slow, he was not friendly and the food marginal, the hotel should have plenty of staff for this but did not, My mother and I had a horrible dinner experience after traveling since 6:00 am that morning, I would not suggest this hotel

I was at first impressed to have a Jacuzzi tub in the room, but disappointed to find the stopper wouldn't work. Also, the cable seemed to be messed up, many of the channels wouldn't come in clearly, no HBO as advertised. I made the Front Desk aware of it, but as far as I could tell, nothing was ever done about it. Hotel was undergoing remodeling so elevators/hallways were dusty, dirty and hot.

This hotel was definitely a great value, especially with the included the usual contential breakfast plus a hot breakfast which included waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausages and scrambled eggs. Our biggest complaint was that the room was book months in advance, yet when we arrived they did not have a room. They finally found a room, however, it was a smoking room and we had reserved a non-smoking room. It took two of the four nights we were staying to get most of the smell out of the room. If it was not for this I would have rated the hotel as excellent, but after a five hour drive to have this happen was very disconcerting.

No hot water for 2 days! No extra pillows (because the hotel was sold out)! Because we had pets, we were placed at the end of a hall, right outside a room used as a meeting/social place for members of the American Legion that met outside the room until 1-2 in the morning, thus upsetting the dogs and then the clean up crew comes in and causes more noise for the dogs and left their garbage outside our door, but we're told not to leave our dogs unattended during the day because people complained of their barking. Guess what - they barked even when we were there because of all of the noise. Not to mention the noise coming straight into our room from their party room. You would think it would be better sound proof - but no!
