We had a pretty miserable experience. The rooms were not clean and the staff was totally disorganized. They tried to be helpful but nothing was actually done. It was very clear that the housekeeping staff does not care about their job and is doing the bare minimum. I have family near by but we will definetly not be staying here again.

Very disappointing. The hotel is not clean!!! The bathrooms feel like I'm in a medical ward.I thought it would change when switched from Ramada... but it's the same, mediocre hotel.With all of the new, "suites" type hotels in the area, I can't image staying at this property again.

Had to be moved as guests in fellow room was very loud and when I complained the guests next door called my room and threatened me. Hotel staff was very good about it and responded to my concerns quickly. Rooms are in need of upgrade - especially the bathrooms. The highlight of my stay at this hotel was most definitely the pleasant and attentive staff who worked at the bar. We had one drink while watching a football at the Sports Bar in the hotel. This was probably the best part of my entire stay. The hotel itself did not appear to be a Sheraton. It was like the name was added to the sign after the hotel […] was built. The front desk staff was either very aloof (as when we checked in) or downright sarcastic when I mentioned that the coffee (set up in the lobby) was empty in the morning. The staff in the lobby needed to be properly trained to work in a hotel. The hotel itself was tired looking. It needed to be updated. The carpets in the hallways outside the guests rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. No one was smoking that I noted, but it seemed that the small lingered from years ago. The rooms were sufficient but the comforters looked very old. I usually stay at Marriott properties, but for this trip, the four points was a good value. Check in staff was great, especially Leland. My non smoking room smelt like smoke, but that could have been from the comforter which was covered in cigarette burn holes, ewww. Other than that the room was well, a decent room, about on par with a Super 8. Not […] a AAA diamond award winner. Lets see what else, the pool. Opens at 7, by 9 still no clean towels. Had to ask repeatedly at the front desk, i seemed like a bother. The pool obviously is not kept clean by he amount chemicals and the two inch thick ball of hair I pulled from the strainer at the bottom, again... eww. The Sunday morning desk staff was well in a word lazy. They couldn't get us towels for the pool, had to wait nearly 40 minutes and then the lobby coffee in front of them was empty at 9:30am. instead of filling it or taking it down they just told people to go over to the restaurant to ask for coffee. Just not a good experience and rather disappointing for a "fancy" Sheraton. Experience was slightly above Motel 6 and on par with a Super 8. Read more

Room was good. Stay in general was good. However, when we were cheking in, the Hotel staff had a wrong Room Type (King Bed) in their record. & they were very adamant about that. So, i called Expedia & Expedia told me that it was "2 Double Beds". So, sounds like someone at Expedia or the Hotel messed up the room type.

Functional, no frills, adequate.My room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it had a very noticeable stale cigarette smell upon entering. The bed was comfortable.The breakfast buffet is average. If i was going to be in the area, I'd stay there again.

My husband and I were visiting our son at college and stayed at the 4Points Sheraton expecting a 3-star experience- nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. We were very disappointed. First, the room was stuffy and smelly when we entered. We turned on the AC- it was annoyingly loud but we had to keep it on all night because the windows didn't open. […] The linens had burn holes in them- the tub unclean. In under renovation, this staff is one of the best and most positive that I have seen. With renovations going on there are bound to be problems, their approach was always finding ways to make it better - at every level throughout the hotel. Very impressive group attitude...seems to rub off on the guests too.

The hotel staff was nice but aside from that, it wasn't much of a Sheraton experience. The beds weren't comfortable, at least one of the towels wasn't exactly clean, the water in the shower backed up, and the TV was old. The location of the hotel isn't great because there's nothing around if just want to step out and grab something to eat.

- the restaurant got my order right about 50% of the time - the water took 20 minutes to get warm (not hot but warm) - housekeeping just cleaned the bathroom, I made my own bed, etc.

The staff was nice as I arrived, very informative,they even had a customized map to the nearest Starbucks! The hotel is remodeling and seems to be doing a great job. My room was very clean with white linens and comforter. The restaurant inside the hotel has great food- with great local atmosphere. I've stayed at this hotel many times for business because of its location to my work. Even though this hotel has changed hands in recent months and the exterior and restaurant/bar has been spruced up a bit, the common areas are soiled and in desperate need of an upgrade. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable. However on my last visit, my room's […] air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn it off. Also the TV remote batteries were dead. Being this was only a one night stay on this trip, I do not know what the repair response was to my complaints.
