The room and other areas were very clean and welcoming. I also was impressed by the pool, fitness center, and the convenience of a fridge in the room. Since I was there for a college family weekend, however, and not for a conference, I was a little put off by the extra charge for Wireless access and the prices for the in-house breakfast.

The kind of price they charge and the service they provide..it didnt match at all. got a very small room with 2 double bed..no microwave..no refrigirator..even after repeated request no show off. Total waste of money for me.

We've stayed at a few different hotels in Buffalo over the past few years. This hotel is wonderful! Very comfortable, clean and inviting. We have stayed at the Marriott during our last four visits to Buffalo and would certainly stay there again!

Good Hotel Near UB North Campus. King Size Bed was not comfortable at all and they only give you 3 little tiny hard pillows to use for 2 people. It was totally insane. Other than that everything else was pretty good. No breakfast spot close to there at all. Food around it was a bar with pub fod and that's it.

I will recommend this hotel- Buffalo Mariot to any travelers. The staff are very hospitable people. The restaurant staff present the best hospitality that any traveler would desire. The hotel is average....hot tub not very hot...pool is nice.....rooms were nice but I was misled about the size of the room. No free WFI....The Starbucks person was very rude when placing order....access to Niagara Falls is great.

The front desk staff and bellboys were extremely nice and helpful. Getting to and from the airport was very convenient as they have a complimentary shuttle service. I stayed for a work related conference - not sure if the hotel did the actual catering of the meals or not, but everything was delicious except for the apples (which appeared to be nice […] on the outside but bad/mealy on the inside). That was my only bad experience the entire time. Overall, I was pleased w/ my stay at the hotel. Couldn't enjoy the indoor pool. Personally I'm a young graduated professional and there was a large group of parents there who were not watching after their kids. I went and sat in the hot tub to have 15 little gymnastic girls around 10 do cannonballs in it..... Irresponsible parents..
