The renovations are wonderful. We were immediately greeted by desk staff that was extremely friendly and engaging. Rooms were great and comfortable. Pool is open until midnight! Already have my next stay booked.

The facilities were very nice, easy access to airport and surrounding areas. The only two issues I had was that while waiting in line to check in, several American Airlines pilots and stewards walked in behind us, seemingly privaledged, and blew right past other waiting guest to check in. I was surprised that the customer service rep dropped everything […] to check these people in. The only other issue was that the hotel was full of young hockey kids and their parents. We were awakened several times with children yelling in the hallways, and security pounding on other guests doors. We realize this is rare, and not a hotel issue, but more of a parent issue. Very smelly bathroom, smell of drainage overall in bathroom. The bathroom door was a sliding door that didn't close easily and very difficult to close. we went to breakfast and left the 'do not disturb' sign in the door, came back from breakfast and removed the card to advise the housekeeper she could clean the room but when we returned in the evening […] she had not cleaned the room. we advised the front desk and while we ate dinner at the restaurant a housekeeper came up to clean the room.We advised the front desk that there was an odour but there was no offer to change our room. First time to Cleveland. Asked the staff about parking for the Brown's game. Gave me not only directions to the parking lots near the stadium but informed about the location of the city's train service which was only .25 miles away. Used the train and did not have to drive downtown and deal with all the downtown traffic before and after the game. B

We wanted a place that offered a reasonable price close to our daughters home in a nice area with clean accommodations and this place fit the bill on all accounts. We will definitely reconsider this place on our next visit to Cleveland in the future.

Our stay was nice. We were there for the cleveland and New York Yankees game. We enjoyed meeting other people there. Everyone was very friendly. Our room was very clean and nice. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Will stay again.

Starbucks in hotel was not a full service Starbucks. Curtains that block the light in the room did not do so. Hated that the bathroom sink area did not have a door so I woke my husband up when I was getting ready. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful Would have loved to had a shuttle available to downtown attractions.

This older hotel is well kept. The fitness/pool area was oustanding. The room was quiet and cleen. The best shower in a hotel I've had in a long time. My wife and I were getting away for the night to a ballgame and the RTA is only minutes away. Great location.

We had a lovely room. Only issue was that we had traveled all day for a bridal shower and when it was over, we were exhausted and wanted a good night's sleep before early departure in the morning. Stayed here recently for a couple nights while we visited some friends in Cleveland. We really did not use the hotel other than to sleep but we did walk around the lobby which was immaculate. Our room was clean, comfortable and was a nice size. The beds were great. All in all, a nice hotel with good location. Would definitely stay again.

Probably the nicest hotel I've stayed at in my life. Everything about the place is great. The layout of the room is nice. Everything in the room is just quality materials. Normally, I stay at pretty cheap 2 star hotels, but the price I got for a night here was too good to pass up. I was extremely satisfied.

I booked a room for my father and I to stay in the night before flying out the next morning for a vacation. The hotel did not look like much from the outside, but was beautiful inside. Our room was very clean, with new carpet- I've seen so much worn, nasty-looking carpet in hotels in recent years! One issue was that there was not much in the immediate vicinity (walking distance) in terms of restaurants; just a Denny's that we could see, and we didn't have a car with us. No worries- we ate in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious, and the service was great. The hotel staff were eager to please, and helpful. A watchman knocked softly on our door in the wee hours to let us know that we had not fully closed our door! He was very kind to my elderly father. Front lobby, interior is spacious, inviting and the AMP bar was relaxing with helpful bartenders. I used the pool and whirlpool briefly and again was relaxing. I actually fell asleep on the lounge chairs since they were so comfy. Will stay there again next time.

I would definitely stay here again. It was located right off of the express which it made it convenient to downtown Cleveland. Also, I would recommend getting the breakfast included in your room. For the breakfast buffet, it would have been $30 for just two people if it had not been included in the room. The breakfast buffet was great. They had a chef […] to make omlets and waffles. They also had breakfast potato's, breakfast meat, fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal. However, there is a Denny's right next door to the hotel if you don't want to get the breakfast with the room. Other than that, there aren't many places to eat located nearby, but downtown Cleveland is only a ten minute drive away. Hotel staff was very helpful. Everything was great except the pool was really chilly. Not sure if that's normal, but my husband and I were hoping to take our 8 month old swimming and the pool was way too cold for him:( But other than that it was a great experience!!

Our stay was very nice and incredibley comfortable but I'm very upset that I left my phone charger in the room and will probably never get it back. The only thing we didn't like about the room itself was the bathroom door ( the sliding door was not very sound proof.) but the room itself was nice.The bed was so comfortable!!

This hotel is right off the 71. It looks nice from the outside. When you get inside its really nice and clean. The hotel staff are all very friendly and the restaurant on site is contemporary and good. I would definately staff here again. My kids loved the pool and hot tub and it was only 10 minutes to downtown Cleveland

This hotel was perfect for what we needed it for. My young daughter had a swim meet that was conveniently located close by. It is very clean and room was all modern and very comfortable. The only thing wrong was that the place was overrun by young hockey players there for a tournament. I'm certain they were all having fun, but those of us not involved […] were out numbered.
