After getting checked in and got our room key we were given a map for where to park and go in... We drove around parked in the exact spot they told us to and then proceeded to walk threw the hotel for 10 minutes looking for our room. We couldn't even find a sign saying which direction to go to find our room number. The hotel is so poorly laid out I […] know for a fact we got at least a two mile walk in by the time we left. We had a drink in the bar which was awful. I took two sips and couldn't do anymore so I wasted $10. The room was okay and for the most part clean. We were placed in a room with other people in it. The. Another room with one bed waisted 45 min of my time. Then the beds were hard pillows sucked and the hotel was outdated. Lovby was nice my rating. 2 star. Also very upset they charged 50 ars on my card still dont know why.

I think every nice person in the state of Minnesota worked for this hotel! Helpful people and just plain nice. We had to print the ticket for the airline. Well they had a computer & printer we could use at no charge.

This was the worst hotel me and my family have ever stayed at. There was no refrigerators, or microwaves in rooms. We always have a separate room for our kids. I called and they assured me I would be able to have rooms side by side, but when we arrived my childrens room was four doors down the hall. I have stayed here before and once again, the staff is wonderful, room was comfortable, and the hotel is close to Mall of America and Ikea. I love the shuttle to mall. It is a great place to stay.

Biggest down fall was the bed spread/blankets, they were like plastic, they made noise everytime you moved, ending up using the top little blanket to sleep with. Very nice hotel and at a decent price. I wish they could have had free internet but overall very good place to stay. Very clean. Walking distance to shopping.

It's a very clean hotel, with friendly staff, the only thing is that there is no microwave and fridge and my 4 yr old drinks warm milk every morning and at bedtime. the rooms were very small and difficult to get too. We had a room 2011 but it was on the first floor. The layout of the hotel was very dificult to understand. Not what I would expect from a Hotel Marriott

The hotel itself is very nice and you can't get any closer to the MOA or IKEA! The only complaint I had was that it was summer when we were there and the rooms air conditioners and controlled to not go below a certain temp.
