I have stayed at this property many times in the past. The hotel is beginning to look tired. Also the standards seem to be slipping since they are no longer managed by Marriott . The room service trays sat in the halls for over 24 hours, and there was trash on the floor. I would never stay here again.

Overall nice hotel especially for the price. Several amenities and the customer service was absolutely great. As for the room, I can only speak for mine. It was clean and plenty of supplies (towels, soap, etc) were provided; however, it needed some cosmetic attention. The bathroom was clean overall but those often overlooked places were overlooked. […] The bathroom fan was full of dust and the shower had black stains that are typical of an older bathroom. Easily remedied with some elbow grease. There was no mold or mildew so these were definitely stains. The wall under my ac had some sort of issue that was previously fixed; however, they did not do a good job of masking the problem. The temperature was hard to control so I was cold and there were no room service menus even though the brochure stated it was available. I would stay there again but only because of the price and location. Read more

Everything was clean. I had an issue figuring out the tv but it only took a few minutes for maintenance to arrive to assist me. Hotel grille had amazing staff who made me feel right at home, which is helpful when traveling alone. I would stay again!

Very nice hotel, nice sized indoor pool, onsite restaurants and lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Great location. Only complaint which is with most hotels is the shower liner should be changed or not long enough to drag in the bottom of the bathtub.

Didn't get a chance to use the hotel amenities - pool, health, or dining. It was one of the largest hotels I've ever been in, outside Vegas. Lots of long winding corridors -kids could get lost. Outside door near my room slammed very loudly. Nearest ice machine was broken so it was an adventure to find another one. WiFi extremely weak and no LAN connection. Lobby bar/restaurant freezing because heating system had been shut off. Standard room amenities like hand lotion were absent. Room rate was very reasonable but the property is transitioning ownership and I am told there will be a good bit of renovating over the next few months.

Even though this hotel is no longer under the Marriott name, the hotel is still conveniently located, the staff is great and the beds are comfortable. The rates are quite reasonable!

Our stay was fine and everyone we dealt with was very pleasant. The only negative thing was that we smelled cigarette smoke in our bathroom. When we reported this to front-desk person, he offered to move us to another room. We declined the offer. Everything was absolutely perfect. I was looking for a weekend getaway with some predetermined plans in mind. This location was perfect for my plans and at the asking rate i couldn't be happier. It was very clean, staff was friendly and plenty of on site resources. The only downfall was that there was no continental breakfast for a quick bit to eat […] before checking out.
