"One night trip"
Staff was friendly. My room had a musty/moldy/smoky smell. Did not ask to change rooms because it was late and we were in a hurry to get somewhere. Room did have sleep number bed but controls did not work so it was stuck on an extremely firm setting. Also the climate control in the room did not work. The bathroom light was yellow, so i looked either tanned or jaundiced in the mirror. The tile in the tub needs regrouting. The mattress was a little past the replacement condition. The restaurant was fairly good, but the price was very high. They charged me way too much for a martini. Hotel is being updated so there were issues. First was they couldn't find my reservaton anywhere. Took me almost 30 minutes to finally get my room. Bed was broken in the middle. I reported to the front desk Sat. Morning as we left for the day. Returned Sat. And bed seamed to be fine. We slept in the other bed the second night. The second did not feel any better. When dressing on the second morning I set on the edge on the first bed. When I did the mattress and box flipped up and I fell on to the […] floor. This hotel is very outdated, despite nice photos. The bar/restaurant was under construction while we were there, although there was a breakfast restaurant available. "Tulsa State Fair"

This hotel is an old 10 story property that was probably a happening place in 1980. It has been purchased by Wyndham and is being renovated. My room was a freshly renovated king non-smoking, and it featured a very nice sleep number bed. The room had a smallish 32" LCD TV, a small refrigerator, and a microwave and coffee pot. TV programming was digital […] and had a full roster of channels, including NFL Network. The free wifi system is flawed; it is an N structure but is slow as dial up at night and is prone to bumping one off the network. This needs a major upgrade and is a cheap date. The rest of the hotel is under renovation. I did not eat in the hotel during my stay as the main dining room was closed, and the coffee shop was always desolate. Room was fine, but very muggy / humid. Hotel staff were kind, but gave me keys that didn't work and room service shut down at 10:59pm and would not answer the phone. I just found out that my two rooms were $89 a night all right just like they were supposed to be but who would have guessed that taxes and services fees would add up to $99. "A good hotel for families with kids 12 and under"
The kids pool is perfect for kids age 6 months to 12 years. Any older and they are just too big to be able to enjoy the slides and floats. Our kids are 5 and 3.5 and they were non-stop for 2 hours. It is indoors, which is even better so you don't have to worry about sunburns. Just sit on the side and watch as your kids wear themselves out before bed. The […] room itself was a little cramped and there is no refrigerator, so if you are coming for room comfort, this isn't the best hotel, but not the worst either. On the plus side, it was very clean, which we can't say the same for other hotels that are supposedly of the same caliber. Also, we appeared to be on the "kids" floor since I saw kids every time we walked in/out, but we never heard them once we were inside the room (BIG PLUS in my book). They only have 5 luggage carts, so good luck getting one if you need it. I had to make 3 trips down with our luggage for the first shuttle to the airport at 4:30am because every cart had "disappeared". They said people have a tendency to borrow them and leave them in their rooms overnight. Overall, the staff was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. They seemed to enjoy their job and at least put on a good face for us customers. It is something I have really come to appreciate.
