Great location, excellent price, perfect if you are spending limited time in the hotel and most of your time out and about. Excellent staff (especially in the dining room); good exercise facilitieas; carpets in the general area and in the room should be upgraded. Will definately stay again.

Nice clean hotel, in a convenient area of town. Service was great. Had a problem with parking fees, but front desk took care of it right away. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Houston.

Carpet was outdated in the room that was initially alloted had a funky smell. Good service by the receptionist.They gave a different room on the floor we wanted. Also, the bath tub was old with cracks on the corner. The hotel is at nice location. The hotel entrance and the lobby is very nice and welcoming.

bath doesnt work properly. water doesnt drain. first day we call the service desk. they send plumper. he couldnt fix it. i start thinking if cleaned the room after check out previous customer, they would have know the bath doesnt work properly. i think they didnt clean the room. at least the bath.

I was very disappointed in my hotel stay. I was told that I would get a hotel room with smoking and the hotel is a non-smoking hotel. I schedule the reservation 3 weeks and no one from the Hotel staff call to confirm my considering they review your preference prior to your check-in. This was my first time and my last time.

For the price and location this hotel worked for me. I just wanted a decent place to stay for one night while I was in town. Vehicle was broken into in $14 a day parking garage. Hotel security as well as staff couldn't have cared less. Manager more concerned with lady receiving cold "room service food". I was very pleased with everything about this hotel other than the parking wasn't all that great adn the wifi wasn't free. I think it was pretty rediculous to have to pay for wifi at a business hotel. And there was a prom event in our hotel that night and we were not ever told about that and wouldve appreciated a little heads up.

perfect. my boyfriend and i were in town for my brother's wedding. we wanted a place that was centrally located for all things wedding related, plus we wanted to be able to do a little shopping. this area is very close to the river oaks country club, which is where all the wedding activities took place. and, the galleria along with lots of other great […] shopping was within blocks. oh, and there was one other important thing... it had to be pet friendly for my dog, bunny. perfect place for pets with a patch of grass and doggie bags right across the valet drive. the room was huge, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was supremely clean. i will definitely stay there again anytime i'm in houston. We stayed here because it was cost efficient for a large group, great location, & it was a Hilton. Ultimately, it was a bit of a let down by the overall quality of the hotel. There was a stuffy old smell in our room and the drapes were torn. The bathroom was very outdated and just didn't seem to be very clean. We went down to the hotel restaurant around […] 9pm on a Friday night and were told that they were closed. We asked the front desk about it being closed and their response was when they aren't that busy which is usually most of the summer they just close down early. Overall, i wouldn't stay here again. the bed was very uncomfortable; we both sank in the middle of the bed. did not sleep well at all. I was just glad that we spent only one night. The traffic around the area was horrendous, just bad location. Another thing also there was no internet access in the room. I thought that when I made the reservation there was Wi-fi access but did not specify […] it was only in the lobby. We could not even use our laptop in the room and we were told by the front desk that internet access is located in the lobby. The hotel is over priced. I realize it's in the expensive part of town but it is dated. The tub didn't drain well at all. They charge a lot to hook up your computer to wifi. The hotel experience was the best I've had in Houston. The location is fabulous and it's an easy walk to the Galleria with great restaurants within walking distance.
