We had a great experience, as the staff was very accomodating to us getting there earlier. Even though we got another day last minute, they didn't make us move are things to another room unecessarily. The room was immaculate and the bedding super neat. The only downside is there is only cardio equipment in the work out room and there is no continental […] breakfast. But the staff was great, and the price and rooms were great. The gentleman at the front was exceptionally great with us since the beginning made us feel like family, even though it was 6 am :) Gread WIFI too I was able to get work done from there easily. Location is great if you want to see the town and the canyon and be close to flagstaff attractions. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel is clean and comfortable. Conviently off the freeway, adjacent to a couple of fast food places, and a 10-15 minute walk (2 minute drive) to the Grand Canyon Railway depot. No elevator, so if carrying ypur luggage up a flight of stairs is an issue for you, request a first floor room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good place to stay"

"Grand Canyon visit - great value at Ramada!"
Stayed 2 nights and it was very pleasant! We had our small dog with us and it worked perfect! Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Restuarant on the premises was a value add and very friendly, not busy at all.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Would not stay at this hotel again. Checked out a day earlyGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Could have been better."
We would have appreciated more than one roll of toilet paper, as there were four people in this room. Elevator was out of order for our entire three day stay and no sign of anyone trying repair it. Very difficult to get up and down stairs with four people's luggage. Key cards continually did not work making it very frustrating to return from a day of […] site seeing and have to run down stairs once again to get a key that did work...not once but four times! Front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful. How about some classes on customer service interaction? Expected more from Ramada. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Hotel location was fine, my son liked the indoor pool the best, during our stay the elevator was not working but it is only 2 stories. It was clean and it met our needs.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Near Grand Canyon"
Hotel is about as close to the Grand Canyon as you can get without actually staying in the Park / Village. Nice hotel with on operational issues. We enjoyed our stay. While breakfast was not provided, there are several options nearby.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice and comfortable..."
Enjoyed our stay... room was big and comfortable... close to the Grand Canyon Depot (we took the train to Grand Canyon and back). Would definitely stay there again (even though no breakfast was provided).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall the stay was good. The only thing I didn't like was restroom was too small compared to the size of the roomGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Simple, nice spot great location and DOG FRIENDLY"
This hotel was just fine at an amazing price. Right off 40 but well insulated so no traffic noise...rooms were very comfortable, quiet, spacious, seemingly remodeled. Walking distance to the little Williams town, which is a plus. Nothing fancy here. we were travelling with our 2 dogs (each over 50lbs) and there were no restrictions which we totally […] appreciated. Nice staff. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Hotel was great for the price! Their restaurant was very convenient ; the prime rib special was very good!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The location of the hotel was good. The hotel was clean. There is no elavator. For the price, breakfast should have been included.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Disappointment for a ramada"
Located Right by highway but we missed it even with gps guidance. Signage not big/bright enough? It is just outside the welcome arch to enter Williams, a very nice quaint town. Hotel very dated, unexpected from a ramada chain.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The joke was no elevator...but they had luggage carriers!!! If we were older I am not sure how we would have managed! Room was ok.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Good access to Hwy. I-40"
This was a one-night stay on my way to LA. Located in a really cute town, it had great access to the highway and restaurants. It is a 2-story motel with no elevator, so that could be an issue for those with alot of bags that like to stay on the top floor, like me. Beds and linens were nice. Room was nicely updated. Carpets were a little stained and […] grout in the bathroom needed attention, but overall it was a clean room that had been nicely updated. No breakfast served. There was an attached restaurant, but breakfast buffet was $10.99. That was a negative, but my own fault for not checking out ahead of time. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The night staff is helpful and very nice. Day staff not so nice. No sleep the first night. 2nd floor above us was holding a track meet I believe. Next night was better. No TV other than ESPN and Oprah the whole time we were there. No local channels, HBO, or anything. They said cable was out..Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I was surprized that there was no elevator in the building since there are several rooms on the 2nd floor. We had to haul our luggage up the stairs. There is an old old computer with an old windows version. Its kept in switched off/sleep mode, took 10 minutes to startup. Once booted, I tried to print my boarding pass and it said the printer is out of […] paper. Lost valuable travel time. The front desk person offered to help, but was quickly distracted by a friend who had parked outside. I simply gave up and left the building. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Vacation with Kids"
Good Hotel and next to Freeway. When you're trying to reserve in the hotel, note that breakfast is not included. When compared to other hotels nearby, breakfast is include and price is high. If you need to save some $, bring in instant breakfast as they have microwave & fridge in each room. Shell gas station is very expensive so fill up gas before ( […] City of Kingman ) or going to grand canyon, another gas station on route 64. Historic William and downtown is great in the evening. Lots of restaurants and shops around same downtown. Really nice place for evening dinners and Ramada gets to some discount coupon if plan to eat in downtown (if any). "Exactly what we expected"
The hotel was exactly what we expected it to be: clean and comfortable; which was a great relief after a day have hiking in and around the Grand Canyon. The Williams area in general is a great place to stay. Good restaurants, friendly people, and fun shops.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Would not stay here again"
After reading reviews about this hotel on Expedia and about how clean it was we booked a one night stay. Thank goodness it was only for one night. Check in was easy and fast but that was probably the only good thing about this hotel. As we were heading to our room it was hard not to notice the disgusting, black corroaded stairs we had to walk on. Not […] only did they need a massive shampoo job, probably replaced because they were so black, they weren't even vacumed. Absolutely disgusting. We got to our room, even though it was non-smoking it smelled like smoke. It was clean minus the carpet again. There were stains here and there and in front of the sink my foot stuck to the floor because of something on the carpet. Bed was hard and you could feel springs poking you but pillows were good. I definitely would not stay here again. It was hard for me to even stay there that night. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Grand Canyon - 52 miles From Hotel & Scenic Drive"
Good hotel to stay with family. Staff was friendly and hotel is well maintained. Price was the best on search but did not realize that breakfast is not included but attached is restaurant or outside are fast food centers . Other hotels were expensive and includes breakfast. Smart thing to do is pack something for breakfast from home to beat the price […] eating outside. Or pay the price and take expensive hotels around that ares. Williams is historic down and downtown is very nice in the evening. Fill up gas tank at Kingman or after since shell gas station next to hotel is expensive. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice hotel that provide a good night sleep"
It's a nice hotel that will provide you a good night sleep after all the driving and Grand Canyon activities with great price. Even though it's an hour away from the park(south rim), it's clean and neat that is much better than those expensive Canyon hotel in the park.Genuine Expedia guest review
It was ok. The carpets were dirty in the halls and in room, and there was a tile in the bathroom that was VERY LOOSE, that was a disappointment. The beds were comfy and the staff was very nice but the condition of the hotel was a bit disappointing. If I was to go back to Williams I would probably not stay at this hotel again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Hotel was clean, off main road so very quiet. Loved the free coffee hot chocolate and pop corn in lobby. Kids loved the hot chocolate. About 1 hour from grand canyon and very affordable. Just stopped for one night on our way from Monument Valley to phoenix but wanted somewhere other that Flagstaff since we had been there many times before. "Decent value but a little seedy"
The room was nice and clean but it was noisy. I don't know what was going on but it seemed like the people above us were moving furniture all night. Best thing about this place is the pool. Large and heated. Not sure if you can do better in Williams. Also, nearby is a Jack-in-the Box, Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell and McDonalds so if you are traveling with […] kids it's easy to get a quick bite to eat. "on the way to Grand Canyon"
good place to rest before going to GC, clean and comfortable rooms, good service, free coffee and popcorn near reception, steps away from Mc Donalds and KFC, TB, Pizza Hut and so on. Short stroll to downtown Williams. Would stay there again..Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was a nice place to stay. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Having stayed at several hotels this trip I would say this hotel was the only one where the front desk staff was almost non existent. No "hellos" or "how was your stay" It wouldn't take much effort to improve on the customer friendliness. My husband asked for a second […] luggage stand and was told only one a room...silly. Nice hotel, rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was in a good location near the I-40 and a 10 min walk to the tourist area on route 66. You expect certain things in a hotel when the rooms open to the inside of the building - but - surprise! NO ELEVATOR! Staff at lobby was very unfriendly. Our reservation was canceled without any reason. We have been told that the hotel has no room left although after calling hotel.com suddenly we got a room. Great location during our visit to the Grand Canyon. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Good water pressure for the shower, and very helpful staff. Doc Holliday's restaurant in house was okay, but right out of the front door was Taco Bell, KFC, and many other eateries to choose from. The hotel sat 2 blocks from a historic portion of Route 66 in […] Williams, AZ, which made for great souvenirs, interesting shopping, and an overall neat experience for my kids. There were some bad reviews of this hotel on Tripadvisor so we were a little wary of staying here, but the room was not nearly as bad as expected. It's definitely not the Marriott, but the room was decent and seemed cleaner than expected. It was perfectly fine for a quick overnight stay, and very conveniently located by I-40. It took a little less than […] an hour to get to the Grand Canyon from here. My only complaint is that it seemed a bit overpriced for what you got: the overall quality is more of a Days Inn type of hotel rather than a more luxurious Hyatt or Marriott. So if you're used to staying in fancy places and think this Ramada will be like those fancier hotels, you'll probably be disappointed. For us it was perfectly fine, though.
