We stay here so we could go to the Grand Canyon. Great timeGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel at I-40"
Hotel accommodations, restaurant, and staff were great! Could not have asked for a better experience, will definitely stay at this hotel again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel, no elevator"
overall clean place and helpful staff is which is most importantGenuine Expedia guest review
Wasn't a bad stay. Had a disabled family member with us who could not eat at the restaurant located at the hotel. I ordered breakfast passes through the hotel at $20 for 2 people and could not use them. They would not allow food to be taken to the room for our disabled mother. Very disappointed in that...VERY. So I will not ever order the food voucher […] again. Hotel was nothing special, vending machines were out of almost all liquids. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"A over night stay"
It was a nice, clean place to stay. I found the hotel check in person very friendly.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice Hotel nice staff"
The hotel was clean and nice, but no lift (elevator) made dragging the luggage up to the second floor a pain. No complimentary breakfast, but very good breakfast buffet in the attached restaurant. Pricey for buffet as well. around 11 dollars per person. Good restaurants nearby in town. Fun place to be and the views are spectacular.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good location, clean hotel, a bit over priced."
Nice hotel, above average cost. Probably the best moderate hotel in the area.Genuine Expedia guest review
Okay. Nothing really good or bad to say.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Holiday inn express is well known for its modern rooms n professional service along with a free breakfast. That is why I choose HIE inns. This one was old and not very clean and had no elevator for my disabled son. To top that all off there was no free breakfast offered. I will not stay there again and do not recommend anyone to stay thereGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Holiday Inn Williams"

"Nice hotel close to I40."

"not very clean"
All I can say, dirty. From the stairs to get to the rooms to the room and bathrooms.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Comfort and good food"
Holiday Inn Williams, AZ was great. The hotel is southwest decorated, somewhat new, very clean has a wonderful restaurant " Doc Holliday's" offering a buffet style breakfast or steak dinner among the choices. The gift shop is stocked with snacks and/or gifts and souvenirs. No need to leave the premises for anything, as it's all right there. Will stay […] there again. "TOO expensive for the Quality"
Staff was pleasant, hotel was clean but outdated. The bed was extremely hard, hotel was overpriced for the quality. 20 miles down the road in Flagstaff there are newer cheaper hotels. Williams is a tourist trap.Genuine Expedia guest review
"nice new hotel close to town center."
Friendly clean convenient with a restaurant on the premises.Genuine Expedia guest review
Clean, Quiet, Spacious Room, Nice Area, Connecting restaurant average with slow service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed at this Holiday Inn on our trip to the Grand Canyon. The hotel is conveniently located and is in walking distance to Williams. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall good experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
"convenient location grand canyon"
Nicely furnished room. Included breakfast is only for 2 not the entire party. Found 4 bugs on our bed. Don't expect the refreshment center to be replenished.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This is travellers hotel, just for one day stops during long distance driving. Sleeping is fine, the facility ordinary.Genuine Expedia guest review
This was a nice location for us since we were headed to the Grand Canyon the next morning. The hotel did not have an elevator, which made lugging up our suitcases and various child gear up the stairs to our room a semi-pain. Also, we have been in many other holiday inns that have a free breakfast, but nothing is at this one. 10 dollars per person for […] the breakfast buffet, and you can get a coupon at the front desk for kids to eat free. The room itself was a tad dated, and since it was upstairs, it was pretty hot when we got in. The ac worked at cooling one side of the room, but the second bed was still a bit far for effective cooling. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Holiday inn in Willo"
Room was spacious and CLean! Service very polite and helpful Wish a continental breakfast was included in the price of $ 140 per nightGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel in a interesting place"
ended up at this hotel due to overbooking at the grand canyon inn. enjoy our stay. good breakfast and nice room.Genuine Expedia guest review
"No free breakfast"
Every other hotel in Williams has free breakfast except this one -- and this is on the higher end of the price range. They had some horrible coffee in the lobby, but no cream, no milk, or any cream-like product.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Reasonable overnight stay."
Located next to the Interstate, about a quarter mile to Williams' main drag. Indoor pool was nice. No elevator to second floor, which meant hauling suitcases up the steps. Rooms themselves were nice. Toilet was clogged, but promptly fixed.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Everything was good, It was a nice place to stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"beyond my expectations"
location, breakfast, room size, are very satisfying, intake clerk very friendly, and helpfulGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good location from freeway and town."
Old hotel, didn't have elevators. Printer ink cartridge was out but the employee let me use their computer to print my boarding pass.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel was perfect as it is located right off There were 2 tour buses with euro tourists but I was still able to check in with no problems.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Passing through Town"
When checking in, there was NO-ONE at the desk. While waiting I could hear a woman talking VERY loud. This conversation was coming from behind a closed door behind the desk area. A few minutes went by when a lady jumped over the front desk! I could not believe my eyes! I expect she was an employee, but was dressed in a sloppy tank top and shorts. I […] was stunned! She went to the back room to tell someone that I wanted to check-in. Once the door opened, I heard much louder yelling and arguing! The person doing the yelling was obviously intoxicated and out of control. Once the clerk came out of the back room, she apologized profusely, over and over. She did tell me the person was an employee that was indeed drunk, and the manager was talking with her. In my opinion, the manager should have immediately fired this employee, and send her home in a cab! The front desk clerk was very professional and very nice. Once I checked-in, and went to our room, everything was nice and quiet. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"you can stay."
not bad. clean, comfortable. but not good quality of the staff and their serviceGenuine Expedia guest review
It took a while to check in, as there computer was acting up. Our tv did not get channels and someone came very quickly to fix it. Very clean and nice room.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Horrible hotel - no elevator"
How can a hotel have no elevator in modern days?? Had to hand carry lots luggages upstairs. They are in business is simply because not many people to visit Grand Canyon, I don't see how they can stay in business at a diff location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
When I booked the room in hotels.com i purchased the breakfast for 4 persons. But when we checked in they only gave permit for 2 persons. I was not satisfied with this and the hotel either. They don't have an elevator.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
When we first arrived at the hotel, we were told that we did not have our rooms. The hotels in the area overbooked. My husband told them that we booked through Expedia and that we paid in advance. They told my husband that they were going to call Expedia and have them refund our money. They converse some more. They finally gave us our rooms. We were […] suppose to get queen size beds and the beds looked like full size beds. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"First visit to the Grand Canyon"
The Hotel was very clean and the staff great. I did however miss the continental breakfast I experience in other hotels as well as a complentary USA Today Newspaper. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and my wife throughly enjoyed the king sized bed, very comfortable. Overall a very good experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
"very nice stay"
I was impressed with how hotel lives up to the standard that a Holiday Inn has always had.Genuine Expedia guest review
Overall it was all well except wi-fi which was not working which caused lot of inconvenience as now a days internet connection is a necessity. Good location.Genuine Expedia guest review
The rooms were very clean. The location of the hotel was easy to get to our destanations. The staff was very helpful in giving us information about things of interest.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not a bad stop"
Overall, it was a clean and well-appointed room. Unfortunately, our non-smoking room was surrounded by smoking rooms which made the hallway smell. You had a choice to pay $25 more to get "free" breakfast at their restaurant. Better to go elsewhere for breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
our room was lovely however, out the window all we could see is satellite dishes on the roof, we were only there for one night so it was fine. The room was clean and all we needed was a comfortable bed and a TV and we had it :-)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stood there for one night, it's an older hotel, but its well maintained and clean.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"no breakfast or internet"
It was disappointing that there was no complimentary breakfast or even a discount on a over priced restaurant the restaurant prices are 15.00 and up for dinner also the internet dont work but other then that the room's are niceGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Tired Holiday Inn"
This Hotel ,may once have been good value for money. Hower we did not feel this a three star hotel, decor and carpets were extremely tired and need of renevation and renewal. I would not recommend this Hotel to friends. Only bonus as the location to the South rim of the Grand Canyon.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The room was ok. I am glad for the 2 queen beds. The carpet was dirty and smelly. Bathroom was ok. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. I was glad for the free coffee, popcorn and dinner coupons. Overall it was ok.Genuine Expedia guest review
Back entrance was not working accurately so management taped the lock system which sacrificed securityGenuine Expedia guest review
I booked the hotel through hotels.com and the hotel also billed me. Took several days for them to get the charge off of my credit card. I had to have my credit card company call them. Also the hotel has no elevator. We had to haul all of our bags up to the second floor.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Adequate for a family stay"
Met our basic needs. Pleasant enough stay on the way to the Gand Canyon.Genuine Expedia guest review
