I Booked a room for 2 beds and they only had a king bed available when I checked in. I booked a month in advance they wouldn't even offer a cot or rolling bed I was staying with a friend and I definitely didn't want to sleep in the same bed so I had to sleep on the floor. Pretty poor service will never use them or hotels.com again.

My husband and I both loved staying at this hotel. We have stayed all over New Orleans for numerous things, and this was one of the best places we have stayed, we both agreed. The smells that came from the kitchen and restaurant downstairs were magnificent. That was my husbands favorite part. :)

We had an amazing stay at the Intercontinental New Orleans. The hotel is beautiful, as it has been completely renovated. The rooms are 5 star and easily compare to rooms at a hotel that is double the price. The rooftop pool area is a nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Th staff could not be any nicer or more accomodating

We went to relax for a week. Hotel is a short walking distance to everything in the French Quarter. Hotel was clean and quiet. Restaurant was delicious. We will be back.

The hotel is located just outside of the French Quarter and easy to walk to. My room had a window, but the wall was at a strange angle and so the window faced a balcony from another room. There are two restaurants in the lobby.

room was very loud. shower head made a really loud noise inside the wall. also, there was some sort of mechanical equipment on the other side of the wall of our room which made a ton of noise. great hotel other than that.

We came to NOLA for my stepdaughter's wedding. This hotel wasn't as expensive as the French Quarter ones. Beautiful hotel, large room, very very nice! Good location! We will stay there again!

Great time went there for 5th year anniversary (Easter weekend). Some previous reviews said that it would probably be noisy in rooms on the side with the railcars, but very minimal in my experience. Staff was great, very helpful. I did find an IPAD in the room which I initially thought was something came with the room but was someone else's. Turned it in to lost and found. Great stay. Great restaurants walking distance away.

Front desk staff was very friendly. We love staying in CBD when in NOLA because it is so close to quarter but cleaner and quieter. Valet and bellhop were mia. Noise from pipes in bathroom was existent, but only really heard it while taking a shower. Overall great stay and nice hotel, especially for the price. Pay parking deck right next door and much cheaper than hotel rate. (Valet even uses the lot)

Great place to stay. Made my reservation at the last minute, 10PM, and was working next door. Valet let me keep my car there for the day until I was finished working for the day, then walked back and they brought me my car. I even left my Valet ticket in my room. I'll definitely stay there again.

Stayed for Jazzfest 2nd weekend. Room clean and comfortable. New bedding, sheets and pillows. Stall shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Large flat screen TV with plenty of channels. New restaurant in front of hotel drew a nice crowd. Pete's, the bar in the back, was not crowded though. Bartenders were friendly and pours were always a double. Fitness area large and has nice selection of equipment, all in excellent condition. Service was not up to the quality of the facility. Front desk staff was stiff. Did not appear well trained. At checkout, I went to line marked for Intercontinental rewards members, as I am one, but was informed that the line was only for Silver or Gold members. This was not clearly marked on the sign, and despite the fact that there was no one on line behind me, the manager sent me into the line for non-members. Not a huge deal, but he could have just checked me out and made a customer happy. Biggest staff problem was at the buffet breakfast at Pete's on Sunday. There was only one hostess and she was having trouble seating the crush of guests. When a guest nicely informed her that others were jumping ahead of him in line, the hostess flew off the handle, screamed that she was the only one there, and very rudely ran off to the hotel manager. She came back and angrily sat the guests at a table in the corner. Clearly she was not trained to handle these situations. The hotel should have realized they would need more help that weekend.

Everything was good, but there may have been some construction going on there or nearby that was pretty noisy. Check out the courtyard on the 5th floor, it's a lovely place to sit outside!

This hotel was stunning. Great rooftop pool, the gym was incredible, and even had a Smith Machine and free weights. It was in a prime location near Jackson Square and all the action on Bourbon Street.

Room was not very clean. Didn't have towels. When we asked for them it took a while with a reminder for the towels to come. They were put in a large pill on the counter. There weren't even enough large towels for us all to shower. Lots of face clothes and hand towels. Rugs were dirty with lots of fuzzes. A good vaccum would be great.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The key card security for the elevators was great to make sure that only hotel guests were allowed with guest rooms. The room was clean with well-apportioned furnishings. The shower was luxurious, but the detachable spray head didn't work in my room. It was still very nice! The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were high quality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to stay near the French Quarter.

Nice hotel, great access to local restaurants etc. Staff very pleasant when you could get in touch however they phone when trying to reach the front desk often went unanswered or answered after many rings. Also, we had requested a scented spray as someone had been sick in the room and they stated they would bring one up and they never did. However, overall great experience, good restaurants in hotel and good services. Would recommend to friends and would stay there again.

Was surprised that no bell boy came out to help with the luggage while we arrived in a taxi. This might be due to the Mardi Gras viewing stand being placed right outside the front entrance. However, the hotel management should have someone stationed outside the fenced off area to attend to check-in customers' needs.

Our cable for the TV did not work at all during our stay. The staff member I spoke to said they service was down and a tech was working on it but it was never resolved. The bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel celebrate New Year's Eve and to attend the sugar bowl. The appearance of the hotel is very nice our room was large and very comfortable. Prior to our arrival I called to confirm her reservation into inquire if they had smoking rooms I was told that they did have some and she would put it as a request for our room. Upon arrival we were told they did not have a smoking section but however they would put us on the fifth floor which had been outside terrace, we did not have a problem with that but however we were never told where the elevators were to get up to our room and because it was behind a wall I just think that's the first thing they would have told us. This was January 30th and it was cold and damp outside the room was like a refrigerator when we walked in so we turned up the thermostat and went down to Pete's to have lunch Pete's as great food however you have to tell the police serve your food and coffee hot when we returned to the room it was even colder so we called down to the front desk they sent someone up went into the ceiling and turn the heat on this was wintertime, no heat? other experiences were the fact that we had a message on our phone for three days that we could not recover because our phone did not work and was never repaired we did not have a nice bucket and were told it would be at the front desk when we returned rather than having someone take it up to the room when I pay over $1400.00 for three nigh stay, I expect it to be f
