I stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel last week for my honeymoon. We arranged for a limo to pick us up at the airport. The price was a great price for a limo pickup. The driver arrived in a Mercedes AMG and was very professional and courtious. Well worth paying for the pickup. Upon arriving to the hotel we were informed that our suit had been upgraded since it was our honeymoon. When we returned to our room the first night after being out we had received a botte of champagne, the bed decorated with roses and chocolates. The service was amazing and the staff went above and beyond with anything we asked. The food at the LA Cafe was great..actually it was beyond great. A little pricey though so we only ate there two out of our 5 days. My only two disapointments was that the vitality club was closed. We knew this upon staying there. We had called to see if there was any compensation for the club being closed. They told us that there was another pool available for use. What we were not told was that this other pool was at another hotel down the street and that it would cost us money to use it. I was not pleased to hear that. Also being our honeymoon we really looked forward to eating at Hugos resturant. It wasn't until we were already there that we discovered that Hugos was closed the staff was on vacation. They staff told us that they had listed this information on all the hotel booking sites but I couldn't find it on any of them anywhere. Otherwise this was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at and would return there any time I am in Berlin.

Skønt hotel med super service, prisen er også derefter, men hvis det ikke gælder i dine overvejelser så er dette hotel det helt rigtige. Vi var vilde med Sauna/spa afdelingen som var en top nydelse for kun 15 euro ekstra.
