Wonderful location. Excellent service. A very homey feeling. This is not a large hotel but it is in the Vendome area and is walking distance to the Louvre and other sites. It is charming and everyone is very helpful.

At this price I was expecting a better room. The door to enter the room was opening directly in the room, next to the bed and the light from the hallways was bothering me at night. Pillows can be better. Good location, no doubt.

Rooms were noisy, slamming of doors, talking in hallways could be heard clearly in room. Closet was a cabinet with 14 inches of half hanging space. TV was smallest I have seen maybe 24 inch, with very poor reception. Bath room had bundles of hair in corners from previous tenant. Breakfast was 29 Euro ($36.75) each for a buffet

Hotel Lotti is ideally situated in the very center of Paris and within easy walking distance of virtually everything. The staff, from the front desk and the concierge to the bellmen and the housekeepers, were all wonderful, friendly and helpful. The concierge desk was incredible in answering our questions and giving us clear directions and help, even […] when we asked about trains leaving Paris to the countryside. Their multilingual abilities were awe inspiring as I watched them jump from language to language with such ease. They treated us like travelling royalty. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the hotel or the staff and how friendly and courteous they were. Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, and the restaurant should not be missed. It was perhaps our best dining experience in Paris, with impecable service and a meal we'll never forget. I chose this hotel as the final stay on a three week vacation in France because of the location and general positive reviews presented on the Hotels.com website. The experience was tremendously disappointing. FIrst, the initial room we were given was very small, the air conditioning system was broken, and the small refrigerator was not cooling. Even […] though we were told the maintenance staff had left for the evening, a person did arrive to see what the difficulty was. We were offered another room which was much larger and well appointed. However, the phone in that room did not work. There is no Internet in the rooms and the Internet is only available and working well in one area of the lobby--very inconvenient. This rates for this hotel are simply too high for what we received. The positives aspects of the hotel include good general service and a nice area for cocktails or light meals and the location which is just across from the Tuilleries. Read more

The hotel is beautiful, located near everything!!! It´s really walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, important tourist locations and just around the corner you have the hotel costes which is one of the best places to hang around after hours, also it´s a block away from Buddha bar another excellent place to have drinks. By the way, Champs Elysees […] is a block away!! We really enjoyed our stay, the lobby area is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is kind. Be aware that this is an expensive hotel, so room service, meals and drinks can get quite expensive. I recommend travelers to enjoy the hotel and eat out. Read more

Location was great, just blocks from the opera and RIGHT next to the Louvre. Very convenient to anywhere you may want to go. Hotel was fine, beds not comfy but that is to be expected. We had walked so much that that was not going to stop us from being able to sleep. Did not use much of the hotel's amenities as we basically just used it for sleeping […] and were gone the rest of the time. Did change rooms, original room was on the top floor with the slanted roof, it was cute but I am tall and I didn't care for that and our interior door lock was broken. Front desk appreciated us telling them of the problems we had and they changed our room easily. Concierge was very helpful for special requests as well. Read more

Arrived early morning & was told "our room" wasn't ready but if we would pay a hefty supplement upgraded rooms were available; being a hotel executive I know that all the upgraded rooms were not going to be sold the day of, especially at full rate; I'm certain the only reason was that we were paying a low hotels.com rate; we should have been accommodated […] as a courtesy which would have been no loss to the hotel; the desk clerk was a bit rude as well; we got a taxi in front of the hotel to go to one of the most famous restaurants in Paris; I gave the driver the address and the Concierge said I was wrong and gave a different address; I knew I was right but the Concierge insisted he was right and the driver took us to the Concierge's wrong address which cost us $15 in added taxi fare; I told this to the Concierge the next day; he argued with me for a moment then looked up the address & admitted he was wrong; he offerred us a free drink to apologize; we went for our drink and waited for a half hour and no one took our order; my husband finally found the waiter; he ordered a drink with tonic and was told they ran out of tonic; I asked the turn-down housekeeper for an iron and board - she said she'd bring them "if she could find them" -she didn't; 2nd night no turn-down at all; everything was always politely corrected but the hotel service is not at all crisp; the TV was a very old-fashioned enormous one; no wi-fi in the rooms; Read more

For Europe, this hotel is a bargain. The front rooms are big but noisy since they face Place Vendome. I found the staff to be very helpful and accomodating. This is my third stay here and I would come again except would ask for a room not facing Place Vendome. I love the neighborhood too, lots of great restaurants and close to the Louvre.

My TV never worked despite frequent calls to the management. The cleaning ladies did not know where to hang the towels, never replaced ammenities (which by the way were not very nice) and dispose of things that I did not ment to throw away. My room service tray was left outside the room by the door since 11 in the morning until 7 p.m!! (and somebody […] drunk the juice I left once...) The cleaning ladies did so much noise with the doors in the morning from 7 a.m that I started thinking they did it on purpose to wake us up and be able to clean the rooms and go home! I did not ask for a waking call my last day of stay: I was suppose to leave the hotel at 6:00 am and I have ordered a taxi. However the hotel decided to call me at 5:30 anyway. The problem was that they call my friend in the other room and wake her up at that hour!! When arriving with shopping I never found a door man to help with the heavy doors at the entrance. Poor customer service staff. Doormen watch you come and go and wait for you to carry your own luggage inside before they offer to assist. Virtually no Air Conditioner - had to open windows on to a loud street all night. At this price, you deserve more than just a great location.

I was staying for a week long business trip. The hotel has a thin vainer of grandeur. An impressive lobby and reception area is let down by the small, basic and dated rooms. The fixtures and fittings are period in style but in reality are cheap imitations. The hotel's comp toiletries are cheep and don't smell very pleasant. If you know the area and how other hotels are like, you can not complain. Our room was one of those small numbered rooms (10 - 18?) which I think they differentiate as smoking rooms. The only problem is that they are so small for the price I paid. But again I guess that is because what they are and where they stand. If you want to stay cheap in Paris, […] not this one. If you want to have at least decent bed and bath, this is it, but still pricey. The so-called Deluxe room was only Deluxe in size. It had no character and there was no attention to detail - there were pictures on the wall that were supposed to depict the four seasons, but there was no Autumn and 2 x Summer, as though they just didn't care. TV was anti-diluvian old model. The lighting in the room was poor and worked sporadically […] and there was no light by the armchairs, making it impossible to sit and read. The water pressure in the shower was inadequate so it took a long time to rinse shampoo and conditioner out of hair and the water temperature control was faulty leaving only two temperatures - too hot or too cold. Had breakfast brought to the room one day and it did not comprise all the items listed as being included. Saw a friend's Standard room which was smaller, but had better wardrobe facilities and better bathroom with separate shower as well as a flat screen TV. Maybe it was one of the refurbished rooms. When out visiting friends during my last day in Paris my iPhone was stolen from my luggage in my room in this hotel. This caused me a huge amount of inconvenience. I had my passport and valuables locked in the room safe but not my iPhone. I did not put it in the safe because in Ireland where I come from we don't have to lock our phones in safes when […] we're out. I didn't take the phone with me as the battery had gone down and didn't have time to charge it. I reported the theft to the staff at reception who noted the details and informed me that it would be 'looked into'. The only staff who entered the room during the day were housekeeping. An email subsequently from the Room Division Manager stated that the staff in question were 'long service personnel and had no reason to doubt their word'. I don't beleive in paying alot of my hard earned money to a very expensive hotel for the privilege of being robbed. I won't be back and can't recommend this hotel. Read more

We recently returned to the Hotel Lotti, and found it as good as we remembered. We were upgraded to an Executive room on the first floor, overlooking the Rue de Castiglione. The room was very large, with a settee, coffee table and various chairs. There was also a dressing table, a desk and a chest of drawers. The bathroom was also large, and well appointed. […] In spite of overlooking a main road, the room was very quiet. The position is very convenient, being a few steps from the Rue de Rivoli, and a five minuted walk from the Opera. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as it was not included in the room rate, and was expensive. There are plenty of places nearby which serve breakfast. As a physically disabled guest the room was great. It was wonderful to have a taxi rank just outside but one of your concierges (senior man) did not understand that I could enter a taxi that was an ordinary type sedan car eg merceydes. He insisted I take the first cab off the rank which caused me many problems and expense UNTIL HE FINALLY LISTENED AND […] UNDERSTOOD that my needs were different from an able bodied person as well as a permanent wheelchair person. In otherwords I could get into a taxi that was not high off theground using my crutches. This type of taxi was not always at the head of the queue and I had to be selective. Stayed at the Hotel Lotti in Paris for x 2 nights in Feb 2011. Hotel is in an extremely nice area of town just a few doors down from the Ritz.. Ideally located to explore paris on foot which was important to us for a short stay. Drinks / Food prices are expensive but this is now typical of Paris. Concierge service was extremely useful for a short stay […] and were very professional and friendly. Room had a few small problems such as shower screen didnt stop water going onto bathroom floor , however overall this hotel is worth the money if you are an a short trip to Paris. Read more

The Lotti is in a in a great location and in walking distance of a lot of the key sights in Paris. Rooms are large and comfortable, though we found our room 601 much too warm and the a/c was not working in March to cool it down so we had to open the windows which did make it quite noisy.

Posizione veramente strategica.Si puo' arrivare a pedi agli Champs Elysees da un lato e a Notre Dame dall'altro. Camera junior suite confortevole #512# disposta su due piani con visuale su tetti di Parigi, cupola dell'Opera, Montmartre, Tour Eiffel e colonna di Place Vendome. Personale molto gentile parlante italiano.

Me gustaria aportar algunos puntos que desde mi vision seria importantes solucionarlos, dado que es hotel que se vende con cierto prestigio por la zona y por el precio. Estuvimos en una habitacion de 3personas, y claro esta que la tercera va en una cama addicional, pero el plegatin que nos dieron, no creo que fuese el adaptado para q una persona( 25-30-40años […] ). La comida del restaurante era realmemte normal mas bien baja, y el precio en carta era excesivo (ej. 60 euros por un lenguado normal, mal cocinado, lo mismo con un filete.. Y ademas con una presentacion muy floja) Otro punto, mas bien personal, pero nunca antes nos habia pasado, es que te llamaran y entraran a las 8:30 d la mañana para preguntar si podian limpiar lhabitacion. Entenderia esa accion a las 11-12 de la mañana pero no a las 8. Me parecio de falta deducacion que durante 2 dias nos hicieran lo mismo. Eso si, latencio i servicio en todo momento perfecte. Hotel Di lusso ma un pò fanè: location perfetta per turismo e business, personale gentile e professionale, decorazione un pò vecchiotta e pretenziosa. Noi siamo stati bene ma non c'è stato il servizio serale e la stanza era piccola e con una finestra che dava sui condizionatori della cucina.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante la settimana della moda, dal 29/9/2012 al 1/10/2012. La scelta per questo hotel e' stasta principalmente strategica perche' si trova molto vicino alle locations delle sfilate di moda e showrooms. E' un bel Hotel 4 stelle, la stanza che ho prenotato la n.404 si e' rivelata come le attese, forse anche di piu' per […] le dimensioni # come una suite #; avevo pero' chiesto che fosse tranquilla ma si trovava sulla strada principale e quindi piuttosot rumorosa. Meglio chiedere alla prenotazione, una camera con affaccio sul cortile interno. Lodevole il servizio dell'addetto ai TAXI / concierge: veramente si lanciava sulla strada per fermarli e indirizzarli all'entrata dell'hotel! Read more

Fue una MALA experiencia !, anticipe mi salda un día previo ya que el hotel ademas de descuidado en su mantenimiento esta muy sucio y la atención es deficiente. Recomiendo revisar la calificación de estrellas ya que dudo mucho que merezca una o dos estrellas.
