The hotel is old and outdated. It was under construction and the room has foul odor. Bathroom tiles missing. Was told it had a pool. It did but we were not told it was full of rocks and no water. Sheets smelled and felt dirty.

I will never stay at this place again. The rooms are nasty and the tv volume didn't work on all channels. Most of the channels were in Spanish. You had to turn a towel in to get another towel. Oh and don't try to take your breakfast up to your room and eat, you are not allowed to.

It was on remodelation works!!! This information was not in the internet information. I reserved an room with a king size bed and they sent us to a room with only ONE full size!!! We had to return to the reception and returned our keys. They said they did not have any more rooms with king size beds so they gave un one with two full size. Very old hotel considering the location, needs to be modernized. Very noisey, lots of partying going on in different rooms and floors, it was just a wild weekend, wasn't good for the family. Breakfast was good.

This hotel said that it was a smoke free property, but the whole second floor reeked of cigarettes. The room smelt like a can of Lysol attempting to cover up the smoke smell. Worst hotel I have ever tried to stay at. Had to find another hotel. I will say that Hotels.com gave a really fast refund.

We were in a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke and wet carpet; butts were found on the window seal. The hallway and rooms smelled horrible and musty. We started out in one room but had to change to another one because the smell was so bad. We checked in with 2 adults and 1 child. Only one bath towel in room. Requested extra towels and an extra pillow and they did not have. Husband had to dry off with a hand towel. Breakfast was awful. Will not stay here again.

worst shower ever. the temp fluctuated from freezing to scalding. also, there were barely any towels. it was also the smallest room i've stayed in within the u.s., though not the cheapest. the hallway smelled. we had a king size bed and two small pillows.

This hotel is not recommend for families. The hotel is under construction you can find nails in the parking lot, so be careful with your tires. Overall I do not recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

Was not happy with the hotel. Lobby was adequate, but once past that , the halls were musty smelling and ceiling tiles falling down. The Breakfast was horrible, the mircrowave has food CAKED in it! It looked like they just went to the corner store and bought the $1 donuts. the orange juice wasn't even drinkable. I also called ahead to ask what time check-in was and I was told "check-in is anytime" so I show up 2 hours later and find out that I cannot check-in until 3 pm. So I have to find something to do on the mean time.

All I got was excuses during my stay. There was absolutly no toliet paper in our RR the AC never cooled so we had to swich rooms. We were not able to use the pool or exercise room. We were told the pool would be open the next day and more excuses about it not being open on day 2.

The in room WiFi did NOT work in our room. We were on the fourth floor near the elevator. Despite an excellent signal we couldn't connect, and only one of their three signals could be found. We had to go to the lobby to use the WiFi which didn't have a problem. Also, the breakfast offering was pathetic - virtually no choices and of poor quality.

THE ENTIRE HOTEL WAS DISGUSTING. THE BATH TUB WAS FILTHY ALONG WITH THE ENTRANCE TO THE HOTEL. THE TELEVISION NEVER WORKED EVEN AFTER NOTIFING THE FRONT DESK, NOONE CAME TO CHECK OR REPLACE IT UNTIL THE SECOND NOTIFICATION. WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS DIRTY PLACE AGAIN. Pros: Convenient to Hwy 410 and the airport, decent continental breakfast. Cons: No frig or microwave in the room. There was no air-conditioning in the hallways (in July).
