Quality Inn - Billings

I am very fussy about my hotels but this one was great. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and actually acknowledged that you were there and are human instead of a job. Great breakfast!

Very impressed with evening snack & breakfast options. The fact I could "park & fly" is what made me decide to stay at this motel. I will definitely consider staying here again the next time I fly. The shuttle driver was very personable!

The hotel was great from the service, to the cleanliness, to the pool. With that said the hotel itself was in need of remodeling. The entire hotel has a old musty smell like stale cigarette smoke, although it is a non-smoking hotel now. It was clean, the beds were comfy, free full breakfast was good and the service was great.

Can't express how much the hospitality meant to me and my family. My son had surgery and we felt so comfortable there at the Quality Inn! Love the hot breakfast and raid the refrigerator. Easy off the highway and good access to restaurants, Mall, gas, etc. The "cooked to order" breakfast (included in room price) was Excellent, and the pool/spa were very nice as well. My only 'negative' comment was that I could faintly smell stale cigarette smoke in the hallways/room, even though it is now a non-smoking hotel. I was very pleased with this hotel, it was very comfy and cleant, well the pillows weren't so comfy but I'm not sure there is such a thing as a comfy hotel pillow!? Everyone was so nice and I LOVED the breakfast, you get a hot meal and also you can grab things from the continental breakfast if you would like so you can eat a LOT of yummy food! The woman […] who made our pancakes, eggs and toast made my son a Mickey Mouse pancake just to be nice, he already had his regular one and she called me back to the counter and had made that one for him, she was sooo sweet!! Traveling with 2 large dogs from Canada to Colorado, and stopped over in Billings for a night. We got a king suite room that was great, as there are doors between the living room and bed room so we closed them at night to keep the dogs from being curious as to whet was in the hall way. This helped immensely and we had a quiet night sleeping. The front […] desk did say that if our dogs disturbed the neighbors, we had to pay for their room, so if you have yappy dogs this hotel is serious about quiet and might not be for you. The motel was well advertised and well situated. When we arrived, we found the motel poorly maintained. The carpet in the hallway and in the room was very soiled and in need of cleaning. The room had a sour smell . The beds were okay but the stool in the bathroom was very short. My wife, who has had hip surgery, found it very difficult to use.

Brian and his team at the Quality Inn in Billigns looked after us so well, they collected us whn we got dropped to the wrong hotel, accommodated an early check-in and provided us with an airport drop off. when you add all that in, its been great value.

This hotel was a good find for our family of four (two kids, 4 and 6) after a long day of driving. Front desk staff accommodated our request for change of room location, and knew about nearby park for kids to play at. Hot tub and pool were very good as well.

I was looking for a nice hotel near TLC Eyecare as I traveled from WY to MT to have Lasik eye surgery in the early morning. The location was great, right across the street, and the hot breakfast beforehand was a nice surprise and a great way to begin the day.

I always stay at this Quality Inn for business when I'm flying out of Billings. It's not that close to the airport but the service is always great and I know everything will be clean and comfortable. The breakfast is better than most also.

This hotel was the best. Pool, hot tub and sauna were GREAT! The 2 breakfast passes you get for in the morning were awesome. Not to mention the continental breakfast. We will definitly be looking for this chain next time on our travels.

il centro di Billings è raggiungibile solo in macchina (ma comunque non c'è assolutamente nulla da vedere). Vicinissimi all'hotel vi sono comunque alcuni discreti ristoranti e altri servizi. Reception molto gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione.
