The people in the front desk are not trained to do a front desk job. The reasons are: 1) placed me in a smoking room without asking me. 2) They were not well dressed. 3)They do´not have people skill at all. When I walked into my room the room was not clean. This hotel was very convenient to the Metro and short walk to all key sites. Staff was very friendly and spoke fairly good English. They were helpful and made special accomodations for bag storage during our visit to Seville. Highly recommended.

The hotel location is not the best since it is a 15-20 minute walk to the downtown area. However, there are plenty of buses and a metro stop right in front of the hotel. The rooms are standard size for Europe, and were very clean. Parking was available for a fee, but it was very easy to park on the streets around the hotel. We had requested a non-smoking […] room but ended up getting a smoking room because they had not other rooms available. misleading description led you to think there was easy access to swimming pool but you'd have to pay 14 euros per person per day extra to use the leisure centre next door. Breakfast was at best very average and too crowded. Shampoo from dispenser was almost impossible to use to wash hair. Classed 4*, but more like a 3*.

Our experience was very good.Found the staff very helpful. One small downside was the absence of any facilities to make tea/coffee in the bedroom. The hotel was advertised as having a pool.This in fact was not the case.The pool was actually part of a Spa located underneath the hotel but available at 14 euros/visit to hotel guests

There is a bus stop just around the corner where the frequent airport bus (see public transport authority's (TUSSAM) website for details) sets down so it is very easy and cheap to get to. It is also within easy walking distance from Santa Justa railway station, probably about 10 minutes. Close to the hotel is a shopping centre and a bit further away […] is an El Corte Ingles department store which has a supermarket in the basement for snacks and drinks. The hotel is just outside of the city centre and I didn't walk as it was too hot, but there is a metro stop close to the hotel entrance and it is only a couple of stops to Jerez near to the Cathedral in the city centre so it is easy to access. The metro also connects to San Bernando which some RENFE trains call at if you don't want to walk or take the bus upto Santa Justa. The room was clean although the hotel was a little dated but not tatty. This does not really matter if it's just a place to sleep. Staff on the reception were efficient. The main disappointment was that I believed from some internet sites that this hotel has a swimming pool and it doesn't - there is a health club in the basement and I think you have to pay to access it. I didn't eat in this hotel so can't comment on that but generally it is a decent base to explore a great city. Read more

This was our third visit to this hotel. We like the fact that it is a 15 minute walk to the centre. We were fortunate to have a balcony this time which made the stay all the more pleasant. Great value for a 4 star hotel.

Fremragende hotel. Godt værelse og god morgenmad. Det fremgår af fotos og tekst hos hotels.com, at der er swimmingpool samt motionsrum. Det er ikke tilfældet. Der er ved siden af hotellet disse faciliteter, men det har ikke noget med hotellet at gøre og koster dermed ekstra, og børn under 18 år må ikke anvende hverken swimmingpool eller motionsrum.

Hotel pulito e vicinissimo ad una stazione della metropolitana. Personale cortese e disponibile. Consigliato se la camera è in offerta, altrimenti meglio uno più in centro. La metropolitana in settimana chiude presto quindi c'è il rischio di dover tornare a piedi.

La camera è molto accogliente, pulita e spaziosa. La nostra era una camera fumatori e l'odore del fumo era ben presente purtroppo. L'impianto di riscaldamento è piuttosto rumoroso. L'hotel est plutôt bien placé, à 5-15mins de l'aéroport (taxi). à 20mins à pieds de la gare ferrovière (pour rayonner en andalousie) et 20mins à pieds du centre de Séville. Le restaurant de l'hotel accepte les tickets restaurants, sa qualité est bonne sans plus, le personnel est très agréable. Hotel très bien.

L'albergo è pulito e ben tenuto, se non fosse per il mobilio delle camere che risente in parte del passare del tempo. La pulizia è ottima e le camere offrono tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta; il bagno è spazioso e pratico. E' situato nella zona commerciale con cinema, grandi magazzini e ristoranti, anche se non ce se ne rende conto in quanto la zona […] dell'albergo è molto tranquilla; è posizionato a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro e quindi in ottima posizione per visitare Siviglia. Per chi ha poca voglia di camminare la fermata della metropolitana è a 50 metri dall'albergo e quella degli autobus a 150 metri. Unico neo, se così si può chiamare, è il check-in che è piuttosto lungo; non mi era mai capitato di attendere tanto per la registrazione. Un albergo che posso sicuramente consigliare. Read more
