Unfortunately I did not get to read the reviews before booking here. I wish I would have because I never would have stayed. Office staff was very nice but the area is terrible. Looks like a lot of crime and drug issues take place in the parking lot. Our room smelled awful. Pretty much like an ashtray! The carpets have not been vacuumed in probably a […] month, bathroom floors were sticky with God knows what. The shower looked as if a murder took place and it had been blood stained. Staff was friendly, although they didn't accommodate our request regarding maid service. The place seemed like a halfway house for parolees. The place smelled badly at night of marijuanna and cigarette butts in hall floors. Not a place to go with children.

Our first room the bed was wet and I told then at the desk that the room smelled. They changed our room. But the hotel is in real need of some TLC, some real up dates and over all up grades. It have been the worst place we have stayed so far on this trip.

The inn was being renovated in some areas. However, the overall appearance was on the shabby side. They need new carpeting and upkeep on all items in the rooms. Well, let me think if there is anything good that I can say. When my friend and I entered our room, it smelled. Put our stuff down and friend laid on the bed to find crumbs, and dark hairs in the bed along with stained pillow covers. When you walk in there is a table with a lamp that doesn't work, along with a lamp on the table between the two beds, […] that doesn't work either. Bathroom was covered in dust. The walking up to the window, I noticed there was a dark brownish red smear on the wall ... it could pass for the looks of blood maybe. But when I closed the curtain behind the front curtain, there was a larger brownish red stain on that which could have looked like someone was in a crime scene. leaving our room for the day, we noticed adjoining door was all busted around the door handle, like someone had tried breaking through it at one point. We saw the housekeeper out front our door, and asked her if she could not go into our room and just leave it. She replied with OK. We came back that evening to our beds made and picked up. Of course there isn't a do not disturb hanger for the door. The TV picks up maybe 4 channels....awesome. And the WI-FI??? Forget it. It doesn't work for nothing. Eventually reaching the front desk by phone, they claim it works just fine....um no, it doesn't. So we gave up. Key ended up not working. Not worth the time,effort, or money. Read more

My friends and I have stayed here before and the first stay was better, this last stay wasn't great. The room we were given smelt like mold or mildew terribly. We got switched to another room and later in the evening it smelled like someone was smoking in the room next to it.

well to top things off our a/c was out and waiting for repairs. I was not able to access my laptop in my room wifi would only connect in front office area,. entry to rooms were not secure, Had to go to front desk to get guide for the T.V., could not open window because there was no screen for it

It was conveniently located, the staff was freindly and helpful. But the the shady charactes in the parking lot had me looking out the window at my vehicle every 15 minutes to make sure no one broke in. There was smell of marijuana smell in the hallways. And what i think was a drug deal in the parking lot. I would stay somewhere else.

Bad neighbourhood, vandilized my car, vandalized another car in 2 nights. Toilet rocks, means wax seal under toilet was broken. Shower head was difficult to operate. Very slow and poor wireless internet connection. The free breakfast was minimalistic at best.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. 3am noisey neighbors (not hotel's fault) and hotel staff took care of it which is all you can really ask in such situations so I don't hold that against them. Stay was fine, breakfast was ok.. nothing bad to say.

The location and the outside of the hotel were excellent. However for a non Smoking room the room had a deep and dreadful smoke smell. My clothes were impregnated with the smell of smoke for days after that. The towels were dingy, if you're planning to take a shower, bring your own towels and make sure the smoke smell doesn't bother you.

Close to Freeway. Comfortable bed. Some cosmetic issues in bathroom. I advised front desk that they should provide a rubber bath mat for shower, shower floor extremely slippery. Overall a nice room esp for the price. Will stay again.
