"Nicely located close from 16 St mall"
Family of 4; two small of a room with 2 beds. Were in much spacious room in Keystone for over a week and we never felt cramped like here. Fortunately, that was only for one night. Hotel in renovation but really did not bug us. Friendly staff and inexpensive and copious BF; we payed for the 2 adults only and ate for 6! Really good stuff and nice coo […] k. We were there only one night. The staff was very nice, I would like to especially thank Ida, a house keeper, who stopped what she was doing to go to her storage room and find me an item I needed. The beds were very comfortable and you get plenty of pillows. Really disappointed that the bar closed at 1:00 a.m. on a Saturday night and the bartender was […] rude. If we need to stay in Denver again, we will stay at the Marriott. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Marriott Denver City Center Thank you for your business!
Terrible , noisy renovation is going on, restaurants closed, other overcrowded .Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Friendly and helpful"
When I arrived, I found out that hotels.com had not secured the appointment. The lady at the front desk, took my confirmation email and took good care of me. It was a friendly group of employees and a nice place to stay. Convenient location...I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the downtown area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Marriott Denver City Center Thank you for your business! We look forward to hosting you again at our hotel.
"very good stay"
great hotel, although the A/C or heater unit was noisy. It did not disturb my sleep though, and overall the room was great.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect for 16th st Mall"
Excellent food. I bought the breakfast ahead of time but wasn't sure it processed so i asked the front desk and they told me just tell the waitress. . Usually you get a little coupon.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
When I inquired before I made the reservation, I was told by the front desk, that parking fees were $15.00 per day. When I checked in, I soon found out that parking was $15.00 for up to 5 hours and that it was $32.00 per day for overnight parking. Charging for internet use in the room and the business center seems antiquated. This is the first hotel […] of over a dozen I have stayed in this year, that still charge for use of the internet in the room and business center. Although the room was nice, it was very small for 2 adults, similar class hotel rooms in the area were significantly larger for a comparable price. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Everything was very nice. Breakfast bar was awesome. Only grip is there was standing water in the tub, house keeping prob forgot to drain after cleaning it.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Overall rating is 5 stars except parking"
everything is nice sosososo nice, except parking. this hotel dont have parking lots, so you guys have to ballet parking or self parking in private parking lots near that hotel. I think this point is so sucked. However the other things are sooooooooo nice,Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was a nice hotel, but the rooms were very small for the price, especially the bathroom. The location was great.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great proximity to great restaurants and shops"
We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. Queen size rooms are a little smaller than I would have liked. Next time I will request a King size. All of the staff was very helpful not only during our stay but even before we arrived at the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Get Away"
Stayed while going to the theater. It was a great experience. The hotel was really busy but you couldn't tell by the great service everyone gave us. Will stay again next time we are in town.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was far too expensive for the hotel itself. I understand that it is close to all of the hot spots downtown but it was nothing spectacular. The parking is horrendous. Valet costs $40 and overnight parking any where else costs just about the same. There is no convenience about it what so ever. The lobby of the hotel is nice but everything is so scattered, […] it is hard to find anything. The rooms are pretty old school. They need to be renovated pretty badly to compensate for the $230 it costs a night. Las Vegas hotels don't even cost that much and they are nicer. The one thing that I did really love was the shower. It was hot water and the pressure was wonderful. You usually don't find that in a hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

My wife and I had a great time!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Terribly uncomfortable beds and paper thin walls, heard the next rooms guest sneezing.Genuine Expedia guest review
The staff at this hotel was by far the friendliest I've had in a long while. Great accommodations, outgoing staff, and clean rooms. Had a great stay here and will be back soon.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Clean, comfortable and within blocks of destination. Would recommend hotel and would stay again in the future.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great stay, great price"
Definitely the best stay in downtown Denver for the best price. Large comfortable room, very great customer service and awesome location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The place was clean. There is a store on the main level. Got a 1L coke for less than $2. Other hotels in the area charge $4.50 for 1L bottle of water. Enjoyed the HDTV. Good location!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel in center of the city"
We went for a broncos game , it was great. Nice hotel nice accommodationsGenuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was nice and convenient!! Within walking distance to the 16th street mall.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Classy & Comfortable"
The staff was very friendly, the room very comfortable, and the hotel very inviting - also located in the heart of downtown, which made it easy to walk to many restaurants, clubs and bars.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The reason for the three rating on the surrounding neighborhood: I couldn't sleep due to the noise on the street. First, the party goers. Second the drunks and then about three am there was some yelling from the homeless. Not to mention all the sirens. This is something that is out of the control of the hotel. I enjoyed the location of the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was clean beautiful sercice was good ... and perfect location for night life down town Denver ... Walking distance to everythingGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Overall excited :)"
Wonderful experience the staff is very nice and friendly and the gym good accessories to work with..Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel location is ideal for baseball games and proximity to excellent restaurants.Genuine Expedia guest review
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable, lots of plugins, and comfy beds, albeit there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We were able to find affordable parking across the street in a parking garage to avoid the $32 valet parking for one night. There was a Starbucks on site, and a wonderful breakfast place just two blocks away. All in all […] a very enjoyable weekend. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
It was a perfectly fine hotel in a good centralized location, but it was really overpriced for what you get. I stayed on a Tuesday night and it was almost $400.00 for a basic king room, including the wifi that was added to the price. How is wifi not included at that price? And the bathroom needed some upgrading. The bathroom was very small, especially […] in relation to the room. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Perfect except for the thermostat"
Nice hotel and everything was fine and I would have stayed with you again EXCEPT for your thermostat that is controlled not only by temperature but also by a motion detector. Each of my two nights I woke up hot and with the air conditioner not running. Once I arose from the bed the air came on. So while you saved $.75 in power by having the air off […] for a few hours you also permanently lost a guest who paid $350 in each night. I stayed at the Ritz/Denver the nights before and they have the same issue. Nice hotels but if I can't get a good night sleep the rest does not matter. Suggest getting rid of the thermostats and the person who came up with the idea. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice but disappointed"
It's a very nice hotel but to charge $32 per night for paying guests as well as an additional $13 for Internet made this place not worth it. Great location and staff just over priced for the room and the amenities that should have been free for guests.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Free wi-fi would be nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Extremely comfortable room and great service"
Luxurious accommodations. For this much money, a complimentary continental breakfast and coffee/tea in the room would have been appropriate. Room was as comfortable as anyone could ever want. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Extremely solicitous staff from the check-in to room cleaning to wait staff in the restaurant-- attentive without intruding. […] Enough elevators so that waiting to get to room was never boring. Thank you for a lovely stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
I was appalled at the condition of my mattress. They advertise in their buyers catalog to purchase their foam mattress set for a great night's sleep. Mine was a spring mattress with springs sticking up at various places. My complaint was met with " we can place a waffle foam layer over the mattress and idf that is not enough, you can sleep on top of […] the comforter". Their response is evidence of the frequency of the complaint. The beds are worn out and for what they charged per night at a discounted convention price could have easily paid for a new mattress in half of my stay. Stay here only if you are assured of a foam mattress if that is acceptable to you otherwise stay clear of this place. Also $14/day for WiFi is excessive. Go down the street to or to the in hotel Starbucks for free service if doing only an hour of computing. G Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great service but property has been neglected."
I booked this hotel because of its location downtown. The staff was awesome but the hotel condition has a lot to desired. Our room had signs of water damage in the main room and cracked grout in the bathroom. The pool area and glass above obviously has been ignored for a while as well. The staff is the biggest asset for this hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very upset that the Marriott charged our credits after we had already paid www.hotels.com.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Decided to stay downtown for night during my trip to Colorado. Great hotel in a great location. Close to 16th street mall and the bars in LoDo. Also right off the lightrail station, making it convenient for friends from the burbs to come downtown and meet up with us.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"For the room, not service."
Comfortable room, clean, good air conditioning. Valet staff was great, but front desk & bar wait staff cold and aloof.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel and great location"
I was very satisfied with the hotel and the locationGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We celebrated our honeymoon at your hotel and were treated exceptionally well. We were treated to a room upgrade and a bottle of champagne! Will certainly consider staying there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Attended a wedding at a church one block away from the hotel. Beautiful hotel, staff was incredible, parking was pretty pricey, but the valet service was awesome. The price of the hotel stay included breakfast. Excellent, will definitely stay here again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Awesome happy hour deals/room could use an upgrade"
We loved the 5:30-7:30 happy hour each night. This deal will keep us coming back for sure. Our room smelled as if it had previously been a smoking room, though. The room could use an upgrade -- wallpaper, carpet, etc. The staff was very nice for the most part. One of the front desk representatives was a bit short with us when we came to check in.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice Downtown Hotel"
The hotel is conveniently located - it is walking distance to the Denver Art Musuem, Larimer Square, and the 16th Street Mall. The hotel staff were helpful. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast and dinner. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with toiletries.Genuine Expedia guest review
The Hotel and staff where pleasent - Hotel is with in walking distance to attactions like the capital, the mint, 16th street mall and coors field. Pool could have been warmer and no hot tub. A bit pricey but a fine hotel for walking downtown Denver.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not at all what I expected."
First the price raised in the 20 minutes from booking the room to getting there to check in. The "upgraded room" we were in was small but nice. The shower only had a diameter of about an inch. I put 30.00 cash down for incidentals which they seem to have forgotten about as that money was ALSO deducted from my card. All in all This was not a good room […] for the money. "horrible night sleep"
Most uncomfortable bed ever. Pillows were even worse.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nothing is Included"
Parking and internet should be included in the hotel fee. It is preposterous to not include any parking except for a $30 Valet parking per night. It is 2013 and wireless internet should be a given for any hotel stay in America.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Amazing location, great staff and nice room. I just wish my room had a fridge. Great places to eat around the hotel, but don't bring any back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
