This is our 2nd time staying at this Hotel. We love the location which is close to many attractions and water front. This Hotel is very clean and the staff is very profesional and attentive. My girlfriend and I stayed overnight to celebrate our birthdays. We got there early and they allowed us to check in early. We took a short walk over to Quincy Market which is pretty much across the street. We had lunch and did some light shopping before stopping at the Hard Rock cafe for a relaxing drink. We headed back to the hotel to rest before heading out to dinner in the north end "Little Italy" a short walk away. The Aquarium and the Imax theatre are right in front of the Hotel along with many restaurants. If their was any draw back for me, it was that we were charged $48 to park.

Stayed after a show at the Garden. Location is excellent and within walking distance to all the Garden, North End and Faunal Hall. Went for a walk along the water to the Seaport district the morning after. The hotel is located right on the walking path. Great bar with top notch drinks. Room was a bit small.

Room was nice. Hot tub was in terrible condition and in need of heavy treatment. Service was hit or miss. We were treated very nicely by the first desk attendant that my wife and I checked in with, but any future interactions were pretty unpleasant and rude from other staff members. We had a similar experience with the valet parking. This is not something we would usually opt for, but considering that we paid so much money and then tipped (because we always tip out of principal), it was hard to believe that we could be treated like the jerks for not being used to such a pointless service.

We went to Boston to celebrate our 25th anniversary with our children. The staff at the front desk found out and sent a bottle of wine and some cookies to our room much to our surprise. The hotel is perfectly located. The staff was fantastic and so was the service.

Attended a business meeting at the Marriott Long Wharf. The hotel was lovely with great views of the bay. It was easy to catch a cab to the shopping areas of the city. Meeting room facilities were excellent. There were two old school seafood restaurants very close by. Despite horrendous weather, it was a very pleasant stay.

My wife and I had a great stay at the Long Wharf Marriott. The staff was great, allowing us to check in at 10am when we stopped by see if we could drop off our luggage. The room was great. Cleanly and large, the room had a good view of the harbor. The location was excellent. Right next to Faneuil Hall and the North End, it is also excellent for those people coming in through Logan Airport, as out is a quick trip from the airport on the Blue Line. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Hotel personnel were very helpful and accommodating. The front desk clerk put me in a room next to my friend as we were checking in when she heard it was a girls reunion weekend which was really handy and appreciated. A bellman went out of his way to make sure my friend's Mike's Pastry take out bag was stored in a refrig while holding her bags.

Easy access to the North End and dozens of restaurants makes this a great location if that is what you are looking for. We could have done without the TVs in the hotel restaurant, but this is minor. The rooms have big windows and nice views, are clean, and the staff is wonderful.

What a great place! It was built in 1982 to resemble a ship; the inside is also created to resemble a luxury cruise ship. The concierge was wonderful, and was able to accommodate my request for a water view. And what a view! I also recommend Joe's restaurant right next door. I took the water taxi straight from the hotel to Boston Logan International, which was a great experience at a good price.

Perfect location, good for both business travelers as well as for leisure trips, aquarium + cruise boats just outside the door, walking distance to center of town (Faneuil Hall, financial district, multiple restaurants etc.), Trolley tours leave from hotel. Reception was very well, friendly and competent, good size of rooms, clean. Only in the morning a little noisy, as breakfast is served in the inner court and access to many rooms is from inner court on all levels. Lobby, Concierge, Bar/Restaurant good, good work-out area +pool. In spite the hefty prices for parking (all over town) a very good stay.

For $350.00 per night I expected better. The room needs paint, updating of carpet, furniture & accents. The bathroom door is annoying. The supplied hair dryer was very old & loud. If there was a balcony it would have been nicer. Another $48.00 to park! I will try somewhere else next time. Oh, the buffet was nice, but $24.00 for it was a bit much.

Great location near the Freedom Trail. We took one of the Viator Tours (Boston in One Day) and the tour picked us up a the hotel and then dropped us back there after it was finished. This is a Convention Center type hotel so it was very upscale, very nice rooms. Still, the rates were less than the other hotels in the area.

Waterside location is great for airport access via quick, inexpensive water taxi. Proximity to sensational New England Aquarium a huge plus. But rooms are small, amenities non-existent (no bathrobes, no shaving mirror, no minibar), rates are sky-high (Wi-Fi extra), layout of bathroom inconvenient, and beautiful views obscured by grimy windows.

Hotel was conveniently located to tour buses, Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall (Freedom Trail starts here), shopping and other tourist attractions. Park the car but not at the hotel. Stroll across the street to the parking structure then later that evening stroll too Chart House Restaurant for a delicious meal. We stayed for three days and hotel location made it easy to move through our "got too see and do list." When we got in the car the last day from the hotel, ten minutes drive, we made it too Bunker Hill.

Arrived at 5:30 am to a dirty bad odor room. Picked up phone and it was greasy, gross. When I spoke to front desk and asked for manager she was not sympathetic although she moved us. Always loved this place past visits. I think the rooms are tired now. Location is great, the only reason I would return.

The location was great especially with young twin girls. However it felt more like a busy mall than a hotel with Starbucks in the hotel anyone from the outside can enter hotel which I didn't like that didn't feel safe. No greetings from anyone in the hotel that worked there!!! It didn't feel like a hotel!!!!

Near Quincy Market/Fanieul Hall, easy walk to the North End for great Italian food, close to the Aquarium and the ferry to Logan Airport. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, there was no grumbling overheard, no inattention. They were all happy to do what they could for you. I was travelling alone so had a room with one king bed. The bed was very comfortable and the linens and pillows were pristine and inviting. If there was any small inconvenience, it would have been that, if there had been two of us, the bathroom would have been a little small to handle cosmetic, travel bags, wet towels, etc for two. (However, I imagine a room with two beds may very well have a larger bathroom.) I requested and got a room on the lobby floor which was great because there was no need to use an elevator. The room was not close to any activity so it was quiet even though on the lobby floor. Overall I was extremely happy with my choice!

The receptionist that checked us in was so pleasant and helpful. We were allowed to check in early at noon, which was wonderful! The room was big and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had the buffet breakfast on Sunday which had lots of choices and was delicious. When we checked out, they held our luggage and allowed us to keep our car in the parking garage until 6 pm! If we ever come back to Boston we will absolutely stay here! It was a wonderful place to stay!

Great location, but hotel is expensive for the quality, size of the room and the parking is also expensive. Although the staff is very welcoming and quick at check in and check out. They also let us keep our car and belongings at the hotel until 6pm the next day which was very handy for sightseeing around Boston without dragging our suitcases along! The location can't be beat for closeness to restaurants, shopping and the aquarium.
