I was disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance. Although the hotel was listed as updated, I didn't feel the room I stayed had very nice decor. I did like that it had a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We arrived late and had minimal contact with staff. Our room was well away from the music in the club next to the lobby. Breakfast was a little crowded but fine for me.

they said there was a pool when i made the reservation but when I got there the pool had been shut down all winter. They also said they offered breakfast at 6 which was important to us because my husband left for work at 630. They were not open til 6:45 all 4 days because the woman had either arrived late or just did not have stuff set up in time. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast wasn't very big on choices. There was no computer for the residence use (I needed to check in for my flight & print boarding pass).

I was staying over for my daughters graduation. The hotel was not as expected... bar in hotel was overloaded with a noisy crowd parking lot most of the night was noisy with motorcycles. The room smelled odd - furniture was old. The hotel needs to be revamped. I tried not to touch anything and if so I washed... a lot!

Terrible experience. The hotel had booked a biker conference, completely unthinking of all other customers. We even had a room on the first floor right next to the parking lot where bikers had Harley revving and gangster rap with obscene language going beyond full blast all night. We were told "they had rented the hotel" as if that made it OK. We were […] not the only other non-bikers; dozens and dozens of us were zombies the next morning. The guest relations personal was nice. The restaurant was closed before 7pm. i had to eat in the bar area with my son. The service was not good the food some good some not so.. The complete hotel smelled old and of smoking.

LlBlizzard of 2013 brought me to this hotel. I work 3 miles from this place and couldn't get home. Friendly service, clean rooms and bathrooms, workout room, free breakfast and Wi-Fi. It was nice to have a restaurant in the hotel, menu is little pricey for bar food. Best part was the price! I will stay here again.

Refrigarator smelled like something died in it. The TV didn't work. The room was dirty. The on-premises restaurant is also a bar and lounge with loud music and poor service (but good food). The free breakfast is wonderful and includes many different items. The desk staff is friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again even if I did have power and heat at home..

The hotel lobby, as well as the room had a strong odor which resembled an old library mopped with Lestoil. However, the room was large and confortable. The bathroom fan was very noisy and not usable. The staff was notified. Some of the lights in the room were not functioning, as well as some receptacles. Like clockwork the staff will come knocking on […] your door at around 9:30am asking for sheets and towels. There was no "do not disturb" sign available. This was very annoying. Two days before checkout, the staff took the sheets and towels. When I arrived, the staff informed that my checkout day was that day, which was incorrect. On my checkout day, the staff went into the room and took the sheets and towels despite me not checking out. The manager was informed and brought me some towels. Overall the price was good but the service could improve. Will still recommend if you need something affordable and close to the highway. Read more

Not the best experience,with the clerks at the front desk, they were very unprofessional, I was there 4 nights and talked with four different emplyees, all of them dress down like they were ready to clean a house or go to the gym,not to work in a front desk of a Hotel customer service, one of them had a towel over her shoulders, and none of them had […] any skills with customer service. Bad neighborhood-borderline slum....hundreds of teenagers loitering around outside...someone tripped fire alarm and elevators broke down...place was dirty...had to cancel and go someplace else. Worst experience ever.

Was a beautiful hotel in it's day, back in the 70's when it when was first built, but in dire need of repair. The parking lot had major pot holes that were real axle breakers, and the bathroom ceiling leaked when someone above us showered. Hotel has large rooms and very good work( desk ) space in room.Staff is very helpful.Location 2 blocks from Interstate 95 makes it easy to go anywhere. I would definitley stay here again !

Although the rate were good the hotel overall good have been a lot better the lobby sells the hotel but the room gives you the feeling of a sleezy $40 for four hour stay.on top of that the rooms are very out dated an UNCOMFATABLE. It's a decent hotel for an overnight stay. I would not stay for longer than a day or two at most. It's not really a vacation hotel. Overall we were not at the hotel too much, but like I said it was not horrible. The carpets do need to be fixed as there were many stains all over. Stayed on the 3rd floor- Executive floor. Non smoking on entire floor, visibly clean but rugs are in need to be replaced as there were many rips in them. Room was clean as well and a/c worked well as it was 95 out side. Good place for a night but not a vacation week.......

The on-line pictures do not correctly represent the condition or quality of hotel. A bit taken back to see Oil Fields and a Dump upon arrival. Staff were friendly and accomadating! Had to ask for more towels--4 in the room not standard 2--hotel should have known this after I reserved the room indicating 4 guests. Inadequate service for cleaning and supplies. Request towels which took hours, we used the dirty towels because it took so long and we had somewhere to go. We requested additional towels because there were two (2) adults and two (2) children and they took the towels that were there and brought only one. It was frustrating.
