The hotel is comfy and right off the highway, so it's convenient. However, it needs serious updating and cleaning - the chairs in the room were so disgustingly dirty, the arms of them were black.

A little run down but they were very sweet people and it was great for a drop in.

When we arrived the lobby was cold and remained so thruout our overnite stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean but is in need of a remodel. The continental breakfast could use more variety. Overall the stay was pleasant.

This hotel is right off Rte. 96 which is great. It is right in the Industrial section - not very pretty. The room was fine and clean. Great if all you are going to do is sleep there and you don't have to spend a lot of time in the hotel or room.

The location is not too good as to the neighborhood but access to the I-95 was fine. Hotel is a bit "dated" and shows wear. Staff was acceptable but some did not speak English too well!

I found the desk staff helpful and courteous. We were looking for something in the area and the woman behind the desk gave us the yellow pages from behind the desk and then made a couple of calls for us. The complimentary continental breakfast had bagels and cereals and muffins. Not much around the hotel but it was only a couple of minutes off 95 so it was easy to get anywhere.

The hotel stay was fine. We asked for a non-smoking room and was given a non-smoking room but it smelled of cigarette smoke.

This hotel looked much better inside than on the outside. It appears to be adjacent to an oil refinery and is surrounded by industrial buildings, including one ready for demo, but this was ok as we only stayed there to take the train into New York. The hotel seemed extremely clean, and the staff seemed friendly. They had no problems processing the hotels.com booking. The pool was rather grimy, but we didn't go in anyway. The breakfast wasn't the best, but that was expected. Overall, the hotel is good for the money and good for younger adults (18 y/o). It is also a short drive to the train station. But dang. CT is gross.
