The hotel is convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood is clean and pleasant. The condition of the hotel is a little run down and there are maintenance issues. It is probably okay for a place to sleep while on a short business trip, but probably less than desirable for a weekend getaway or any kind of extended stay.

This is pretty basic — slightly run down, but everything worked and was clean and that's all I cared about. I was just there to shower and sleep. And it put me right where I needed to be in Colorado Springs and I didn't have to pay a lot. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Sink broken, shower had been epoxy'd and I felt like I was going to fall through. No hair dryer in bathroom. Staff never greeted me, nor wanted to speak to me. Very unfriendly. He had the TV in the office so loud it was hard to hear over him. The "Continental Breakfast" wasn't even open at 6:30 am, couldn't wait to find out when it might open. Luckily, I only had to sleep there and was in/out within 7 hours.

It's not the newest place and the parking lot is small, but they do have wireless interenet access which made it great! My T.V. remote didn't work very well, probably a dead battery. If you need a less expensive place to sleep for one night, I would recommend it!
