"Great hotel in downtown Dallas"
Great hotel! We're already planning our next stay!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Clean, modern comfort with great service"
The customer service was excellent from valet to room service. Dinner at Wolfgang Puck's 560 restaurant next door at Reunion Tower was excellent and a must-visit for any and all. This is a fantastic destination in the heart of Dallas. Spectacular views of the city and modern comfort. The only negative is a lack of usable wi-fi which even bargain basement […] hotels have. I would expect better from a seemingly business-oriented hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Beautiful rooms with great views!"
We only stayed one night after attending an event downtown.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel and staff. Loud trains."
The hotel and staff was great in every way. However, our room was across from the very busy train station and we got no sleep on Thursday night. It was much better on Friday. They give you eat plugs but couldn't sleep with those either.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Family mini vacation"
Hotels, com were great. The Hyatt in Dallas was aweful. staff was rude. My wife and I needed wifi and they wanted 9.95 each extra charge for a 300 a night room the cable had 4 channels and if you wanted extra it would be a charge on that also.no bathroom fan and only 3 towels for 4 of us. Its all a corporate write off joke. I do not recommend .Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We totally enjoyed and the staff was so pleasant and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"You Pay For Luxery"
A beautiful hotel with most everything you could need and great location. Convenient access to Reunion Tower, the DART and train station. Though you already pay a lot for the room be prepared to pay a lot more for everything else too. 18$ a night for self parking. 22$ for valet parking. Any stores or restaurants within the hotel are also very expensive. […] A very enjoyable stay but be aware that paying for your room isn't the end of your spending. "Great view of downtown Dallas"
Downtown view is nice, but you might need earplugs because the main train station is directly next to the hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Beautiful hotel central location"

"Pan handlers in parking lot. Bar closed."
Sheets stained. Pretty poor conditions. Location poor. Overall scaryGenuine Expedia guest review
Higher-end hotel with modern, clean rooms and great staff. Was happy to find fruit/nuts/cheese/water waiting for me when I returned in the evening. It's also an Uber parking location, so you never have to wait for a black car.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"OK place to stay"
I was traveling on business and found the Hyatt had great service and the staff was helpful finding good places to eat. My major concern was my room was facing a busy highway and all through the night I heard traffic.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was very nice. The rooms were average size, but the hotel itself was very large and modern.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel was just ok. Our room reaked of bleach when we walked in. Very overpriced for what you get. Bed was awful, woke up every 2 hours from being so uncomfortable. The one great thing about our stay was the staff. They couldn't have been nicer or friendlierGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good, but not great"
Went for a one night stay with my fiance just as a romantic day/night out in Dallas. We stayed in the horizon suite. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but it didn't really "wow" us. We're not rich, spoiled brats, but for the $400 I spent on the room, I expected a little better. Walls are paper thin. Cleaning staff uses guest elevator. Room service […] messed up both orders we placed. The room was cool, but it was only one step above the Holiday Inn. I guess we just expected a little more. All in all it wasn't bad, but it wasnt really great. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Very comforting. Marvelous courtesyGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We paid for a "city view" room. Room was on 24th floor. The view was great but the noise was bad . The entire city view side of the hotel overlooks the rail station-constant noise. Additionally, the room was across the hall from the elevator equipment shaft. We were sandwiched between the trains and elevators. We were out of our room from 10:30-4:00, […] then 5:30-10:00. It was never cleaned by housekeeping. Location is great for walking to JFK museum and West End. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Maybe it takes a refined palate to appreciate"
The valet parking and front desk crew were friendly, and the bellhop went over and above to welcome me to a luxurious yet oddly uncomfortable room. The beds were comfortable enough, but not suited for short people to climb in and out of, so that was difficult. The chaise lounge looked nice but was covered in vinyl so wasn't that comfortable to sit on […] and the only other chair in the room was the desk chair, which was okay but nothing special. I would think that at this price point that you wouldn't have to pay for internet but $9.95 per night got me spotty connections. Next time I'll take a cord. The coffeemaker is a single cup with a teabag size serving of coffee and industrial style creamerThe bathroom had plenty of room, but the floor is stone so if you're mobility impaired, take care. Also, everything to eat or drink is plenty pricey, so budget accordingly. I went to Centennial the first night and had an mediocre buffet for $16, and just as I was about to set down my fork from the last bite of food, the busboy grabbed my plate and asked if I was finished. I was after he put his hand on my plate, thank you very much. The next night I went to Perrino's and the service was prompt, with warm and friendly, but not intrusive, staff The ribeye was perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked. The Coffee Spot - expensive! All-in-all, I had a better experience at the $99 a night Towne Place by Marriott in Lewisville. For the kind of money you spend at the Hyatt, you expect a bit more. "Amazing Staff, Excellent service."
This is a good hotel that will not dissappoint. Don't expect flashy rooms or extras..but it's a good business hotel with a Starbucks downstairs and very reasonably priced room service.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great stay, great bar"
Our room was wonderful, and we really enjoyed the bar area. In fact, we decided to stay at the bar for our night out instead of going out to the West End for drinks. Great service, great drinks, overall wonderful stay. Will be booking again on our next trip.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very much worth it."
Quintessential Dallas hotel. One of the first things you see when you approach the city from the south along with the iconic Reunion Tower which is easily accessible from the lobby. Easy access to the DART via an underground tunnel next to the souvenir shop (if you're traveling alone or with one other person, avoid the $20 parking by parking at a DART […] station a few miles away and riding the train in - it's less expensive). Room was comfortable, modern, well maintained, and worth the rate. Not much of the city to look at from my room but we did have a nice view of the pool. The fact that the shade completely darkens the room is a nice touch - I thought it was still 5 or so in the morning when I woke up and it was well past 9! There are various restaurants and bars scattered throughout the premises but a couple of them seem to have weird hours. A search for a Dr Pepper turned up fruitless... Don't be deceived by the two "complimentary" bottles of water (at room temperature no less) they leave you in your room - they each have a barely noticeable $4.50 price tag attached to them! We almost found out too late... Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"NICE CITY VIEW"
The bar at the hotel had poor drinks....don't waste your money! Everything else was nice and updated. The night stand needed to be dusted, other than that, we were both pleased!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Enjoyed our stay. The Geo-0 Deck was really nice. Would come again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Pretty good, but not perfect."
Overall the hotel was great, but the building is older and it shows in some areas (Especially in the small tub/shower design) The city view was great though, and everything was very clean inside and outside the room. Only complaint is that the walls are thin and sound travels down the hallways freely. We had a noise complaint on our room (9:30am) from […] the music playing directly off of my phone. I have no doubt our neighbors could hear it so we promptly turned the music off and went about our way. Staff was excellent and always friendly too. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel in downtown Dallas"
Nice hotel with good views of downtown. Beds were comfortable. Nice restaurants inside the hotel. The only complaints I had were the charge for wifi. If less expensive hotels can give free wifi then I don't see why Hyatt can't. Many people stay here for conferences so many probably are working while there. It's ashame you have to pay $9.95 a day just […] for wifi. And valet parking at $26 plus (parking tax???), that's pretty ridiculous too. Self parking close so I would advice parking yourself however I am sure it is a charge too and since we were only there one night and had already valeted we didn't check the self parking price. Beautiful view close to train track but did not bother us at all. Hotel was very clean. We had no problems at all. Will stay there again!Genuine Expedia guest review

Only problem was the 2500 guest with a youth group. No control! Did not see any leaders.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice, but noisy"
Don't get a side with city view, it looks nice but the train station is right below & is very loud, annoying & runs all night (not worth the view). Still loud and this is from me staying on the 15th floor... Doors in the hotel do not shut quietly at all, constantly hear doors slamming. From a service stand point nothing stuck out to impress, didn't […] even ask how the stay was at checkout. Hotel is modern & has good appeal, with so many local hotel's near by doubt ill stay here again honestly. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was overall nice, but was PACKED with hundreds + kids on a meet of some kind. The lobby/hallways stayed packed and loud an there was so much activity on elevators that we had to use stairs a couple times and was almost late to our event on the account of waiting on elevator for sooo long. Doors continuing to slam and running in hallways woke […] us up early and didnt enjoy the rare opportunity this mom had for sleeping in. Maybe bad timing on our part, but was not made aware that the activities were going to be that particular weekend and may have chosen a more peaceful and cooperative hotel. Beautiful room, wonderful service, delicious breakfast, excellent view, just be aware that if it's windy, you will hear the wind and even on the 19th floor, we could hear trains and construction.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very disappointed with my stay. When I made reservations, it said breakfast was included. There were 4 people in our room and breakfast was included for only 1 person! Also, there is NO handicap parking at the hotel. You have to use the valet or park a block away in a fenced area which you still have to pay to park there (hotel property)!!! I would […] not have wasted my money at this hotel had I known all of this. Much better places to stay in Dallas where you are equally taken care of if not better taken care of. "Amazing hotel! We will be back!"
My husband and I booked this hotel from my iPhone last minute and arrived 30 mins later. There was a HUGE cheerleading event in town - and Caleb (the associate at the front desk) made sure to give us a room on a higher floor away from all the noise. The cheer leaders were all put on a lower floor. He gave us a corner room, so we didn't have a lot of […] noise (other than the elevator, which was not a big deal). The room was super comfy and stylish. We loved the Eames lounge chair and the remote controlled shades. We had a great view of downtown, too. The cleaning service failed to grab a set of pajamas left over from a previous guest, but it didn't bother us. The room was clean otherwise! Also, I ordered the pancakes for breakfast (room service) - and they were delicious! I got them with bananas. I am six months pregnant, and this hotel hit all my must haves - comfort, good food, quiet atmosphere so I could sleep through the night. We will be back! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The room with 2 queen size beds, advertised the availability of a third, roll-out bed. This turned out to be not so, thus inconveniencing my party. The hotel said this was not the case. Also said the room could take up to 6 adults, which was certainly not possible.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel loud room"
I stayed in 2325 which was around 2 corners from the elevators. It sounded like a crack in the window with the wind blowing everything w the elevator was in motion. Trains were a little loud but not as bad as the elevator sound.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel itself was nice, but the service was lacking greatly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Beautiful hotel. Very nice experience. Just stayed there one night while on my way somewhere else. Staff was wonderful!Genuine Expedia guest review
Only thing about this hotel is the parking.. If it's a nice day out the walk to the bottom of the hill isn't bad but if it's cold I suggest the valet parking. As far as the hotel it's self goes I could probably live there the rest of my life and not see the entire hotel. Everything is in pristine condition. If I'm attending another event close by I […] will easily choose this hotel again Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Clean and nice staff...but not a 4 star."
I'd stay again, but a little too corporate for me and not a 4-5 star place. Location and size make this a higher level rating. It's a clean place and the staff were all very nice and professional. Room had a great view and was well appointed. The place was a bit cold and modern for my tastes...with a slight 1980's feel. The bar staff were nice but ...not […] really engaging and a older and less interested group. It felt functional rather than pleasant and comforting. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
