Laundry that was free at M-hotel Singapore where I was a club member and used the lounge Has to be paid for. Hotel tried to make me pay for wifi which was free and complimentary for me. Breakfast at lounge 21 floor ok, complimentary drinks and snacks could be improved upon with healthy options.

This is probably the 10th or 12th hotel I've stayed at in the Orchard/Scotts area, and while I have absolutely no complaints about my stay, I thought there was something a little sterile and bare about the property that made it feel impersonal. The public areas, especially, feel very cold (not literally, but ambience-wise) and the room itself, while […] meeting all of my needs, stopped short of being cozy. The staff, however, made up for the lack of warmth, and the attendants at the Club level deserve particular mention. The spread during the happy hour at the lounge was also worth a mention. The Italian restaurant in the basement was fantastic, but again, from the outside it wasn't very welcoming and I wouldn't have thought to just walk in if it hadn't come recommended by a friend. I know I am nitpicking a bit, and I had a great stay, but the hotel being one of the pricier options on Orchard/Scotts stopped short of wowing me. Read more

Beautiful, tastefully understated decor and meeting all your needs: free bottled water, coffee and teas in the room, great work desk with internet connections, no cost internet, quiet room with nice courtyard views. Excellent location next to shopping and near the botanical gardens. Short cab ride to most sites of interest. Very friendly staff and lots […] of them, so you never need to wait in line. Spa experience was expensive but worth the extra spend. Fabulous gym and open 24 hours for guest....got to love that when the time change has you wanting a workout at 2 am. The hotel was really nice. Great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They noticed that it was my birthday so they gave me a free room upgrade. I will definitely go back. Always stays at The Mandarin before but this one is a nice surprise.

Great location, even better now that Scott Centre is open [great Boulangerie, Mini Market, and Japanese Raman restaurant] and Ion massive Food Hall at B4 a few minutes away. Mezza9 as fantastic as ever...

We had an awesome time, used club lounge and the friendly helpful staff made a huge impact, we missed old henry the Chinese Waiter who apparently retired, still the new guy( for get his name) in straits kitchen(boys called him man in black) was very nice and entertained us all with a great sense of humour

This hotel is in a great location and the room is very well appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were taken up straight to our room and registered.We booked a Club King room.The staff were extremely efficient and friendly and we were surprised to be greeted at breakfast by our names.

Great hotel and we enjoyed out stay. Great location close to Orchard Street sheeping and in easy reach of all other Singapore attractions. Staff were very friendly. One fault although on booking we did request a bed for our 3 year old son and it was not provided. Also found an "adults only" DVD in the DVD player in our room.

Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Terrific location, just off Orchard Rd and few minutes from MRT. Good size room and looks newly renovated if not very well maintained. Terrific rain shower! The hotel's buffet restaurant is quite good value, serving authentic Asian food. Very nice hotel, but the rooms need a bit of a refurb - they're starting to look a little worn. Very efficient service though, the room was well-kitted out, and the location is perfect for Orchard Rd - right opposite the Ion centre.

이 호텔은 누구나 아는 호텔입니다. 하지만 한사람의 직원 또는 그 직원의 매니저가 어떠한 대응을 하느냐에 따라 호텔의 이미지는 크게 달라지게 됩니다. mezza9 레스토랑을 이용했을때, 매니저는 서비스의 개념을 잘 모르는 무지한 사람이었습니다. 뿐만아니라, 고객을 무시하는 말투와 언행을 보였습니다. 제가 제일 좋아하는 호텔 체인에서 하야트에 대한 제 생각이 달라집니다. 호텔측에서는 나중에 정중한 사과를 보내왔지만, 전 지금도 그날의 불쾌함을 잊을 수 없습니다.

クラブフロアでお世話になりました。幼児連れでしたが嫌がるそぶりひとつなく、スタッフの方みんなで歓迎してもらえ、非常にありがたかったです。 ラウンジの料理のラインナップも十分でした。 日本のグランドハイアットと比べれば料金もリーズナブルですし、次回シンガポールに行く際にはぜひまたお世話になりたいと思っています。 何しろ、スタッフの人柄が嬉しかった滞在でした。

日本語が通じるスタッフがいなかったので苦労しました。 最終的には「エクスペディアから料金払われてない」と２重にカードを切るはめに・・・・・ 英語がわからない私たちも悪いですが少しくらい日本語わかるスタッフがおってもええのではないかと思いました。 ちなみに日本語がわかるスタッフはレストランのスタッフ1人と 寿司のシェフ１人なそうです。 正月なのでこの２人も1/2,3はお休みをとられたそうです

ホテルの場所はオーチャード中心部にあり、地下鉄駅からも近く便利な場所でした。 向かいに免税店があり買い物好きの方にはおすすめです。 宿泊した部屋はベッドルームとリビングが分かれており、部屋でくつろぐのもよかったです。 Wifiが使えるとのことでしたが、スマートフォンでの接続方法がわからず利用できなかったのが残念でした。マニュアルがあれいいなと思いました。 総合的にみて、よいホテルであり、快適なシンガポール旅行がおくれると思います。

シャワー室の構造上、必ずシャワーのお湯がシャワー室より漏れてくる。小さい子供が、濡れて滑るバスルームに入り何回か転んでしまった。このシャワー室の構造は変更すべき。
