The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Hotel is a self-contained 1,500-acre resort in Orlando, Fla. The property is located six miles from Orange County Convention Center, 0.8 miles from Little Lake Bryan premium outlets area and is adjacent to Walt Disney World. Complimentary shuttle services are offered to Walt Disney World theme parks, Wet 'n Wild water park and SeaWorld Orlando.

The resort offers several restaurants and lounges. Dining choices include seafood at Hemingway's, which displays sepia photographs of the famous Florida resident and author. On the Rocks provides casual, poolside drinks. Cascade American Bistro serves American cuisine and features a 35-foot bronze waterfall sculpture of a mermaid overlooking Lake Windsong. Other on-site restaurants include Palm Café and Trellises.
