This Hyatt hotel lacked any included items, such as breakfast, premium tv, good coffee and other items for the price paid. If we would have gotten all the above items, it would have increased overall cost 50%. However, location was great for Baltimore Inner Harbour. Check hotel for deals that include breakfast and other items you may desire.

I loved this hotel. Convenient. Everyone was nice. Everything was as I wanted it except for the temperature control. The two choices were blowing too cold and too hot. The AC was just too strong both in the rooms and at times in the lobby. The thermostat, I guess, did not exactly work right because in theory this should not have happened, but it was true in my room and in my sister's. I wound up turning the whole thing off during the night. Also the T-mobile internet was a little frustrating to use, randomly allowing me and no allowing me to log onto my day pass account, but I always did manage to get one.

I cannot praise all the people, everyone was very helpful and polite, the cook called our room every morning to see if our breakfast was okay. On our first day, one of the attendace helped us to the room with our luggage, we didn't have to take it off the cart or out of the car, he even went and got ice for us. The desk persons took the time to explain where things were located in the hotel, i.e. exercise room, resturant, swimming pool.

Outstanding place to stay when visiting Baltimore's inner harbor or attending a sporting event. The hotel is as close to Camden Yards as many of its own parking lots. And you are right in the middle of Baltimore's best restaurants and tourist attractions. Please note the pool is not open all year since it is on the roof.

The Hyatt Regency in Baltimore is clean, and a very nice hotel. The beds are extreemly comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and looks nice. I however feel that the price is a little high. On the room amenities list they are not really sure what they have, listing internet access as wireless, dial-up, complimentary, AND surcharge. I can clear that up for you though, the only internet is T-moble and it isn't free. They have no free parking for guests, and charge you up to $27 a day to park in thier attached garage (if your truck is over 6' 7" your outa luck). The TV in the room is a nice 32" LCD but most channels are a little fuzzy. The resturant in the hotel does make good food, but most of the prices are very high. Room service is pretty quick, but once again, expensive. They make a really good angus burger and strawberry cheesecake! The hotel is located walking distance to the National Aquarium, Science Center, and many other attractions in the Harbor. So a nice hotel, but in my opinion, overpriced.

The hotel is idealy located in the heart of the Inner Harbor. Walkways allow for easy access to the Galleria and all the Harbor has to offer. We parked the car when we arrived and had no need to take it out of the garage until we left. You can walk everywhere. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The views of the harbor are spectacular. Overall, the service was good but we had a couple small issues with the hotel's restaurant. They advertised a breakfast buffet all over the lobby and in the restaurant itself. Maybe we were there offseason, but they did not offer the buffet any of the two mornings we stayed at the hotel. It's not a big deal, but the menu was pretty limited, so the buffet would have been nice. The service in the restaurant was also extremely slow. It took us well over an hour just for pancakes and an omelet. Like I said - small issues - not a big deal - there are plenty of great restaurants in the area to visit and enjoy.

Perfect place to stay to enjoy the inner harbor. Skywalks connect the hotel to the harborplace shops. Good restaurants closeby like Cheesecake Factory, Uno's Pizza,ESPN zone and Hardrock cafe, Plus a foodcourt area in the mall. Close walk to both aquarium and science museum. The breakfast buffet was not the best quality for the price. The scrambled eggs were pretty dry, and no waffles-only french toast. Loved the view from the atrium and the cool glass elevators. Room was just average size, nice linens and very clean.
