Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino - Incline Village

The hotel is great. The only issue I had was the room next to us had an infant that would start crying very loud very early in the morning. So other than the lack of sleep, the hotel was great.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bell service and staff were very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi and pool are nice. However, the food was hit and miss. A bit far from Northstar, Squaw Valley and other major ski areas. My wife liked it and we'd definately stay again.

the beds are so uncomfortable, the whole family ended up turning all night. Originally we paid for a room with double queens, when we arrived that evening, there was no room available, so they provided us a cabin. which was poorly insulated. I won't go back there.

Enjoyed the stay, room was nice (and I'm spoiled). 2 reasonable options for breakfast. Casino was a nice touch and diversion after skiing. No complaints at all, would return. A haul to squaw and heavenly, but nice having the distance split.

From the time we arrived we were treated like Royalty. Brian at the Front Desk offered glasses of Champagne at check-in. Nice hotel with super nice staff. We went for a ski vacation and the hotel is ideally located close to different resorts! Free valet parking and ski storage. Excellent concierge service that can help you with all your needs. The only drawback were the newly renovated rooms - go figure .. The doors had huge gaps on the bottom so you could hear everything […] that was going on outside in the corridor. The air conditioner was blowing cold and couldn't be adjusted correctly( I set it to 85 just to get it to blow at around 68). They tried to fix it but no luck. The spa is excellent with outdoor heating swimming pool. Breakfast is ok - funny menu. Coffee was way too strong and will burn a hole in your stomach - but some people like that. Sunday they have a breakfast buffet that is excellent - I wish they'd have that every day! There is a coffee shop that sells Starbucks coffee and fresh baked goods - try the croissants they are yummy. Overall a great experience ! We will be back! Read more

Purchasing the club floor is so convenient & worth the extra. We could get snacks & drinks throughout the day. Having breakfast available beats having to fight with the crowd at other places, especially in the morning ski hours. Hyatt is located very close to Diamond Ski Resort, which has a shuttle that goes by the hotel but we got our 30% coupon from […] Hyatt & drove to Mt rose, instead. It's not too far, about a 20 minutes slow drive up. Only snag - the $25 per day resort fee. Although valet is complimentary, one can also park at the open free lot & walk in through the casino. The nicest place I've ever stayed. It's located at the quieter and less busy part of the lake, yet, you can drive 40 minutes and be at the south end where there are more activities. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for three nights during MLK holiday weekend. The resort was full but the hotel staff was consistently polite and accomodating during our entire stay. Our room had two queen beds because we have two toddler children 2 and 4 yo. The room itself had a contemporary styling which we liked very much and everything was well maintained. Nothing looked […] run down. We stayed on the 5th floor which had a decent view of the mountains but we choose the floor because the front desk suggested it was quiet. Plenty of things to do for the kids...We particularly enjoyed the heated, outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs. The video arcade is also a good distraction. Excellent location, close to the ski mountains and tucked in a quaint and pretty village. Especially if you are a novice in skiing, this hotel is conveniently located to the beginner slopes. They also have free shuttles to Diamond peak and North Star. The eateries within the hotel are pretty good with a good variety for vegetarians and non vegetarians, so you neednt step out in the cold at night for a bite. Nice hotel, awesome outdoor pool/jacuzzi & fire pit area! Our kids had a blast swimming in the heated lagoon with snow on the ground! I didn't realize it was a casino as well with a few different restaurants on site. Good location near North Star ski resort. Would return again if the price was right!

Our "Executive King" room had a great view of the snow capped hills nearby and you could see a piece of the lake if you looked to the side. The casino is tiny, but the service in the hotel was good. Great place to stay if you plan to go skiing!

Nice clean room. We got the king size room even though we booked it for my husband, myself and my two young kids. We worried there wouldn't be enough room for us. But they rolled a hide-away bed into the room and they made up the little side sofa into a bed. It worked out. Restaurants are nice and convenient. Staff is really nice and accommodating.

Staff was great. Valet and shuttle to diamond peak ski resort were very helpful. Our hotel room was a bit too warm even after adjustments. It would also had been nice to have a fire place in the main bldg where we could sit, visit, and have drinks. Overall, a very nice place.

I liked this hotel very much. Food, and service were excellent. The thermostat in the room was not working properly. It said it was 70 but the temperature was actually 64. We didn't bother to complaint since we were out most of the day. I used the spa. Nice packages but a little expensive.

My boyfriend and I spent our birthdays at the Hyatt Incline Village in late November. It was quiet there because it was just before Thanksgiving and before the ski resorts open up. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive- which is great and as expected since there is a $20 resort fee per person per day. The facilities were beautiful and the hotel […] is well kept. The only down side I can think of is that the beds are pretty hard, but besides that it was a great stay. One other caveat, there is not much around the hotel and being that it is the Hyatt, food can be pretty expensive. With that said, it would be to visitors benefit to have a car when in this area. My first stay here since the renovation, and the place looked great. The room was well-appointed and comfortable. The window was stuck open, and the front desk sent an maintenance man who came right up. He not only fixed the window, he changed the air filter in the heater! Also, the room service menu was not current, and the new menu was not nearly as interesting. Had a great massage at the Stillwater Spa, and also enjoyed the steam room and sauna.
