At check, I provided name and confirmation number and clerk said the rooms were overbooked and there weren't any rooms available in area. They gave us a room with a fold out couch at no charge. The room didn't have bed sheets, so luckily I had a sleeping bag. There weren't any pillow, so I wadded up some towels and used them. The next day we checked back in to a real room at same hotel. The room didn't have towels or wash cloths. We tried called front desk but no one answered the phone over a period of 30 minutes. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel. There are plenty of others in the area. For what you pay, it would be a nice hotel if they had a room for our reservation and linen, pillows, towels, and wash cloths in the room.

If you are planning a vacation to DisneyWorld or Universal Studios, this is a great place to stay. Having a small dog, my wife and I prefer to travel with her and this hotel offered great rates and pet rooms. The hotel itself is starting to age a little, but for the location and price it is worth it. The room was much cleaner for what I expected for a pet room, however, the shower was lacking in water pressure. All in all I would definitely stay here again due to proximity to theme parks and downtown Kissimmee.

The bathroom shower was very dirty and the room was not cleaned properly. I had to go to the front desk to get a bag for the garbage & the ice tub since one was not put in and ask for towels cause they left me with none.

The hotel was very conveniently located to the Disney parks. They had a free shuttle, but it had very limited pick-up and drop-off times, so we ended up taking a cab. DO NOT EAT THE FOOD. The breakfast buffet was $10 per person and the food sucks! Visit the Cracker Barrel, just a few minutes down the road. The room was very clean and the AC was awesome. They only provide you with thin blankets, but they did bring more when we asked for them. I would recommend bringing a comforter with you, if possible. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Don't expect anything to be open after 11PM though, not even the lounge which was supposed to be open until 2AM. Overall, it was great for the price and made our visit to Disney easy and enjoyable.

We were unlucky enough to get the one room in which the toilet was leaking. They promptly gave us a new room which was fine. But,the beds were very firm and to me and my friends it was uncomfortable. Also, the first room we got did have a safe in it, the second one didnt. This posed a problem because we didnt want to take certain belongings to the Theme parks with us. Another issue was that in a room which is supposed to be equipped for 4, only had 3 large towels and 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels. We were provided with additional towels as needed but it still was an inconvenience to contact customer service and then wait for them to be delivered. The only AWESOME thing to me was the fact that it was about 3 mins from the Disney Theme parks and downtown disney. They also have a great Cafe inside the hotel lobby. Overall, i think it was ok. If you like firm beds you'll like staying here for the price we paid. My friends and I have decided to spend a little more and get a better place next time.

Over all the room was alright. It did need some updating, like the alarm clock was missing it's front face. The remote control can only change with the down button. The night table was missing a border and had sharp small nails sticking out. Not good when there's a 2 year old running around. The toilet bowel hadn't been clean in months, it had a black ring around the inside of the bowel and mold and mildew under the rim. When we got there my husband had to wipe pee off the toilet seat...gross. Also they don't give you much of a blanket. It's more like a blanket for a twin size bed, what's up with that?!? And the $10.00 a day resort fee, please tell me again...what is that for?? We had no water in our room, we didn't have enough towels, nothing about this hotel was resort like, sooo what's the fee for?? Other then that, it was close to the parks and it was descent. If we do stay there again I'll just make sure the bathroom is clean.

Our first room had issues with the A/C, so we went to the front desk to let them know and request a new room. The hotel clerk was apologetic and gave us a new room immediately. The only downside to the hotel was it does not have an elevator. We were on the 2nd floor the first stay and 1st floor the 2nd stay so it wasn't too bad. When we came back at midnight, the room was barely cool & very humid. We requested another room & were moved, no questions asked, to the room right next door so that we didn't have far to go wth our personal belongings, which was nice. They sent a maintenance man so quickly that he was in the room with us while we were moving our stuff out to our new room! The new room had extremely cold A/C & we slept great!

If you want to party all night then this is the place to be!! After 4 calls to the front desk between 11:30 p.m. and 2 a.m., security still did not show up to investigate the yellings, door slammings, drunkedness, people talking constantly in the hall of building 3000. Finally after a 5th call to the front desk, the real police showed up and left around 2:30 a.m. We heard the cops tell several people to pack up and leave but then one of the ringleaders gave them a 'song and dance' that they thought it was just their group so the police started backing down. It finally got quiet and we last looked at the clock around 2:45 a.m. The cheap price was not worth the aggravation and rudeness of at least 5 rooms of other 'guests'.

The hotel itself was beautiful, however we arent from the area so trying to find it was a bit of a hassel. The light you are supposed to turn at was blocked off from construction so we had to detour. And then the address on the building was different from the address on this website, so I had to ask to be sure that we were at the right place. We had spent the evening at a local attraction and were looking forward to relaxing in the pool, only to be disappointed that it closed at 11pm, a short 4 minutes after we had checked in. The room was a typical hotel room, nothing special, but the bed was extremely comfortable...better than mine at home. The ac/heater worked a little too well as we were freezing within minutes of turning the ac on. Overall, I am quite pleased with our experience. Likely to stay there again, just check in sooner so we can actually enjoy the pool, which we had to pay an additional $10 in resort fees to never use.
