This is a lovely hotel with very, very nice people working there. We spent the extra to get an executive room and glad we did as that gave us access to the Executive Lounge; a lovely place for a great included breakfast buffet and menu service as well as a nice place for a cold drink and snack in the afternoons. Hotel is in a great location with a big […] street of hawker stalls for food not more than a simple 5 minute walk away and nearby some great shopping and the Petronas Towers. The hotel also was easy to get a taxi and, in fact, had some that serviced the hotel as their primary service point and, as such, well known (and great drivers). Great location,clean rooms although somewhat dated(1989 vintage). Nice to have pool to cool off in the warm afternoon's. I think my main gripe would be the NO free wi-fi policy here in 2012 and the daily rate they want to charge,which I am not allowed to disclose on here. Other than that it's a fine hotel for the money.

A must stay hotel. It is in the right location you just need to walk outside and shopping centres and shops and resturants are right were they need to be. The check-in process has been very "cold" and very long (15 to 20 minutes to look at the receptionist typing on a computer and speaking on the phone). I felt I was more considered as a potential thief than a client. The room was correct, not very clean. There were some laundry receipts of previous clients in the cupboard. There was also a laundry basket. Someone comes in the room during the afternoon to just put this basket on the bed. Strange and quite useless. Finally pillows are just awful. We stayed in the Executive Lounge for our 5 day stay. I have previously stayed at the Hotel Melia and the Parkroyal executive rooms nearby, as well as the Traders Hotel and other hotels in KL. The service by staff and general atmosphere at the Parkroyal is definitely superior to this hotel. Although the food in the Executive Lounge is quite nice at […] breakfast and cocktail hour, the options are quite limited and the staff are incapable of any flexibility. The drinks on offer were limited and the service generally was poor. I gather it was a busy time of year but it still does not excuse the general attitude of the staff, which I was surprised at, having stayed at a number of executive/club lounges. The room was clean enough but was nothing out of the ordinary. The toiletries were limited and not replenished, the shower door jammed and leaked The is the best part about the hotel, but there are plenty of other hotels in equally good locations. We did get a good rate on Expedia which still meant it was worthwhile, but I think I would prefer to pay a little bit more and stay at a better hotel next time. Read more

I like this hotel and stayed here at least 5 times in 2 years. The location is perfect! Service is generally good. However, this time I went, there was major construction on Bukit Bintang due to the construction of underground train etc, and widening of roads. For a hotel of this status, having to pay for the room wireless Internet connection is a joke. Lesser known hotels in the same vicinity offers free wireless Internet connections. Other than this, the stay was a pleasant one.

The Hotel looks Beautiful from outside and the Lobby looks Amazingly beautiful. First we arrived at the hotel at about 2pm.. the room is not ready :-( we have to wait for over 2 hours to be able to go to our rooms. I was soo hungry..especially my little boy.. during waiting time,not even one drink for us to drink, not even one apology, i purchased two […] rooms and I ask for the rooms to be next to each other or same level. but my kids at level 8 and my husband and i were at level 13 :-( after they took my money.. all they can say is the room is not available at the level :-( and my room was absolutely disaster :-( water leaking from the roof in the bathroom :-( the sink water didn't go down, every day I have to call them to fix the problem.. the hotel manager come and he said he will give me another room. but after that nothing happend! they just ignored it! the room was very dusty!! the room service didn't clean it.. the only thing the room service do is just tiding the bed. :-( I was soo sick of the Hotel and I just stop asking them.The only people who helpful was the two gentlemen in concierge which is AZWAN and another one is I can't remember his name and two young lady in the service desk..(who were on duty 04 january ) these two gentlement and these two young lady's, they have been very very helpful to me.
