I was fairly impressed with this Sheraton. First, I had eaten there before (great breakfast buffet) and found the place to be clean and the staff friendly. This stay was a last minute trip plus it was family weekend for UVM so I paid a lot more than I would have if I had stayed elsewhere with better planning. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I typically don't do well on hotel beds. The comfortor that they had on the bed was just great. If I could have, I would have taken it home. Bathroom was clean and in good shape, actually better than a 5-star hotel that I stayed in last year. Location is just off the highway and an easy drive to downtown Burlington.

Our stay was peaceful and fun. We were able to use the free internet service and the indoor pool. The beds were very comfy and cozy. The bathroom did not have a fan fixture, which was surprising and the only thing missing from the room itself. The staff were polite and friendly. I enjoyed the decorations and thought it was a great bargain overall.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great time. Five minutes from downtown Burlington, distance is walkable/bikable. Nice wooded courtyard. Bike-friendly for such a nice hotel-they let us lock up our bikes in an indoor stairwell. Room was on first floor but still very quiet and I think there was some kind of kid's hockey conference going on. Free wireless in lobby. Nice-looking pub on first floor. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. Everyone in our family thought they were the best beds of all the hotels we have slept in. Very clean room w/ nice linens too. Enjoyed the use of pool and hot tub. Great location to UVM and downtown Burlington: you can go out for a run or walk and not need to cross a major highway. We saw many families there, yet our stay was quiet and very pleasant. We look forward to returning.

No free Wi-fi or continental breakfast. No fan in the bathroom (some previous comments said it wasn't working. It was a heater vent.) Room didn't smell fresh, but appeared to be clean. So moist already then add the shower humidity, it was stifling and probably created mold spores. We ended up getting severe sinus infections as a result. Staff at check-in were courteous, although they did not tell us about the facilities offered. Stayed for 6 days, we should of moved to another hotel, but we were tired and spent most of the day out and about. Would not stay there again!

out of value="10"We appreciate you taking the time to comment on your recent stay in Burlington. I am sorry that we failed to meet your expectations in a few areas. The vents you mentioned are continuous flow vents. There is not a fan in every room. Under normal circumstances, they are more than adequate at maintaining comfortable room conditions. We'll make sure the issue in your room is checked. I apologize for the Wi-Fi issue. Although it is not free in our guestroom, we offer free Wi-Fi in all our public space and at the computers we supply that are in our Link by Sheraton.

Clean, and very friendly staff. The decor is beautiful and there is a great deal of room through out the hotel. Although the hotel is used for business guests, it has a very cozy feel to it. Very disappointed there was no hot tub for 3 of my 4 days there. I chos this hotel particularly for hte hot tub, so this was a big problem for me. I almost decided to use the pool instead, however, it did not look as clean as I would have liked so I opted out.

The overall stay was great! G's Restaurant was very nice, romantic and classy but a little on the expensive side. Sunday brunch however was an excellent value! The quality and selection were excellent. The servers could've been a little more attentive but considering the fact that I don't think any of them spoke much english it was pretty good. The only thing that would have made this hotel better would've been a jacuzzi tub in the room!

Stayed for 7 nights while attending a class in Burlington. Was perfect for me as most of my free time was spent in the Hotel working on assignments for the class. I would, however, be hesitant to recommend this hotel to anyone going to Burlington for pleasure, as the hotel is located approximately 1 mile from town, and at the top of a hill. Furthermore, a taxi ride costs $8-$10 for that 1 mile ride... I did walk to town and back a couple of times, which is very nice as you walk through the University of Vermont. But due to inclimate weather, I was forced to take the taxi as well.

We have stayed at the Sheraton for years and have always been pleased. This time we were very disappointed. Our room did not get made up during the day, so I went to the front desk and asked to have it made up while we were out in the evening. It never got made up at all. I had to request supplies for another night's stay. We also love how festive the Sheraton is this time of year, but this time half of the open dining area was covered in plastic and under construction. We also noticed that the door in our room was falling apart. It just wasn't the Sheraton we remember.
