Great hotel and staff. Loved the downtown shuttle service. Hotel overall experience was really good. Wi-Fi service cut off each night after midnight and we had a little trouble logging back on.

Sorry but This Is NOT a 4.3 Star Hotel. Rooms were in need of updating badly. Very poor HVAC. Amenities were either lacking or outrageously priced. Come on, $5.00 for a bottle of water. And the young Lady at the Check in counter was rude with a very poor customer service attitude. It was like she could care less whether any customers came in or not and when we did, we interrupted her. We left and went for something to eat and came back and was checked in by a very nice young man who was also standing there when the rude young Lady was trying to help us the first time. Someone should explain to that young woman that we the customer pay her salary, not Sheraton. My background is in Human Sources with a concentration in Customer Service and someone should explain to this young woman the pyramid concept of customer service. I tell 5 people, they tell 5 people and so on. I have to travel to Nashville quite often and now I question whether I will stay at this Sheraton again. Overall Rating for this Hotel in my estimation is 3.5 Stars

We like to get away to Nashville on occasion and I can say that we enjoyed not only the convenient yet private location as well as the friendly staff at the Sheraton Music City. We will choose to stay here again as the quality of the facility was greater than that of other higher priced hotels in and around Nashville that we have visited. We plan to make this hotel our "place" to stay when in Nashville.

The *balcony* overlooked only the roof & rusty giant air conditioning units of adjacent building. The WiFi is not free, which was pretty disappointing because our phone signals were bad. Adding an extra night to our stay was difficult, & the employees were clearly told to criticize & discourage the use of Expedia. 3 different employees told me never to use a third party vendor again when staying at a Sheraton (yet they couldn't match the price I got through Expedia). If I had used Expedia again to add my second night, they implied I would have to change rooms (comments used to deter me were probably empty threats, but I was too nervous about having to switch rooms in mid-stay). I will never stay at a Sheraton again. The *climate* of condescending to me concerning Expedia is too pervasive.

Loved the hotel. Everyone was nice and helpful. Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are a bit narrow. I thought the beds were a bit hard but my wife liked them. No free breakfast, matter of fact the restaurant in the lobby is quite proud of their breakfast, if their price is any reflection. Hotel seems set up for the business person or convention but it works nicely for a couple's get away too.

Hotel is beautiful in and out. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and super soft pillows. The hotel is amount 10 minutes away from most all area attractions and restaurants you will want to visit. The only complaint was the hallway noise. There were kids/preteens running and playing in the halls late at night, and the doors slam pretty hard. I'm a light sleeper, so this was slightly bothersome. My husband however slept right through it. I would still recommend this hotel to all, and would consider this hotel for my next stay for Nashville.

Didn't have a king bed even tho I requested one a week prior but upgraded for $10 more a night. Nice view, nice neighborhood. Shuttle service to broadway is nice. I should of requested a fridge and microwave. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

My husband and I spent one night at the Sheraton and we were both very pleased. The hotel was nice and the staff were all so friendly and seemed to be glad we came. The dining room was closed when we had the desire to eat, so we ordered in the bar and lounge. The food was great and it was a nice atmosphere. We would definitely recommend the Sheraton to our friends.

We stayed for one night. I booked a king standard room on hotels.com and was told upon arrival that we were getting a room with double beds. It was only my husband and I. The hotel was not willing to upgrade the room even when I showed them the reservation that noted I booked a King room. So, we slept in separate beds. Our room was also right next to the central air unit which is obviously HUGE and VERY loud. We walked out on the "balcony" and couldn't even hear each other talk. The upside is that they serve Starbucks coffee in the room. Other than that this hotel is no different from your average hotel. The lobby is great but the room was average...I could've booked the same type room for half the money! The parking is ridiculous. Typical luxury hotels offer valet parking or parking closer to the hotel. The parking lot was full with people's vehicles that were attending a seminar being held at the concert so we were forced to park on the last row. Just not what we expected for a Sheraton!

Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly. The room was nice. It felt a little older, but it was clean. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that you have to be with your dog at all times. So I had to park way down at one end, unload bags, then get the dog, and walk back - all in the freezing cold. Overall it was good though, and I would stay there again.

Tucked in out of the way and by the airport (not that we needed it) Nice old elegance! We booked in the afternoon for that night on Hotels.com and our room was ready, clean and SPACIOUS. Loose tiles in bathroom , lightbulb was burnt, armrests on the chairs was terribly dirty, goodwill material, stains on carpet... However, the stuff was very helpful accommodating the compensation . The bad was very comfortable but the shower was not functioning the way it should. I was expecting much more from Sheraton. The front desk clerk told me that they are going thru major renovation , maybe after all work is done it might be okay. I have stayed in over 100 Sheraton rooms, this was the worst . The lobby was beautiful and the rooms very clean. There isn't a continental breakfast, which I guess we overlooked because we thought it was standard. My wife went down for a wine key and a toothbrush. We waited 45 minutes before calling back to ask where they were, the request hadn't gone through, and we had to wait for guest services for another 20 minutes. It is a large place, and I understand the holidays are busy, but I don't understand why the front desk wasn't able to offer that immediate support.

Great hotel. Very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and I am very picky. Location was great and shuttle to downtown was extremely convenient. Loved it and will stay here again.

Poor visit. They did not honor the online request for a king but offered us to upgrade to a king for additional $$. Rooms have paper thin walls. The shower was poor and the tub was tilted so you showered at a tilt. Their pet policy meant that halls were full of pets, loud and stinky. Overall clientele were loud and inconsiderate. Employees serviced folks but brought no extra service or joy.

Great place to stay. Overall a nice hotel with very friendly staff. The one and only negative thing I have against this hotel is that they should've had more front desk help. Granted it was New years eve in Nashville the place was obviously packed and the amount of time it was taking to check in was quite a bit longer than it should've been. They did however accommodate by offering me and my 2 friends a few coupons for drinks and appetizers while we waited.

The traditional room I had booked was unavailable at my check in. I was upgraded for free to a Junior Suite. The room was beautiful and way more than I needed. Massive room with double balconies, refrigerator, free bottled water, comfy Sweet Sleeper bed and motion activated heating/cooling. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again!

The stuff was nice.my room was big and nice and very clean. The king size bed was very comfortable I didn't want to get up.I especially loved the 2 different doors that lead out unto the long balcony.I'm going to have to plan to say another night there I absolutely loved it.

Great hotel really friendly staff!! Had an early flight so I decided to stay close to the airport on my last night...will stay here again!

Room was clean and neat, however lots of dirty room service meal trays remained in the hallway throughout our stay without being picked up, including right outside our room but we never ordered a meal. Hotel is large but that leads to long inconvenient walk from ample free parking. Nice fitness center and lobby, lounge area with large tvs and seating areas. Hotel is a bit of a drive from downtown but close to airport and Opryland areas. Overall a solid Nashville value at the sub 100 price point.
