"Hot Tub is a plus for travelers and free parking"
The hot tub and pool was wonderful...I went down late in the evening and particularly enjoyed the large hot tub after a long drive. I found the hotel to be dated, and the room poorly equipped. On the other hand, it was within 13 minutes of everything in downtown Nashville, and housekeeping checked up when we asked for things. The shuttle took a very long time to pick me up. They blamed it on traffic, but it was midnight and shuttles from hotels next to Sheraton came by 2-4 times while I was waiting. Check-in was fine, front-desk staff was polite. Only one outlet available at desk, making work difficult. I wanted to eat in the morning but there was nothing in the hotel room […] describing guest services and I didn't want to pay $10 for wi-fi to look it up, so I called the front desk to ask about a restaurant in the hotel. Nobody answered (it rang maybe 20 times) so I called room service. Nobody answered, so I left a message. Someone returned the call about an hour and a half later, but I ended up eating in the hotel restaurant. The service was fantastic and the food was beautiful, but had absolutely no flavor and the atmosphere/decor made me feel like I was at a Holiday Inn. I checked out and had the front desk hold my bags. The bellman found me (I was attending a conference down the hall) shortly after and asked if the power cord he was holding had fallen out of my suitcase, which it had. He put it back for me and I was very grateful for that, the one redeeming experience I had during my stay. I was disappointed at the lack of service, when I expected so much more for the price I was paying. I stayed at a nearby hotel for the remainder of my trip, and felt the difference in service the moment I walked in the door. I will not be returning to Sheraton hotels. "Nearby attractions-quiet setting"

Went to see the Cowboys vs Titans game, great location, only 12 mins from stadium and downtown party areas. Shuttle till 230am on the weekend, only 10 dollars round trip.
