The rooms are very clean. The buffet for breakfest is excellent and the people are very careful. I would stay anytime at this place. It is only 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. Many snack bars, coffe shops, convenience store around the hotel. I stayed there week of april 15th, 2012.

Hotel was okay. Location interesting. Near to center via bus 23, with the stop right outside. Good selection of bars with beer with food within 10 minutes walk. Together with many shoe shops. Wife happy about this, as I with the many bars! Would go again!

The hotel location is great unlike those in city center crowded and full of traffic. Transport is convinent, restaurands, supermarkets and cafe in the neighbourhood. The staff are helpful and professional. I would not hesistate to stay here again if I visit Madrid.

Nice hotel, with helpful staff. Bus stops right outside hotel to take you into central Madrid - although can walk through the park at the back to get most places. This hotel was an average hotel. They were accommodating to move us to another room when they put us in a room with a double bed when we booked a king sized. They did tell us that the hotel was next to the Atocha train station when I emailed and asked how to get there but really it took two different metro lines and a 10 minute walk to the hotel. There […] is a bus though that runs right from in front of the hotel right to the downtown main square so that made it pretty convenient to get around and we mainly just stuck to the bus route. We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Staff were excellent, always helpful. Room was on the upper side of adequate for a city stay. About 7 min walk to Madrid's excellent Metro. Excellent value for money. You got what you paid for.

Praga is an average hotel. Be prepared to take the Metro into the heart of Madrid and to change lines, and a 10-15 min walk to the metro station. Our room was comfy and clean, however, there was a group of school kids staying on our floor that woke us up on 2nights at about 1 am. The location of the hotel is good, with easy access to the city centre and it's attractions by an excellent bus and metro system. The hotel itself is not too bad as it it clean and in good condition. However, have to say that I have stayed in 3 star hotels that have had better facilities and service than this one. The staff were really cold and unfriendly when we were checking in. My 2 friends and I were surprised when we were just handed our key cards without any confirmation […] from the reception staff of which floor or room were were in. Maybe it was a language barrier, but I've been to 3 star hotels in North African countries where they at least try to tell you your room number and how to get there. The distance of the hotel from the city centre is not too bad, as you can walk there in 15-20 minutes or take the metro. The other plus is that there are cafes, fast food shops and grocers along the same road as the hotel. But be warned, you may also spot some other not so welcome sights. Read more

Very nice hotel, english speaking is not so good. very near to bus station and also to Metro station many food shops are around like Burger King, Dominos Pizza, Mc Donalds, and turkish restaurant. Very Near to City center it is only three bus stations.

Great Hotel, Nice staff, well located (only 5 mins by taxi to La Latina (€6 fare). Rooms are comfortable and modern. All in all a good experience there and would not hesitate to reccomend this as a place to stay during a visit to Madrid

Praga was everything we could wish for. The people were marvelous and kind, including the people in the cafeteria. The hotel breakfast was very convenient and inexpensive compared to others outside the hotel The neighborhood was so packed with restaurants, stationeries, discount stores. Absolutely fantastic! Although I checked in speaking Spanish they quite happily spoke English to me when I struggled to understand. The hotel was clean, the parking was only 14 euros and everything was as good as I had hoped. I would recommend.

This hotel should not have been classed as a 4 star, it only just manages to scrap in as a 3 star. The hotel is far away from Madrid centre and the transport links for the metro to the airport aren't great - 3 metros were required! The room smelt smoky even though it was a non smoking. Unlike many other Spanish hotels you had to pay for the water in the mini bar. Although a little further than we thought to the Metro it was great value for a genuine 4 star hotel, not too far from the city centre. The rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was great! Much better value than surrounding bars and cafes, although it was good to have a choice of local bars and cafes to experience the atmosphere of real Madrid.

Hotellet ligger rett ved Athetico Madrids fotballstadion (som ligger ganske nært sentrum), med flott promenade til bysentrumet i Madrid. Det gikk også en bybuss rett ved hotellet, som gikk til sentrum. Hotellet fremstod som rent og komfortabelt.
