Business overnight. The room service food was really good and staff was very friendly. I had an early flight out the next morning and the airport shuttle at 5:30am made it so easy. I would definitely stay here again if traveling in the DC area.

Hotel lobby and facilities were clean and modern. Rooms were a little dated but very functional and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much with the great biews. Only complaint was the constant road construction and hotel access, though not entirely hotels fault. Overall excellent service. Super shuttle service to shopping areas. Hotel cleaning staff was top notch, never seen better room service either.

As you know the hotel has a great location just outside of Washington, DC with breathtaking views of the Potomac River, Arlington National Cemetery, the Washington Monument, and the Air Force Memorial. The entire public space was redone just a short while ago with new marble floors, furnishings and fixtures and the guest rooms got a makeover with new carpet throughout. We went to Arlington for a funeral of a family, and stayed in the Sheraton. It was very convenient the location , very comfortable, clean, and nice. The only inconvenience is that they do not have free wi-fi, we could not believe that in any other cheaper hotels , you get it free, and this one is more expensive and you have to pay.

Sheraton has a good product, but this hotel is clearly aging - time for a refurbishing. Staff were very accommodating with the van service - very helpful in getting to key metro stop since the hotel is a distance from the main streets.

everyone that worked at the hotel was very rude, I expected a better view for what i paid and the shuttle from the airport took forever. I was told that I would have had a better experience at the budget in . Very disappointed !

The hotel was just ok, but the staff at the front desk were rude, and couldn't be bothered it seemed. Ultimately they put me in a handicapped bedroom which I never asked for, and it was very awkward and difficult to take a shower, not to mention noisy.

Check in and parking are a nightmare, be prepared to carry your bags from a parking garage that is full most of the time to the lobby, where they are not overly enthused to greet you. Valet is way out of the question at this establishment. Will not stay here again. No breakfast, no internet in the rooms. Basically nothing special about this hotel except a cheap rate

I liked most of the hotel but the room smelled like lingering cigarette smoke. I could have asked for a room change but didn't. the guest services staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Why is it that Motel 6 can offer free wi-fi but a nice hotel like this cannot? That is something that I will never understand. Overall, nice place, comfortable room, covered parking. And, we had a room with a great view of the Pentagon, Arlington Cemetary and into DC.

We were sleeping right below the gym and could hear the loud music and the weights dropping, it felt like they were dropping on our head. Also, at 3am someone was on the treadmill and it sounded like they were running on top of us and woke us up.

Location was great, easily accessible to activities in VA & DC, room cleanliness was questionable. Upon entering a q-tip was found on floor of bathroom, previous evidence of water leak was still evident, shower drain backed up when in use. Not the best,not the worst.

Very old style room,desk lamp did not work. Front desk did not ask if i parked so i over heard what to do about getting out of parking lot. Area is isolated from stores and restaurants but shuttle's will take you.

Good hotel with standard services. Just one thing to remind is to avoid the "traditional room" since this is in the old building that rooms with smaller space, low ceiling, very small and sometimes dirty looking bathrooms (not dirty, but looks dirty because of being old). Good price, good location, good staff, big car park, splendid lobby and ball rooms. Internet is not free.

This hotel has an odd layout with guest rooms in a separate building. This necessitates going outside or going up to the mezzanine and back down in order to access the rest of the hotel. Very confusing. The restaurant has limited food service and there are no dining options within walking distance. It's a good enough hotel for the business traveler with a car, but I would not recommend it for a fun family vacation.

The hotel does have 2 sections, but often times it is quite beneficial for our guests and groups alike who want to be separated as their schedules are different from other guests on business travel. The room was dingy and moist in the basement of the part of the hotel that is separate, the rooms have the wall heating/air systems that are horrible for allergy sufferers. No daily water, Internet or breakfast like most hotels, there is not a refrigerator and no dining options near the hotel/within walking distance. It is highly under staffed, the dining room wait time and selections are terrible. The conference rooms were dirty, frigid and like the guest rooms had little to no sound proofing. I informed the hotel in my feedback that this property required corporate attention, it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Also know the color of the Sheridan airport shuttle red or white), which needs to be hailed, it will not automatically stop at the designated pickup area!

This hotel is like many hotels in the area and while we do not offer complimentary items and hide those fees in the room rate this way you only have to pay for what you would want to use. The Potomac Restaurant offers a variety of sandwiches, entrees, appetizers, and desserts that we hope appeals to everyone. In fact we even have flatbread pizza and gourmet tacos, but we do understand that sometimes we can’t please everyone. Of course our shuttle is only 5 minutes away from over 100 different shops, restaurants, and cafes. I really like this hotel. It is conveniently located to DCA and the go-to place if you have business at the Pentagon. The shuttle service is extremely handy and reliable. But the best part is the warm, friendly staff. "Grace" who works the front desk in the lobby should get an award for her outstanding customer service skills. She is quite a problem solver for weary road warriors - and always with a nice smile. I'd hire her away from you in a minute, but your guests would be denied her genuinely kind and attentive service. And I could never do that to my fellow road warriors who have to travel a lot. She's needed more here. (Smiles)

The staff at the Sheraton was terrific. We arrived early and were able to check in to our room. It was very large and very clean. The amenities I used were the courtesy shuttle, the fitness room, and the pool. We used the courtesy shuttle for the airport and the mall/metro station. We had a problem being picked up at one of the scheduled stops twice. We waited over 45 minutes both times, even after calling the hotel. It was freezing cold and that made for a very unhappy experience. Except for those 2 shuttle mishaps, we had a great stay. That will not keep me from returning.

No consideration for families with kids. We were assigned a room on a split level with stairs only and had to move up and down ourselves a twin stroller and multiple bags. Also, the shuttle wasn't going to load the stroller on the same shuttle as my family but said to take the following one.

A good stay starts with receiving what you expect and unfortunately the room that was assigned was the room type in our pavilion wing that was requested. We are always happy to re-assign rooms and I trust if you would let us know we would gladly make things right. The shuttles do often get full and when this occurs our staff will recommend that you wait for the next one so that we can get everyone on board that is together. I am sorry this did not work but during peak periods we try to accommodate as many people as we can in a safe manner. Regardless, I am sorry we did not make this easy for you. Let's start at check in..... Things seemed to go well enough, and we were assigned a room on the 15th floor. Get up to the room and the keys don't work, not to mention the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. So I haul all our stuff back down to the lobby and go to same CSR... Don't know how that happened he said as he reprogrammed the keys to a room on the 12th floor. No apology, nothing..... At least the key worked this time. The pool was nice and warm, but the air around it was frigidly cold. Breakfast was outrageously expensive, and for the price of parking you'd expect a wash and wax or something..... Worst hotel experience in quite a while. Sorry Sheraton, but maybe I should've listened to my 9 year old daughter, who wanted to stay at a Hilton!!! Maybe next time...

The hotel looks really nice from outside and inside. The shuttle busto the airport and metrostation is perfect. The problem was the room because the heat is a big loud fan and at night you can't sleep. It was so loud that you have to turn it off but then it is cold in the room if you are in the winter there. The the other problem was the fan in the bathroom you can't turn it off. Really loud too. The reat was nie the pool is kins of small but nice and the gym is good it is open 24 hours. Overall it was a good stay just to loud at night.

The hotel was a bit outside where the touristy stuff but a bus stopped right outside the hotel. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but has a beautiful interior with friendly staff. Very satisfied.

The hotel is quite beautiful but the location is not exactly ideal. There is nothing in walking distance to enjoy. The only selections of food are from the neighborhood restaurants and is not very good at all for the price. You basically have to take a taxi to go anywhere to enjoy anything.

Reps nothing friendly and poorly trained, the sanitary my room was cracked and leaked water all over the bathroom, the parking is so expensive US $ 20 per day, the lobby was full of people eating sitting where gave the broken front door and no one to help with bags, the food of bad restaurant.

The staff was awesome. The mattresses weren't that comfortable. Wasn't impressed with having to pay for internet every day. However the rest was great. The view from our room was outstanding. Again the staff was excellent,friendly, and very helpful.

Nice hotel, but we were awakened at 0530 for a fire alarm so did not really get a full night of sleep. Furthermore, did not get a late checkout due to the fire alarm or any other compensation. The hotel also charged me for a $4 bottle of in-room water which I did not even partake of.

Very nice hotel, stayed as it was half price. Beautiful room, very clean. Disappointed that the pool was only open for 4 hrs in the evening. Underground parking although extra $24 was welcome with snow storm overnight. Couldn't justify staying at full price. Restaurant had nice setting, photos of past POTUS.

Chose this hotel for the indoor pool for my kids...they had a blast! We arrived around 4:00 PM and had to wait about 10-15 minutes for our room. Because of this, they gave me a free parking pass overnight (which saved me $24). My kids basically swam until the pool closed and the pool staff was very friendly. We had a great stay!
