Even though we only stayed one night as we were enroute to Nayarit we really enjoyed our stay. Glen and his lovely wife were very accomodating. The room was a joy and the breakfast wonderful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is beautiful and we had an ocean view room. They did not have our reservation when we arrived, but they accommodated us anyway. The food in the restaurant was decent and the room was clean. Overall it was a good stay.

I only stayed here for one night to finish off an 8 day stay in Mazatlan. It's within easy walking distance of many bars and restaurants, and it's nice... having both beach and pool right on site. The rooms are in good shape, and the bathrooms are very nice, with no lack of hot water (which is a problem in some other places I've stayed). If you want to go to the historical center of the city, you can either take a taxi from here (meh), walk (it's a bit of a hike), or just go about a block from the hotel and pick up the city bus for 10 pesos. by Eric from Michigan on 03/26/13

We had a wonderful stay, we were well looked after, as it is off season service was fantastic. We had our family come and visit, and they too were treated well. The only problem was when my Mexican husbands nephew came to take us to the airport, the hotel staff reported him as a fair stealer. As result the Taxis chased us down and blocked us in. It […] was very scary for us , because of all the shootings going on. Our nephew fortunately was very calm and showed the Taxi drivers his Police badge and assured them we were family.
