Bistro Le Boulevard restaurant serves bistro-style cuisine in a European-style setting; breakfast and lunch are offered. Le Café bar features a fireplace, couches and leather chairs. The hotel also features meeting rooms and a ballroom that accommodates up to 1,000 people. The outdoor terrace adjoins a sixth-floor day spa, a fully equipped fitness center, and an atrium-style lap pool. Massages are available at the Massage Studio, located across from the pool. The spacious rooms are marvelous, the location of the hotel is well situated in the core of Montreal. You can walk to various events. The garage parking is less to be desired and the unattended at night time parking is also a pain. The heat regulation in some rooms are also indesirable.

Two lamps weren't working, including a desk lamp -- awkward when I wanted to do a bit of work there. On the other hand the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, they really provided great service.

"The Sheraton in Montreal - close to Bell Centre"
The staff were very courteous and helpful, and the location was excellent. The only complaint - and it is small, is that we could not find a working ice machine on any of the floors we checked.

excellent location, quality and comfort. Is going to be my "go-to Hotel" in Montreal ! But hope for my next trip they can have something other than Starbucks coffee in the room, served in paper cups. Very nice hotel and excellent location close to Ste-Catherine street. Very clean, good continental breakfast. Nice view from any room, but ask a mountain view (facing north) if you want to see Mont-Royal.

"Excellent location for restaurant"
The hotel beds were comfortable, I was on the 22nd floor with a beautiful view of the city. Highly recommend for an exquisite dinning experience to go to Europea, reservations recommended. The gym was under renovations and no hot tub for the moment. A sauna would be an added bonus.

The view from the room was nice and the hotel was well situated. The room was clean and fresh looking as well as comfortable. Hotel has a great location downtown close to many shops and restaurants. I was disappointed that a hotel like this would charge for wi-fi services.
"Too expensive for what you get"
Wi-Fi should be included for the rate charged. Room was no better than other hotels in the area I've stayed at before, wich inlcuded free Internet. Room service was extremely expensive!

We spent a very nice few days at the hotel. Staff were excellent and the room was top quality. We enjoyed our stay on the 36th floor. Shop around for Parking...lots of exterior space next to the hotel for more than half the price. We just rolled ito the hotel parking late one night and overpaid for parking! "centre sheraton - affordable luxury"
this was our honeymoon and i couldn't have been happier about our stay. the room was luxurious and comfortable, the internet lounge in the lobby helped us considerably, and services like massage and the pool were welcome additions. the concierges were very good at their jobs and i never felt any less than a welcome guest.

The hotel had everything we needed: a pool for the kids, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, helpful & friendly staff and the location was superb. The only disappointment was the fact that there was no free internet service availability in the room. We have yet to be disappointed with a stay at the Sheraton chain of hotels.
"Beautiful hotel in downtown Montreal"
Beautiful hotel, convenient location to visit the downtown. Parking is extra. Room was very clean and comfortable. The only problem: the air conditioner was very noisy. During the day they are renovating at the lower level. The noise was enough to be heard on the 11th floor at 9 in the morning.
"Horrible customer service"
I had previously made a reservation for one junior suite for two people. I had more people that wanted to join in our mini-vacation and wanted to change my junior suite to two regular rooms. and the hassle it took me to try and talk to someone to change it was unbelievable!!! In the end, I still was not able to change my reservation due to their stupid […] policy. So I strongly suggest not to book a room with this hotel. Also, before checkout I looked at the bill that was placed under the door and they had accidentally charged me $31.15 for no apparent reason. I went to the front desk and the only response I received was "opps!" I found that unacceptable. If a client fails to look at their bill and gets automatically charged bogus charges, that isn't cool. This is a nice hotel but the street noise that we heard on the 12th floor kept us up all night long. We were in room 1229 and it faced Rene Levesque Blvd which is a main street. We heard car horns, sirens, and what sounded like buses braking all night long. We didn't sleep for the two nights we were there. "Close to shopping and heart of Montreal"
We stayed here on our girls weekend getaway and it was fabulous!! The staff were amazing, the pool was great, location...we couldn't have asked for anything better. The rooms were modern and clean and well kept. We actually decided to stay here everytime we stay in Montreal because anywhere else will just be a disappointement!
"Did Not Live Up To Expectations"
The Sheraton name is excellent by reputation but I was disappointed in a couple of areas. • I respect it's an older building, but the drop-off spot is awkward and no-one greeted or helped to move my items from my car. I had to search for a luggage cart and only when I loaded it did someone appear and took it inside while I parked my car. • In getting […] the cart, again only when I made overture to take it to the elevator did I receive any attention and when we go to the 21st floor, several items toppled from the cart and no apology or je m'excuse monsieur. • The elevators are speedy and the Ice Machine was close by, so those were helpful. • My greatest frustration is the narrow parking spaces in the underground (from levels 4 to 7) where I needed a blessed can opener to get my car in and out. Designed for an earlier era, I backed in with outside mirrors nearly touching each of my neighbours' cars. TOO TIGHT to get in and out of the car comfortably. • The young lady who was the Concierge was very helpful when we needed directions. That was good. • There was no warmth or personality or welcoming feeling to the stay. Anything in either language: Bienvenue a Chez Nous Mr. Kelly, Welcome to the Sheraton Mr. Kelly. We hope you enjoy your stay. instead it was clinical, distant and a feeling that I was inconveniencing them by staying at their place. * The room was clean and comfortable and was serviced for towels etc. very promptly. • But there was such a 'Next' ...'Next'...hurry up and be done so i can service the next person attitude that the experience took the shine off my previous stays at other Sheratons. • This was a weekend of family gathering and a mini-vacation for us. Between 2 night room rental and 2 days parking, it was close to $500. Maybe a pittance to the hotel, but huge to me for 2 days. "Perfect downtown location"
This hotel is perfect for anyone planning to go to an event at the Bell Center, it is maybe a 2 min walk to the door. It was extremely clean, modern and comfortable. We loved the starbucks coffee in the room. There was even a little shopping area and salon below the lobby floor.
