This hotel lives up to its expectations. It's clean and quiet in a very convenient locale. Complimentary in-room Internet service and morning breakfast in the lobby area are much appreciated as a business traveler. Room is small, but not unlike hotels in other major cities, and the room is cleaned and refreshed daily. Excellent overall value and would stay there again.

The hotel is very convenient for Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea but had to take a bus to the airport, which is about an hour drive and cost $24 per person. It was across the street from the Disney Train which gave us access to the subway for getting around in Tokyo.

We stayed in a one bedroom. The view was beautiful, facing the garden. We had a king in our room and were able to fit an extra bed and crib for my children without too much problem. Room amenities were great. Lots of fancy toiletries (like skincare stuff!), the potty was really cool, with bidet and everything automatic! The service was great. The only […] problem I found was that the staff english was not very good. So communication was an issue. Also, there's no internet in the hotel! So that was tricky! Also, the location is not ideal, but they do offer a free shuttle to the closest train station so it was ok. I would definitely recommend it to people staying with family as getting such good rooms in Tokyo is hard to find elsewhere. Read more

The shuttle to the train station made a big difference in the experience of the hotel and made the location work. There are some beautiful walks in the neighborhood and opportunities to really experience local culture.

We "accidentally" booked this hotel as we wanted to stay in Shinjuku, and in retrospect was more than happy with this oversight. The location is away from the buzz of Shinjuku, being next to Waseda University. However, with a bit of time management, access to the major train/subway station is easy with the immaculate hotel shuttle bus which runs every […] 30 minutes on weekdays and every 20 minutes on weekends. The run each way to and from the station takes about 10 minutes. After a few days within the maddening crowd, it is a blessed relief to have this hotel as a sanctuary! The sizeable adjourning garden serves as a great retreat, but is only open from 11 am to 4 pm. All the staff has been excellent, helpful to a tee and really tries to facilitate any requests or problem solving. Whilst some may be hampered by English language difficulties, there is a genuine desire to help, often doing more than what one should expect. There is a great Ramen store just across the road from the hotel's front entrance. Read more

ジュニアスイートというわりには狭いです。お風呂なんか狭くて幻滅、、、清潔度は高いと思います。チェックインのときに「ワンランク広い部屋にしました」と言ったので期待していたら、普通のジュニアスイートでした。もともとそれで予約しているはずなのですが！？　加湿器があるのはいいのですが、空いているコンセントがありません。仕方なく、ルームライトのコンセントを抜きました。

テーブルのコンセントソケットが剥がれ落ちていることに気づくのにしばらくかかった。壁コンセントには電気ポットの電源ケーブルらしきものがささったままだった。エキストラベッドの掛け布団にシミやコゲ（穴）があった。いずれもささいなことではあるが、リーガにしては、という意味で少々残念。サービスや部屋自体は満足、さすがリーガ。

ホテルマンのサービスは素晴らしく良かった。少し残念だったのが部屋に入って一つのベッドメーキングが私としては不満だった。上布団が（頭がわ）折り込まれてなく地面に付いていた。気持ちよくなかった。あと、カウンターバーのところとテレビボードにホコリがたまっていた。それから、タンスの引き出しが一つ壊れていて締まらなかった。それを抜かせば素晴らしかった。ありがとうございました。
