"Comfort and Parking"
Two double beds are NOT big enough for 2 adults! to sleep comfortably!!! The mattress was lumpy and NOT comfortable at all! The glass glasses were dirty and one still had lipstick on it! The parking was RIDICULOUS!!! We were in building 11 and had to park by the entrance to the check-in desk because there just was no place to park! "Worst stay ever"

It was a bit disappointing to think you're staying in the "Doubletree" but actually staying in the "Refurbished Days Inn." The rooms were old, the beds were hard, the bathrooms were tight. The hotel was close to sea world which is why we selected it and reviews were good. Our room although nice had a very musty smell to it and no mini fridge. Everything else was fine. The portion of the "resort" that we stayed in was one of the remodeled older sections. The room was obviously older BUT had been remodeled very nicely with nice decor, flat screen, and a super comfy bed. Hotel room was just ok. Bed mattress is firm which isn't the most comfortable. Need a towel rack at the sink. Room safe being at the back of the closet is an awkward reach. We stay for two nights as a layover on our way to the beach. We had dinner there the second night and breakfast right before we checked out. The dinner was OK. Food was good but the service was so-so. Staff didn't seem very well coordinated and it took a server almost 15 minutes to check on us when we were seated.
