This hotel demonstrates the laziness and poor quality which envelops hotels which have lack competition in their general neighborhood. First, before arriving, bring a sherpa or a Sedgeway because the parking is about the worst I have ever seen and a long haul is in store from your car to the hotel -- how about valet parking or maybe a parking shuttle? […] Nah, too much service. When I was there, the hotel was going through a (long needed) renovation so I'll excuse the messiness in the lobby and restaurant, but of course the rooms remain shabby (and do not appear to be getting renovated), my sink was peeiing. Charming. One great part (not to be underestimated) is the bed -- it is the Starwoods super comfortable bed you will find in Westins and good Sheratons. So you will get a good night's sleep! Came back to mass after years, Sheraton Tara used to be a crown jewel. What a dump. Arrived at 1am after late arrival at logan. Woken up by landscaping company using power sweepers to move dirt around. Really. Was also charged twice for Internet. Ended up at beechwood in Worcester which I highly recommend, 100% nicer

Previously was here Thanksgiving 2011 (about 16 months ago). Money probably would have been better spent elsewhere for the rate I paid. When I entered the room I heard the water running in the toilet tank. I removed the lid, jiggled the flap so the tank could fill. On future flushes I made sure to shake the handle. The tub was multi-discolored. It wasn't […] dirty. It was painted/patched to repair tub from chips. This wasn't in one isolated location but overall surface work. The wall paper in the bathroom had small square patches. The carpet in the room appeared new and clean. The bed was comfortable. The sheets white and clean. I did not do the ultraviolet 'test'. The windows were a giant source of heat loss. They were drafty and the wind coming in actually moved the sheer curtain. I seriously cranked the room thermostat up to 76 to offset the heat loss. I was only in town for a matter of hours for a family function. I wasn't up for a "fight" since this was booked online so I didn't want to go through a third party to dispute the room. I was certain I could get a good night sleep and move on. Aside from the location being very convenient and the bed clean I have my doubts about returning again. For less than half the price there is a less desirable hotel across the street with probably equal accomidations. Disappointed in the loss of quality since my last visit. I did not approach the front desk to switch rooms/complain. I am sure they would have switched me. Read more

We were given a room on the second floor over a ballroom. The first night we were there a band was playing downstairs and didn't stop until after midnight sometime. On the second night there was an even louder band, lots more percussion and someone at the microphone making loud announcements. We called the desk at about 11:00. They assured us the band […] was in the process of wrapping up and would stop shortly. Forty five minutes later we called the desk and spoke to someone else who said the band would not be stopping for a while and offered to switch our rooms. This in itself is a huge inconvenience at midnight. The head of security came up to our room and he agreed to go down to the ballroom and find out when the band would stop. He came back and assured us the band would be wrapping it up soon. They finally did stop at 12:30. Why we were put in a room over a ballroom where a band was scheduled to play is beyond me; additionally we were never able to get a straight answer as to the ending time. The whole experience put a big damper on our stat at the Sheridan Castle. Bummer! Read more

Although they have 2 restaurants in the building, (one is open for dinner, and one for breakfast) Neither is good. The staff at both locations seemed more involved in their personal conversations than actually waiting on tables. The first time I was in a first floor room, and the window didn't have a lock on it. Maintenance came within minutes of my call and put one on it. For my second visit, the toilet kept moving side to side and the handle needed to be jiggled to stop it from running all night. On the plus side, they are pet friendly which is nice for a hotel this size. It's also easy off from the Mass Turnpike (although getting back on is not as easy). Read more

Elevators are really slow, feel like you arrived and the door won't open. On the positive side. Huge workout facility you share with outside "members". No floor space for Pilates or yoga but tons of machines that are rarely used, could use new treadmills. Inside heated pool. This place is all about location, right at Mass Pike (90) and Route 9 so quick to the nearby businesses. I booked a room at the Sheraton to surprise my fiancee with a romantic night out. I placed roses all over the room and had a bottle of her favorite wine in the ice bucket. One of the front desk staff members, Eric F. happened to be walking by as I was finishing up. When he saw the wine on the table with two plastic cups that are provided in the room, […] he suggested I put real wine glasses on the table. I was of course overjoyed and appreciated his extra effort in making this night memorable for my girl and I. We had a great night down in the lounge and woke up to an exceptional breakfast in the hotel. It was the perfect end to our experience at the Sheraton and I hope to be able to do it again sometime. Cheap. Totally get what you pay for. There is a Chinese restaurant attached so bfast isn't free (about $10). The AC was loud but not loud enough to keep me up.

Every time we have stayed here (2-3 times this year) the front desk staff is uncooperative and not helpful at all. On our September trip, they did not have the room type we had booked JUST A FEW HOURS BEFORE. Once you get past check-in, the place is pretty nice.

Beautiful hotel. Very well maintained. Rooms very clean. Bathroom a little bit small, but the room was spacious and comfortable. They charge $10 for wi-fi and there is no complimentary breakfast, but the hotel is reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

After reading the reviews, I expected something close to a reasonable level of cleanliness and quality. We were disappointed with the end result. From least to worst; the elevators were not all working, felt wobbly and looked quite worn in terms of carpeting. The area around the pool was not very clean, with the pool staff just sitting around talking. […] Would it be too much to expect them to clean the floor? Finally.....there were hairs everywhere in our bathroom, on the floor, in the bath, on the ceiling ( I have no idea...). We called twice for the bathroom to be cleaned, without success. We upgraded to the club level because it included breakfast. The eggs were good but the only hot food available were eggs and oatmeal. I also assumed there would be a hot tub near the pool but there wasn't. They did have a lot of workout equipment though. They also had free soft drinks in the evening.

Overall Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center is great. Just the elevator is so slow we have to use the other one in the back. There are some conference the first 3 days we stayed that made us park quite far. After the conference the parking lot has a plenty of space. Recommend to stay :)
