Came back to mass after years, Sheraton Tara used to be a crown jewel. What a dump. Arrived at 1am after late arrival at logan. Woken up by landscaping company using power sweepers to move dirt around. Really. Was also charged twice for Internet. Ended up at beechwood in Worcester which I highly recommend, 100% nicer

Previously was here Thanksgiving 2011 (about 16 months ago). Money probably would have been better spent elsewhere for the rate I paid. When I entered the room I heard the water running in the toilet tank. I removed the lid, jiggled the flap so the tank could fill. On future flushes I made sure to shake the handle. The tub was multi-discolored. It wasn't […] dirty. It was painted/patched to repair tub from chips. This wasn't in one isolated location but overall surface work. The wall paper in the bathroom had small square patches. The carpet in the room appeared new and clean. The bed was comfortable. The sheets white and clean. I did not do the ultraviolet 'test'. The windows were a giant source of heat loss. They were drafty and the wind coming in actually moved the sheer curtain. I seriously cranked the room thermostat up to 76 to offset the heat loss. I was only in town for a matter of hours for a family function. I wasn't up for a "fight" since this was booked online so I didn't want to go through a third party to dispute the room. I was certain I could get a good night sleep and move on. Aside from the location being very convenient and the bed clean I have my doubts about returning again. For less than half the price there is a less desirable hotel across the street with probably equal accomidations. Disappointed in the loss of quality since my last visit. I did not approach the front desk to switch rooms/complain. I am sure they would have switched me. Read more

While the staff was very polite, and the room comfortable and quiet, this hotel has seen better days, and is ready for the make-over I heard about when I checked in. The hotel parking lot was crowded, and it was clearly a convention party scene when I arrived. Although this was an intriguing way to start, what disappointed me was the charge for in-room wireless services and the quite small area where breakfast was being served at a hefty price. Although they have 2 restaurants in the building, (one is open for dinner, and one for breakfast) Neither is good. The staff at both locations seemed more involved in their personal conversations than actually waiting on tables. The food was pricey, had a very small selection, and was uninspired...mostly sandwiches and fried food. The hotel itself was […] under renovation, and was overall attractive...or at least it will be when the renovations are done. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time I was in a first floor room, and the window didn't have a lock on it. Maintenance came within minutes of my call and put one on it. For my second visit, the toilet kept moving side to side and the handle needed to be jiggled to stop it from running all night. On the plus side, they are pet friendly which is nice for a hotel this size. It's also easy off from the Mass Turnpike (although getting back on is not as easy). Read more

Didn't think the bath tub was clean also I left a wake call for 6:20 pm Friday evening never got that call did get a wake up 6:20am on Saturday which I want because I had put in for a wake up call 9:45 instead. Other then that my stay is OKay.

The hotel is getting quite dated, worn carpets with rippling and overall stuck in the 90's feel. The castle motif of the exterior can be challenging to match with an interior scheme but I'm hoping they go for it. In-room heater/AC are rather noisy for the room price. They have an attached restaurant/bar but the bartender said it was closing, unsure […] if it's a new direction or for remodeling. Elevators are really slow, feel like you arrived and the door won't open. On the positive side. Huge workout facility you share with outside "members". No floor space for Pilates or yoga but tons of machines that are rarely used, could use new treadmills. Inside heated pool. This place is all about location, right at Mass Pike (90) and Route 9 so quick to the nearby businesses. Ten minutes to all of the restaurants and shopping one can possibly handle with the Natick Mall and Shopper's World. Read more

This was a great stay for our family of four. The room (2 double beds) was quite large. The bathroom was the opposite, very small-only downside. Crib was in great condition. I booked a room at the Sheraton to surprise my fiancee with a romantic night out. I placed roses all over the room and had a bottle of her favorite wine in the ice bucket. One of the front desk staff members, Eric F. happened to be walking by as I was finishing up. When he saw the wine on the table with two plastic cups that are provided in the room, […] he suggested I put real wine glasses on the table. I was of course overjoyed and appreciated his extra effort in making this night memorable for my girl and I. We had a great night down in the lounge and woke up to an exceptional breakfast in the hotel. It was the perfect end to our experience at the Sheraton and I hope to be able to do it again sometime. I was thrilled at the staff, they were very accomadating. We were there for the good byes of my Mom. The rooms were very clean and the mattresses were so comfortable!!! It was like sleeping on a cloud! Thank you Framingham Sheratin for a nice stay during a difficult time.

Cheap. Totally get what you pay for. There is a Chinese restaurant attached so bfast isn't free (about $10). The AC was loud but not loud enough to keep me up.

The hotel was clean and relatively affordable. The room itself was a bit outdated and had a broken closet door and the phone didn't work. Although that was a bit annoying, the rest of my experience was positive. Also, the parking lot is not ideal. It was quite a walk to get to the entrance.

Every time we have stayed here (2-3 times this year) the front desk staff is uncooperative and not helpful at all. On our September trip, they did not have the room type we had booked JUST A FEW HOURS BEFORE. Once you get past check-in, the place is pretty nice.

Beautiful hotel. Very well maintained. Rooms very clean. Bathroom a little bit small, but the room was spacious and comfortable. They charge $10 for wi-fi and there is no complimentary breakfast, but the hotel is reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

After reading the reviews, I expected something close to a reasonable level of cleanliness and quality. We were disappointed with the end result. From least to worst; the elevators were not all working, felt wobbly and looked quite worn in terms of carpeting. The area around the pool was not very clean, with the pool staff just sitting around talking. […] Would it be too much to expect them to clean the floor? Finally.....there were hairs everywhere in our bathroom, on the floor, in the bath, on the ceiling ( I have no idea...). We called twice for the bathroom to be cleaned, without success. We upgraded to the club level because it included breakfast. The eggs were good but the only hot food available were eggs and oatmeal. I also assumed there would be a hot tub near the pool but there wasn't. They did have a lot of workout equipment though. They also had free soft drinks in the evening.

only one tiny issue with a plug that didn't work. reported it, i think the previous tenant may have just pulled too hard pulling out their blow dryer they called someone to fix it right away. but the place is spotless, and safe and very friendly folks

Overall Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center is great. Just the elevator is so slow we have to use the other one in the back. There are some conference the first 3 days we stayed that made us park quite far. After the conference the parking lot has a plenty of space. Recommend to stay :)

For a large and prestigious hotel. The room was outdated. The furniture showed years of wear and tear. The windows were not clean from the outside. The bathroom tiles need to be either cleaned thoroughly or regrouted. The stay was comfortable but the expectation was disappointed. We had free breakfast but there was nothing left so we had to go downstairs […] to the restaurant and pay for a breakfast. We made it to the breakfast/club room an hour before the end and found little to no food available. We have two children and there was no minifridge in the room for storing milk and other baby food products, so we had to use ice. The pool was extremely cold and had many particles in it.
