"good location, rooms need update"
This hotel looks great outside and the lobby is impressive, however, the rooms are out dated, and carpet is dirty in the hallway and in the room. Pros: The staff is helpful at the front desk, information and bell services. It is in a good location , walking distance to Eaton centre, CN tower and China town. Cons: The beds are very hard and you can hear […] the actions on queen street if you stay at a lower level. I probably would try the Hilton across the street next time. Great customer service. Superceded my expectations, given the affordable price. Would definitely stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel"
Nice location and view, and near Chinatown! Nice room servicesGenuine Expedia guest review
Firstly very high price. Secondly room second rate and out dated. No fridge, no mini-bar; have seen better coffee making facilities in a travel lodge both in UK and US. Room service costs amazingly high, all costs amazingly high; however you dont need to eat here with a wealth of multi-cultural food on your doorstep. Room has mold under the sink, poor […] ventilation (great view marred by constant steamed windows), mostly caused by no extractor in the bathroom. Bed sheets didnt fit, maids noisy and rarely came at same time, even asked do we really need them today.... Internet over priced and they even charged me $3 for a phone call to the helpdesk as the wireless wouldnt connect up; also you only get access to one device on wireless (use wireless hotspot on your laptop if you are savvy or someone to help you). Overall stay somewhere else, great location but loads of hotels nearby. Toronto great city. Sheraton decidedly average. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great stay in Toronto"
Hotel was very clean and staff was great. Will definitely stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review
Wireless Internet was so expensive that I preferred to don't use Internet. Over all was a good experience.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff was exceptional and prompt. The hotel is very well kept except their room doors. They need better sound proof doors as I had to complain to front desk about the noise level coming inside from the room lobby from people walking, opening an shutting doors and talking etc. Overall good experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
"nice hotel but room service very slow"
Nice hotel..stayed there few times.. but two times in a row, the room key didn't work the first time and had to go back down to the desk.. also took two separate calls and 10 min on hold and 1 hr wait time just to get frustrating a bottle opener from room service..Genuine Expedia guest review
"Old but comfortable.."
It is an older hotel but comfortable... better wi-fi would be greatly appreciated.Genuine Expedia guest review
Very expensive hotel for one night. I do not understand why I have to pay for wireless Internet. Parking the car for one night very expensive. Forty-five dollars plus tax plus tip per one night. I would not recomend bringing your car with you.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not a restful stay."
The room temperature was frigid and we could not adjust the temperature. The thermostat was apparently faulty. We were awoken by a fire alarm at 3 a.m. in the morning. We had chosen to stay over so that we wouldn't have to drive home late at night. Turns out that we could have driven home for the little sleep we got.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Business Event Location!"
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great business event location! Very experienced event planner and technical support! Would recommend for business events!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Jan 2012 Business Trip"
The Sheraton Toronto Centre is an outstanding hotel for the business traveler. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, access to all parts of the city is readily available by subway, cab, or trolley. The Sheraton is well equipped for the business traveler with all of the expected amenities plus a truly impressive lobby area convenient for quick […] meetings or collaborative work sessions. The hotel does run counter to the current trend of "cozy" or intimate settings and instead is large and accommodating, if slightly overwhelming. The staff is top-tier. Definitely a "go-to" place if your business activities are downtown Toronto. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent hotel overall"
Excellent hotel to stay in. The bathroom ventilation system could be improved as we had to get rid of the condensation on the room's window every morning and evening as it was obscuring the otherwise very nice view.Genuine Expedia guest review
We enjoyed stayed at Sheraton Downtown, they could improve their room service and cleaning the room better. If staying at this hotel park yourself and save money and don't get sucked into "breakfast included" rate. Overall it's a decent place to stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Hotel and Location. Needs in room amenities"
The hotel was very good overall. I expected more amenities to be available in the room like fridget and internet that are expected in high level hotels. Other than that its a great location and close to most attractions.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A good place to stay!"
Good hotel in a good location for most downtown activities.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Sheraton Center Toronto"
Hotel nice and clean with great pool for the kids. Everything was good except for customer service at Hotels.com and Sheraton. We had to check-out 1 day early because my daughter got sick and after spending over an hour talking to front desk at hotel and then on the phone with Hotels.com, we still couldn't get a refund on the 1 night or a free night […] some other day. The two companies couldn't figure out who should help. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Had a wonderful experience"
Check-in & out was fast & easy. Got a great view of the CN Tower from my room! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shopping center, restaurants are on premises. Only wish the internet access from my room was free. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Sheraton downtown toronto"

"Sheraton Centre Toronto"
EXCELLENT location and service; gave a room upgrade and free breakfast to compensate for long check-in wait. Comfortable for our family (two double beds, one for us and one our daughters shared), with plenty of room to move around. Would definitely recommend for business or pleasure.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good service, Comfotrable stay"
The place is good vale for money as long as you book through a travel site. Booking throuh the hotel website might prove to be a bit more expensive. Considering how much it costs to park your car in downtown Toronto, I feel its a good idea to save a few bucks on the hotel booking. Great location and close to most tourist attractions. We also had a […] good view from the room. Lots to explore within the hotel. Friendly staff. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"crappy stay !!!"
The pool was closed for a few monthe for reno.... did not know that when we booked... crazy parties going on both nights and had to call front desk , who took 10-15 min oh hold to even talk to someone......lacking soap, shampoo.. my suitcase i quess fell over and everything was on the floor....it was open on the suitcase rack.. I am guessing maid by […] mistake knocked it over .......who knows.....beds were nice , but that was it !!! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This was a great first time experience! I was really impressed with the fact we could check-in a few hours earlier than the normal check-in, without a problem, unheard of in most hotels. We were greeted with a smile and a very friendly chat at the registration desk, this continued on to the coffee shop and the information desk. We enjoyed are stay so […] much so, that next year when we travel to Toronto to see The Nutcracker, we will stay two nights. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. Very clean and close to everything..walking distnace from eaton centre, just wish it wasnt all vale parkingGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The rooms seemed kind of out of date and not all like they looked on the website. The room had no mini fridge, there was a vent that had cardboard taped over it for whatever reason and the bathroom floors werent as clean as the should be. Then I had to walk 4-5 flights is stairs just to find a vending machine that was stocked with pop.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great stay. Service was perfect. Beds like clouds. Lobby was full of life. Bar excellent. I'll be back often.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The location of the hotel was ok, near restaurant and attractions , but the personal from the hotel dont know nothing of the area. The room that i select to stay was totally diferent of the one that i get to sleep. Well not happy at all.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"CUPE Fall courses"
Stay was great only complaint larger bath towels and not enough towels. One more face and bath would have been more convenient and tissue paper in the room;)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not worth the price"
This hotel is centrally located in dtw Toronto which was amazing but when we actually walked into our room the carpet was stained, the toilet kept running and the sheets were not comfortable. Also the walls are thin so we could hear our neighbors conversations. Overall for the money we spent I thought we would have a nicer room. Will not stay here […] again. Enjoyed our stay, got a great room in this well located hotel at a great price. Tim Horton's and Starbucks right next door, steps to subway and Eaton Center.Genuine Expedia guest review

"GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!"
Worst hotel ever treated me like a child because of my age and messed everything up. Kept my deposit and won't refund. Terrible prices and rooms. Very loud and annoying people. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR HILTONGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"I'm glad I chose this hotel"
This hotel is in the center of downtown Toronto across the Eaton shopping center. It has access to underground passage going to various shopping centers, food courts and neighboring streets, you don't have to go out the hotel! When we checked in, this lady Ms. Pascual was very pleasant and even gave us an upgrade of free breakfast and internet. Going […] to the CN tower is walking distance and subway accessible when going to Univ of Toronto or Casa Loma. The view is magnificent in the breakfast area which is surrounded by glass windows overlooking the city. I had a good deal with Expedia on this trip! I really recommend Sheraton Centre Toronto hotel. "One of the best experience we had"
You can walk to any major downtown attractions without ever needing to drive. We did theater, dined at Chinatown, shopped at downtown. Hotel staff are very nice. The only things I hope they can do better is the pool water, not very clean. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great service and close to everything"
Staying a week in a hotel can reveal insights otherwise not available. We had a few bumps along the way, but the staff and management would always work hard to make things right. Being across from the city hall, the location is perfect for anything you want to do in Toronto. Try the breakfast buffet too.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"room in need of renovation"
