Smelled like smoke, dirty, dated and worn furniture, stained sheets, towels with hairs all over them; what wasn't there to complain about. I'm low maintenance too but this place was just nasty. Don't get suckered in by low rates, not worth it.

This hotel looked clean but my clothing all had to be washed just after one night staying there. Very stale and smoky smelling. Also, not a very professional atmosphere when checking in and out. Also the rooms are not very sound proof, we could hear every movement from adjoining rooms.

This is an old hotel, could use a renovation, but not bad. Lobby smells like smoke, probably from employees smoking out front. Rooms could be updated but mine was clean and comfortable and everything worked. For an extended stay the plus here is a full kitchen with full size refrig and stove/oven, toaster, pots and pans, etc, if you would make use of […] that sort of stuff. We had to haul luggage up to 3rd floor. No amenities at all. Bare bones! Minimum cookware No ice machine. Just empty ice trays in refrigerator.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, had a nice kitchen. Tub/shower was great, high shower head with lots of pressure. Small TV. Good storage. No breakfast. Comfortable bed. Very reasonable & close to interstate. Room was extremely clean but hallways, stairwells, lobby smelled like smoke & they were very small. Hard to get up the stairs with luggage since the cleaning carts are kept in the stairwell. No ice machine - ice trays in your personal freezer in your room. The motel is very convenient for the airport (@ 5 minutes away). The suites really need a lick of paint and updating. Having said that, it has to be one of the cleanest places I've stayed at. Take your own shampoo. Fine for an overnight stop for the airport and cheap.

My wife and I decided to give Studio Plus a shot based on budget. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We were greeted by a locked main entrance and had to check in via phone in the cold ("security"). As we ventured up to our room, we experienced a lovely tour of terrible odors. Upon entering the studio, we experienced more "plus" than expected. […] Highlights included being welcomed by a strong, smokey scent (not of the rustic variety), artful carpet stains reminiscent of blood and a general sense of grunge. I recommend ensuring you pack some shampoo, as it is not included nor available. We ended the night snuggled up in our cigarette burned polyester blanket. All in all, truly enchanting! Read more

Good room for the money. The desk clerk was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Close to the airport. However, NO ELEVATORS! If you can climb stairs this will not be a problem. I have bad knees so I struggled going up and down.

We had a roof with kitchen faclities but very limited equipment crockery and cutlery for two persons, one saucepan and a small frying pan. There was a full sized oven but it failed to heat sufficiently to cook a pizza. However the room was clean and comfortable.
