My biggest complaint about Rainbow Towers is that the beds were very soft and not very comfortable. There is nothing worse than a mattress that you feel that you are sinking into. It is particularly bad when you are sleeping with someone. Both times I woke up with a sore back. Firstly when we arrived the Hotel had no knowledge of our booking through hotels.com and we were lucky there were rooms albeit on different floors. The air conditioniing did not work throughout our stay in both rooms and the lifts were out of order on 3 occassions and we had to use the stairs to and from the 8th Floor. 元は良いホテルだったのだろうという雰囲気は残っていますが、親切ではあるもののいま一つ気が利かないというか抜けたところが多いスタッフ、目立つ老朽化といったところであまり良い印象ではありません。この内容だと高すぎる気もしますがコストパフォーマンスについてジンバブエのホテルは全体的にそんなものでした。 レストランは朝晩１階ずつ利用しましたが、夜のほうはかなり期待はずれ。その場で切り分けてくれる肉もぱさぱさで……まあ歩いていける範囲に別の飲食店もないのですが。朝はまあ普通。
