over all the rooms were in good condition service was excellent price was right. Pool was very small and extremely warm. we did get a free upgrade to the club level due to overbooking however seems like that room was very small for club level. Otherwise it was a very nice room.

the hotel was fine, but if you wander away from the inner harbour for just a few blocks, it is really seedy, and i believe unsafe. ft. mchenry was great, and all the service people were extremely nice.

, this hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the convention center. The rooms are a bit small, but the location is fantastic. Parking is in an adjacent parking garage, so no need to go into the elements to get to your room.just a block away from the Inner Harbor, it's hard to find a better location.

Hotel staff was very helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to/from the Inner Harbor and skywalk to convention center was also great. Wish the hotel had free wi-fi in your rooms. It was $8-12/hour which is just crazy, when you could go downstairs and use it for free for 45 minutes in their special room. The location of the Sheraton is great. We were downtown for the auto show during the day and celebrating our anniversary that night and it was walking distance for both the restaurant and the convention center. Rooms looked horrible and smelled of smoke. Me and my family had two rooms and were moved twice because the rooms conditions smelled of smoke and furniture paint. This hotel really needs a new make over with some new furniture and wall paper. If i had to stay in Baltimore again i wouldn't stay here.

The menu for room service is limited and the price is to expensisve for the items that you have available. The food was not hot when it arrived and the portion size was small. When your paying 50.00 bucks for dinner it should arrive hot and tasty.

The room was small, noisy (street noises, mostly), the tv didn't work, and the in-hotel dining options are CRAZY expensive. We had a great stay 12-2 to 12-3. The staff was extremely pleasent and helpful. Our TV remote was not working and a replacement was brought to our room within 5 minutes; along with two bathrobes! We had a few drinks and burgers at the bar after the game and although a little expensive, everything was great. This hotel was in a perfect location. Just off the exit, and right next to all tourist destinations (National Aquarium, Harbor, Maritime Museum, Shopping, Restaurants, Bountiful Parking). The only downside was the thin walls. I was able to hear the conversation of my neighbors all night long.

The rooms are a bit aged. Air conditioning very loud when clicking on/off...would wake me up at night. It had been worked on many times by the look of the messed up screws on the service cover.

The only complaint I have is the "stadium view" is non existent! We assumed we would be able to actually see Camden Stadium but could not see it at all. After being moved from the first room because of lack of view, the 2nd room did not have a view either. I dont think that a stadium view actually exists!

Besides the room being below cleanliness standards, the lounge staff consistantly made errors in making change in their favor. Staff also more interested in chatting with each other and watching football than doing their job. Not encouraging for repeat business.

I went to watch the Baltimore O's vs NY Yankee on September 6, 2012. I also booked a shuttle bus but was unable to call to make my reservation. I ended up calling the hotel the day before and they were able to make reservations for me and made arrangements for me to check-in early. When I arrived everyone greeting me with a smile and the staff was very […] professional. My room was upgraded (king bed) at no additional cost. The room was clean and updated. The only negitive I noticed was the furniture was a little dinged up. The hotel is only two blocks from Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium. I used the skywalk to get around and never needed a cab. This couldn't have been in a better location to enjoy the Grand Prix, only wish the staff was better prepared to handle our call for directions since so many of the roads were blocked off. We have a great stay overall.

I stayed here on 8/11 and my stay was OK, the hotel itself is very nice. It's close to the Inner Harbor which was great, however the price for breakfast at the hotel restaurant was way over priced and the coffee was terrible.

I realize the Sheraton Inner Harbour is an older property, but nevertheless I was disappointed by my stay there, especially after staying at a newer Sheraton in northern Virginia the night before. The room was cramped. The view was of a parking deck, with Camden Yard in the background. I could hear my neighbors through the thin walls (that's […] another story). The parking attendant yelled at me when I approached the parking garage from the wrong alley. The elevator area on the garage's top floor had a bad smell. The front desk clerk didnt seem to grasp the concept that I was late for a wedding. Cant argue with the location, which provided the chance to take a nice walk in the morning. But I would not return. We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Inner Harbor in Baltimore , Maryland . We were alowed to check in early and the staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful . I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it highly . Visit Fort McHenry while in Baltimore , excellent historical site . Parts of it brought me goose bumps and chills .

I reserved and paid for a room for three. When I arrived I found my room had only one bed. When I called the front desk, I was told I would be put on a waiting list for a roll-away. Two nights cost more that the three round-trip airline tickets, but someone had to sleep on the floor. I will not return.

OK. Paying $25 for parking is one thing. Having to pay for wi-fi in the ro om is another. Bathroom sink was stopped up and slow draining. Lightbulb out. Not worth what we paid. We'll stay elsewhere next time.

Very noisy! My room was a king lock off (connecting door to the adjacent room). Sound from the family children next door telegraphed thru the door. Noise from the family on the other side traveled thru the aluminum window frame into my room. Other than noise, the facilities were great. Ask for a non-connecting room or a room at the end of the hall.
