The room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was pretty basic but adequate. It is located next to a Tony Roma's ribs/steak/chicken restaurant, which is a plus.

Hotel is in poor repair -in the room (ripped wall paper and curtains) and out (crumbling steps). Location near the highway would be convenient if you just want to crash for a night on your way to somewhere else but there is a significant drive to town. There is a large heated indoor pool which looked very inviting but noone used it.

this place was kinda gross. there was a stain on my blanket and the bathroom sink had stains. it didn't seem like a chain hotel--more like a run down motel. also the smoking rooms are located on the way to other rooms that it smelled disgusting in the hallway. for the price i paid, i should have looked for an other spot near by.

Very dated hotel. Overall appearance of the hotel is run down; however, bed was comfortable. Smoke smell throughout hallways. Business center was convienent. I have stayed here multiple times over the years but do not think I will return. There are better options for just a little more money.

Stay was booked at last minute & disappointed that the room booked was to be a double queen suite on second floor, however, upon arrival, it was unavailable so we were given a double w/full beds on ground level where entry had scaffolding and viewed parking lot, bathroom etc. much smaller than photos for the suite style. Staff friendly, lobby & public […] areas were well maintained & while construction was underway, our older room was clean & nicely appointed despite being "worn" & not yet updated. Said it wasn't their fault. I asked for a manager, she said he wouldn't be in until after 9am the next day. I did finagle a free breakfast out of the problem, but was very […] unhappy. This is not exactly a hotel -- more like a motel with a big lobby and a restaurant. The place overall is shabby and worn. There were cigarette burns in the carpet, ripped wallpaper and hair in the sink from the previous occupant. We were stuck next to an unhappy child "Joshua" in a kitchenette suite with his large family. The tiles on the stairs were broken, the carpets are disgustingly dirty, the wall paper is peeling, the sink was cracked and rusting, the paint was peeling, the pool tiles were very dirty, and the second floor reeked of smoke. IN LAST COUPLE OF MONTH I WAS TRAVELING OFTEN TO LONDON STAYING AT DIFFERENT HOTELS AND I FOUND THAT RAMADA HOTEL WAS THE BEST HOTEL SO FAR. RAMADA HAS THE SAME PRICE AS THE OTHER HOTELS BUT BETTER QUALITY. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I STAYED HERE AT RAMADA HOTEL !

I booked a King sized bed in a smoking room. When I got there they had given my room away or the people stayed an extra night and had to stay in a room with 2 doubles in it. I was not impressed at all.

This hotel smelled like smokes all over the place. Free beer was nice surprise, but upkeep was terrible. Pool was closed due to broken filter the day before, claimed the staff. But one wonders if that's the truth after seeing the fitness room with no towels, no water cups and a disconnected TV. Lots of room for improvement.
