Great Room at a great price! Very friendly staff. 37' LCD FLAT SCREEN TV in the room! Rooms and hotel were very fashionable and everything was perfectly clean. There was even a little store to by food and supplies in the lobby. The breakfast spread was amazing. Waffles, eggs, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, and even bagels! What a breakfast for free! Free Wifi in the rooms. Beds were even pillow tops! Super close to convention center and airport. Needless to say it was awesome.

"Noisy!"

Was up past midnight from the noise in the hallway. Called the front desk three times without any satisfaction. Miserable night on the first floor near some meeting room where a family reunion was happening. The noise was ridiculous!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were comfortable - complete with wireless internet, flat screen tv, and a refrigerator. The staff was friendly, the complimentary breakfast commendable, and the location superb for anyone coming from/going to the airport. I would definitely go back.

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and pleasant, she even printed my boarding pass for me when the guest computer wouldn't print. The bed was great, the noise level was what you would expect from a hotel. The floors were shiny in the lobby and the furnishings were nice and not worn. I will stay again.

We reserved a suite and was nice to have a sitting area separate from the bedroom. The flat screen TV was a nice updated feature. The shower had great water pressure and the shower head was positioned for "tall" people so you didn't have to bend over to wash your hair....

(1) The only ice machine in the building is on the main floor, which was very inconvenient. (2) There were no coke machines in the building. Rather, they had a "store" on the bottom floor from which you could purchase (overpriced) soft drinks. I'm not a fan of this practice, as it adds time and cost to the purchase of something that ought to be readily available. Other than than, no problems.

Fairfield employees upon arrival and thru the stay were wonderful. Hotel entrance and check in room were very clean. Room was very nice and very comfortable, well stocked and very clean. Breakfast selection was great and plentiful. Shuttle driver was just wonderful and curtious.

Booking this hotel for the price we were a little concerned of what we would be getting. What a great team of employees that helped us with all of our needs including shuttle to and from the hotel. The room was spectacular very clean the beds are awesome. We have another trip coming very soon and we will be using the same hotel.

Rooms were very clean, very close to airport but not so close you could hear any airplanes. Food was excellent but not enough room for sitting down if you get there past 8 in the morning. Has a great inside pool,hot tub and exercise room. No places to eat real close but several within 3-4 miles. Overall great experience and would stay there again for sure.

The room we stayed in was spacious, well designed. The bed was absolutely wonderful and soft. There was an awesome flat panel TV in the room and a good selection of channels. The pool was a little small, only in that it wasn't very deep. The desk which was in the room was very helpful and gave a nice area to work in. The bathroom was spacious as was the shower. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you are staying overnight or for the weekend or even a longer stay I would suggest this hotel.

We came in late on a flight to KCI (a little before midnight) the room was very clean, very comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Wish we would have stayed more than one night. We were thinking "oh another hotel close to the airport", but it was much nicer than expected. We would stay there again any time we visit KC or fly in to KCI!

I stayed in the Fairfield because I like the hotel chain and their price was more reasonable then the hotel my business seminar was located. Not only did the shuttle pick me up from the airport, but also ( when available) the shuttle took me to the other hotel each day & pick me up. Also I could use the shuttle service to go out to eat! It was such a help to not need a rental car or have to walk to these locations! I'm very grateful and impressed with this extraordinary service!

This is a newly remodeled hotel and it shows! Very nice. I truly felt like I was staying in a luxory hotel. The only suggestion that I would have for this hotel is that they might want to turn the temperature of the pool up in the winter time. I had my 2 yr old daughter with me this trip and the pool was just too cold for her to enjoy. A big disappointment for a 2 yr old!

I said at this hotel 2 nights for business. They have recently remodeled and everything was very clean and fresh. Great breakfast choices and comfy bed. This would be a very convenient hotel for those traveling by air, however, I drove in and my meetings were in the hotel so I had to leave for lunch. There were not any resteraunts nearby, so I had to drive about 10 minutes. Not a HUGE problem, so overall a very nice stay.

Even though this hotel was in the middle of total renovations, we did not hear one noise associated with that. It was very clean and the service was wonderful. We were attending an event at the KCI Expo across the street and this was very convenient.

"Won't stay there on my next trip"

I received two sets of keys for my first room that didn't work. It was 1:00 am and I had to lug my luggage up and down several times to receive "new keys" The third time I was given keys to an occupied room. Luckily no one was around when we walked into their room. It took nearly an hour to get a room with keys that worked.

The room was very comfortable for one or two people. It's great for an overnight stay on your way to another destination because you have the complimentary shuttle that will take you to the airport quick and easy. It can also take you to other places to eat if you don't have a car. The staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast is great because it has a little bit of everything. My only concern is that the walls are too thin and I could hear the person next to my room snore. Appart from this it was a very comfortable stay for the price of the room.
