Rates were GREAT! Location was even better. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast... was delicious....definitely beats the usual cold bagels and muffins. The biggest problem with this Hotel is the lack of 'Transparency' to the fact it has NO SHUTTLE BUS SERVICES to Denver Int'l Airport!. The cost for alternative transportation increased my cost to stay overnight. SUPER SHUTTLE charged me: $20 to my Hotel and $20 back to the Airport. That increased my Hotel cost by $40!!! I shall never use this Hotel […] again, unless it obtains Shuttle bus services. It has taught me to 'call' any future Hotel, inquiring if they have Shuttle bus services...to and from the Airport (if I'm flying). Other than that, my stay was fine [air conditioner not working] . Friendliest hotel in Denver. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean as was the whole hotel. Looks like its less than a year old. Was a little out of the way for downtown but was well worth it. Will stay here every time i go to Denver from now on.

Good location for the price. The major problem was hot Spring weather & the AC was not working. It made it very hard to sleep as heavy curtains blocked openable windows. The front desk took many complaints but the hotel did nothing to fix it.

Easy access from I70, stay to right on Quebec St. Building is older, could use some updating, but room was nicely appointed and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. We stayed there for one night prior, the rooms are fine nothing over the top but nice. The bed is firm but not the most uncomfortable. The best thing about this hotel is the service! Everyone that I interacted with was awesome! From our front desk check in to our departure. But the best was the middle of the night front desk & shuttle driver, at 2:30am […] we were awakened by very strong cigarette smoke. Very nice hotel. Everything was great. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and had everything I might need. The neighborhood was excellent. Large shopping complex just across the street and just a few minutes from downtown. I would highly recommend this property.

Checked in at 3:00 a.m. after a delayed flight from NYC. There was a big snow storm in Denver which delayed our check in on top of the flight delay. When we arrived at the hotel the desk clerk informed me that we would have to wait approx. 35 minutes, I told him that was unacceptable. He said he was in the middle of his "audit" and also made a comment […] about what time were checking in. I told him about our flight delay, the obvious snow storm and his only comment was "he had a job to do". Needless to say customer service was non-existent. We got into our room at about 3:40 a.m. At 8:45 housekeeping was banging on the door to see if we were still there!! Check-out wasn't till noon! The room was clean but the bedding was completely wrinkled on one bed and the sheets completely wrinkled on the other. I WILL NOT STAY there again and WILL NOT recommend to anyone. There are far better choices in close proximity to the airport than the Best Western Plus. They should change the name to Worst Western Minus, that would be more appropriate. Read more

Staff was amazing, rooms were super clean & super quiet. It's not the Ritz, but for the price, you more than get your money's worth. I will definitely stay here again.

My mom and I stayed 2 nights while visiting Denver. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the hotel was decent. It is an older hotel with some upgrades. Rooms were clean. The lock on the door to our room malfunctioned, so we had to be moved to another room. Everything was very nice. And I would certainly stay here again. They have this weird EconoCard thing that you have to use for the AC/Heat - was pretty neat and I enjoy when hotels do their part toward reducing a carbon footprint.

Modern, large rooms. Comfortable king size bed. Nice hot breakfast. Great location just off of route 70 which was convenient for us as we were only staying the night before our departure. Within 15-20 of airport.

Hotel staff is not helpful at all. Room service didnot left bath towels in room , when i called front desk , front desk told me to come at front desk and pick up bath towel if i want , she cannot deliver to room because she is by her self. This was saturday and this is a 150 to 200 room busy hotel.

Our room at the Best Western was clean and up-to-date. The housecleaning staff did a good job of refreshing and restocking our room for our return from the hospital each afternoon. They have a friendly and accommodating front desk staff, and their complimentary breakfast is wonderful!
