I am glad you asked me to rate this hotel. I actually cant believe that Hotels.com offers this property!! The property (carpets in all hall ways) are quite dirty. The room layouts are very awkward and even in the realm of extended stay properties the service was neither informed or friendly. Finally: I did not realize that you could still operate a […] property that was not handicapped accessible. The 2nd and 3rd floors are only accessible by narrow and dimly lit stairwells. The stairwells are interior so not visible to the main floors and the stairwells are not even continuous so you have to walk up or down on floor go into the hall down the hallway to get to the continuing staircase. We requested a non-smoking room, and the hallway and the room were filled with smoke. There are three floors and no elevator. No handicapped acess. We did not stay beause the room was so filthy. We were charged for two nights, even though we left before staying in the room. We ended up at the LaQuinta down the street, and it was very nice.

the staff was very friendly...however when i got there they didn't have a room ready. the manager had to go check two or three rooms before finding one i could stay in. the hall smelled of cigarette smoke and even though i booked a non smoking room the room smelled as well. i will not stay there again.

The location was great. The bathroom was poorly cleaned. Needed to go out and purchase cleaning supplies to do it myself. The room had a heavy smell of of stale cigarette smoke, the curtains and carpet was very dirty. I did not feel comfortable taking off my shoes. Very close to shops, interstate, etc. Not in a housing area so not a lot of traffic . The floor plan of the hotel itself was a bit weird with getting from one floor to the next but I could stay here again.

Hotel price and room size size was great.. There was a bad musty smell throught the hallways... Room smell was ok but as we opened the sofa bed there was and old dried baby wipe and a few other small trash and the blanket that was in the closet had a stain on it and didn't look clean.. Even though this is an extended stay hotel, I think it is more known around the community there as low income housing. There was fighting in the hall late at night, banging on doors early in the morning. It was about 35 degrees out the only night I stayed there (I was booked for the week but checked out the next morning) I did not have heat. There are no words. The woman who checked me in went above and beyond but the hotel rooms were DIRTY. There was mildew under the bedspread, the carpet was stained and filthy, the walls had dirt on them and looked like they had not been wiped down in awhile. The doors and cabinets had smudges and the showers were filthy along with the shower curtain; […] all of which could be seen with the naked eye. Clearly housekeeping is not monitored. When there is advertisement for a smoke free room, this should be isolated to the entire floor not specific rooms. The hallway was overwhelming with the smell of cigarette smoke. This needs to better controlled.

I stayed for 4 nights in May 2011 and the room was large and comfortable with a full kitchen! I would definitely stay at this extended stay hotel again! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean but not stocked. Didn't have hardley any of the things it was suppose to have. Shampoo, coffe maker, etc.. People were nice at the desk. Heat unit kept going off and on. Couldn't keep the fan going so I woke up every time it came on. The noise was to drastic

For the most part, Studio Plus was fairly clean, except for the noisy refrigerator. Since Bed bugs have been an issue across the country for ALOT of other places...I am now concerned about the cleanliness of hotels, so I did not sleep between the sheets. Rather, on top, with my own blanket and pillow (not sure if that would have helped in any case). […] But looking at some of the unsavory-looking characters that were there, I would think twice about staying in the future. Ran into a man with a beer in his hand, while climbing the stairs to the third floor. Didn't even offer to hold open the door, as I was hauling up my suitcase. I'm not old (60), but I have had back issues due to a car accident. I guess non-smoking is only available on the top floor. For travellers with kids...Listen Up...In Hotels, be aware that the walls are thin. Take them outside, if they want to play and talk loudly. Not bad room for the price, but the hotel and the hallways had a horrible smell. The smell lasted my whole stay so I don't know if the smell is a long lasting thing or what.

To start out, I plan on staying there again when I have work in Greensboro again. The room had a kitchen and full size frig, the bed was weak and very squeaky not very comfortable. The room had a new big screen TV and High Speed Internet.
