It took a long time to get me in the carrect room. They had me down for a studio when i paid for a deluxe!!! Finially when i got in room there wasnt any towls!!! Thanks to the nice pregnant lady working the desk who was very helpful. the entire night someone was running down hall an slamming doors!!!!! HORRIBLE NIGHT...

our reservation with them was mishandled, the check in lady was not friendly at all, the continental breakfast is actually "grab and go" coffee/hot water and pre-packaged muffins or breakfast bars/instant oatmeal. When you come out to the breakfast area from the hallway to your room you get locked out of the hallway. I had left my phone and room card in the room with my wife and there was no attendant at the registration desk. Meanwhile there was a guy at the front door watching me, banging to be let in while I was trapped in the tiny lobby/breakfast area. Internet connection was horrible when it worked at all

My boyfriend and I decided to come to St. Louis because we were tired of going to Chicago all the time. Extended Stay was better than I expected! The room is really homey, and provides you with everything you need to be comfortable while you're staying there. The staff is very friendly, especially Tony! I would recommend it.

They staff was extremely courteous! The room was adequately clean and very comfortable. However, the walls were paper thin and there was approximately a 1/2 gap under the door. We heard every thing going on in the hall and the rooms around us. The location is kind of hard to get to but perhaps assisted in the lack of traffic noise. Would I stay here again, probably not, but it sufficed for this trip.

The front desk clerk Jasmine was very kind and friendly. However I was expecting the hotel to be a little more cleaner. The bedsheets had cigarettes holes in it. It worked for what I had going on at the time. Im willing to come and stay again to give it another try.

It was not a very clean hotel room. The Kitchenette came in handy and that was clean but the couch and pull out bed were dirty and had holes in it. The room smelled. And the carpet was dirty. There wasn't enough light in the room. But I guess the price was appropriate for the room.

The hotel is nice but the administration of it needs a change. Clerk at desk was slow and allowed a bunch of kids who didn't look like they were guest to be loud in the office area. Then got to the room and the bathroom door was locked! We called, the clerk didn't come, I found a pin to open it myself, called the desk and she was still there. No sense of urgency to book this hotel again.

First of all it was suppose to be a nonsmoking room ...but clearly someone had been snoking in it... probably chain smoking. The bedding looked old and ratty and it did not smell clean. There was a comfortable looking chair that was terribly stained.

There weren't many choices in the area of St Louis where we were needing to stay. The hotel was satisfactory. The lobby area was being remodeled; messy. The room was clean and met our needs.

I asked for a non smoking room , and when i got to the room the room smelled horrible. It smelled like smoke, the bathroom was really dirty and i was not given any towels, and when i went to ask for them , he gave me them all bundled up not even folded and when i check them out they were extremely dirty. Turned on the tv and you couldn't even see a picture, and upon breakfast time all there was to eat was a muffin. Thats it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

When I first arrived, I went to the room that I was assigned to. I walked in and it was very clearly not cleaned from the last guest. There was trash everywhere. I went back to the desk and requested a different room. The girl said, "I know for sure this room is clean because some of us had to stay here last night because of the weather." I went to the non-smoking room, and it reeked of cigarette smoke. I checked the outside plate and it was a non-smoking room. I'm a smoker but the smell was just way too much! The hotel definitely needs some upgrading. There are stains on the walls, carpet, and in the bathroom. I wasn't expecting a 5-star hotel because this place is way cheap, but I was at least hoping that I wouldn't get a communicable disease from staying here. The only good things I can say about the hotel is that the wifi is great. I have had no issues with connectivity that I was expecting. The location is also wonderful as it is by a gas station and close to the interstate. There is an extended stay closer to the interstate that looks much nicer, and I wish I would have stayed there instead. I will not be visiting again.

The blankets had all kinds of hair all over it. When we asked for more blankets and explained, they were still the same way. Sink and toilet leaked. The hotel is close to the highway though and has a gas station in the parking lot which is convenient. Definitely needs some renovation but it was a comfortable bed for the night

Remember, you get what you pay for. We stayed here 1 night to see a Rams game. Never again. My "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpets were disgusting, the shower was stained and dirty. There was hair in the shower, on the toilet, and on the bed. The "comforter" had a tint of yellow like it was stained from cigarette smoke. I thought this was a nicer part of town to get away from the busy downtown scene, area was nice this place sucked.

My family and I booked into this hotel after the other Westport Extended Stay failed to provide the room that I booked. This hotel is a conversion from another hotel and its need for upgrade and renovation is showing. It was discussed with the hotel manager that these upgrades were coming soon, but for a temporary lodging facility, it is well worth it for the price point.

This was the most disgusting place to stay. Check in to a nice lobby, walked through two doors to get to the bate and switch motel. Dingy, dirty, stinky carpets, yellowed wallpaper, pubic hairs on the bathtub ledges. Water stained cushioned chair on the corner. Ok outdated and dirty; you get the picture. Then laying in the bed, fully clothed cause I really didn't want to touch anything, contemplating if we should stay at our low budget family emergency travel decision. Mind you, it's midnight. I saw fleas! On the bed! Yes fleas! Room 302 people! Needless to say, that made the decision. Went to the front desk with bags in hand. The lady seem unemotional and not surprised. No refund since I booked with Hotwire (another review I have to write). Do not stay here unless you want fleas.

Unfortunately zero stars isn't an option! Had reservations for 4 nights. Left in under 4 hours for another hotel. Service was horrible. Halls and stairways were filled with garbage, dirt and smelled like someone died in there. The room was worse! Lights kept flickering. Found bugs in the room. Drawer edges had crumbs and other things cached on them. Curtains and bed were nasty. Pull outbed had food cached into the mattress. Entry doors kept sticking to get in and out. Fridge looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Told the front desk who said he'd clean it all up at 4pm since housekeeping was gone already(obviously housekeeping doesn't empty garbage out of the hallways before they leave) Returned to room at 7 to find not only was room not cleaned but more things were noticed and more lights in the room flicking on and off for no apparent reason. Tried getting him to set us up at a different extended stay down the road. He refused, even though I was told by their corporate reservation department on the phone that he could do that. Instead he cancelled the room for us but my credit card still had a hold on the funds. Took 2 days, countless emails, phone calls and being hung up on multiple times before I found one lady at the location who released t be hold on the credit card. Left 5 voicemails for the guest relations director and sent her emails that as of today still haven't been returned. I guess the problems start at the top and filter to the location. Luckily the area is great to visit and we found a top notch hotel to stay at that was reasonable prices and CLEAN! Best advice is stay away from this place unless you like dirt, bugs, weird smells, garbage everywhere and rude customer service.

Ashes all over the room, dirty towels, broken furniture and smell you can only find in a dumpster. Booked this as a non-smoking room, there were cigarette ashes on the bedstand, the floors in the kitchen and bathroom. Recliner was broken, toilet wasn't attached to the floor, counter in the kitchen was busted. Awful experience.

My husband and I implore you AVOID at all cost. Bugs in the room, shattered alarm clocks, nasty kitchens, horrible smells, trash overflowing in the hallways. I was more comfortable in a Super 8. NEVER AGAIN! DISGUSTING!

Drove by to check out the hotel for a possible extended stay. The front desk staff was rude and mouthy. Didn't feel like they cared about their job or the potential guest. The units only have queen size beds. The units are dated. Just didn't care for the feel of this place. Chose to leave and not check in.

Very dirty rooms (hair in stained towels, popcorn on dresser, mold plus I-don't-know-what in bathroom, dusty, etc). Furnishings looked like they had come from a garage sale. Staff was nice & tried to help. No one to talk to at check-out. Really a horrible hotel.
