The stay could of been better. It was grant it Derby Weekend but the furniture was very outdated and stained. It smelled like feet throughout the hallway. The staff was exceptionally nice just the comfort level sucked.

Entrance to building was dirty, mud all over the place. Despite asking for non smoking room the moment my son and I enter the room , immediately noted somebody was smoking prior. Not even opening the window which by they way had NO screen helped. Bed noted to have black pieces of threads likely from prior guest. My bed had hair inside it from top to bottom. When complained to the staff they only refunded $10 and gave me new sheets to make my bed. The floors were filthy, with dark spots all around I wouldn't even let my kids take their shoes off. I loved extended stay. my only wish is that they had a bath tub in my room instead of just a shower. But the shower was so big and the bed was so comfortable, I quickly got over it. It was sooooooo relaxing!

My choice was based mainly on price. I got what I paid for. There were large pieces of grit on the floor. There were very few kitchen utensils in this "self care" facility. The staff was friendly and helpful under the circumstances. A guest had left food on the stove leading to a room full of smoke, the fire department coming (gone when I arrived), […] and a concerted effort to clean up the mess. This room was is terrible condition...the commode had NOT been cleaned (yuck!!), there was some nasty looking hunk in the tub drain. It was all I needed, except there was not a breakfast. The neighborhood was nice as I went on a 4-mile run in the morning. The attendant was waiting for me with papers filled out after I called to let them know I would arrive later than I thought.

We reserved a non smoking room and your eyes started watering upon entering our smoking room. The staff had not even tried to cover up the smell. I called the office but the lady that check us in stated that she did not have access to the computer and did not even know if there was another room to move us to. I requested that the manager call us the […] next day, which did not happen. Upon checking out the manager stated that the floor that we were on was non smoking but the floor below was smoking and that was why it smelled. The manager could not explain then why there were ash trays in our room and the dishwasher in the room. I would have given this property a zero if I could. Read more

My stay was alright. I don't know if I'd ever stay here again. When I first checked in, I didn't feel safe due to the congregation of men outside but they soon scattered. The carpets were stained. There was a hole in the wall and burn holes in the curtains. But my stay was very brief so I made it work.

This was one of the cheapest places I ever stayed in while visiting Louisville, but it showed. While everything was in acceptable condition, there were things you wouldn't see in other hotels. I had peeling wallpaper, a large patch of drywall mud that hadn't been painted, and the overhead light didn't work. But it was clean, and the appliances worked. […] While I was just there for two nights, for longer stays, this would be wonderful, as it had a kitchenette in it. However, I wasn't a fan of the heater/AC being right next to the bed or the fact you couldn't watch TV from the couch since they sat right next to each other. But this hotel is in industrial park on hurstbourne lane, so there are several restaurants nearby, and downtown is a short drive away. This hotel had some strange odors in it. We had to be on the ground floor which I did not like. The amenities were few. No shampoo (I did go request shampoo and conditioner and the clerk found shampoo) lotion or anything that might help someone that had flown in.

I would stay again, i have stayed in a lot worse!!! Fairly priced- Maybe a little high for this type hotel. But for 50.00 what can you say, Ihave stayed in a lot of 100.00 and up hotels that were a lot worse. Resturants, shopping close by. Customer service was GREAT, nice young man on duty was very helpful.

The hotel itself was in decent shape. There had been some recent flooding and the stairwells had wet towels at the base of the doors to keep the water out. There may be some mold smell in the future. My main concern was the condition of the hotel staff person upon check in. She was twitchy and erratic, but managed to do her job. Overall it was a great hotel. Very nice and friendly staff, clean rooms, spacious rooms and a great feel of a home away from home. However, the rooms don't have many cable channels, which sucks if you're in the room for a few days and have nothing else to do.

I checked in around 8 p.m. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The lobby area was clean and nicely appointed. My room was clean and comfortable and about what I expected considering the room rate. But it did need some work. The toilet wasn't working so I had to fill the tank with water in order to flush the toilet and the drain in the sink wasn't […] working properly . Both were reported to the desk clerk the following morning. She, too, was very friendly. The hotel itself is in a good area of town. Not much in the way of entertainment or restaurants in the immediate vicinity but there are things to do within a couple of miles. It is a quiet area too and easily accessible from I-64.
