Room was clean. Service was good. Only complaint is that the temperature was difficult to rgulate in the room (set the thermastat at 70 degrees and it was much warmer than that). Best part of the hotel was the ROOFTOP POOL - definitely worth it!

Other than costing way too much this hotel suited our needs just fine. But it is the typical downtown hotel that nickles and dimes you to death. The staff was really friendly and the hotel was nice but probably not for the price.

We used this hotel for a couples staycation it was very clean, quiet, comfortable, and conviently located close to all the fun areas of downtown Denver, performing arts center, LoDo, sports venues, etc. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel, over all, was good. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly. My only complaint was the valet parking. The price wasn't the issue but the condition of my car when they returned it to me was. It was filthy. Apparently they were power washing the underground parking(where my car was stored/parked). You would think they would wash off the […] cars before they returned it to the owners. Just a quick rinse and I would have been happy. My car was dreadfully dirty after that. $30 a night plus tips for a filthy car. Big disappointment!!! The guys acted like they didn't know what happened. Generally very nice for the money. Close to shops, dining, ball parks. I was incorrectly charged for parking, which was readily removed, but I had to review and request this. Daily room attention (towels, making beds, etc) was missed, and we were only in the room for less than an hour during the day.

I had requested 2 double size beds. Upon arriving at the hotel the male employee told me that there were no more rooms available and that I would have to take a room with 1 king size bed. There were 3 kids and 2 adults in my party and they wanted us to sleep together. The male employee then tried to brush me off and sent me on my way and told me he […] would send me a double bed to my room. I got a twin size bed. I called to complain and was put on hold and could not get a hold of a manager. I went down again, for the 3rd time and surprisingly the female manager on duty was able to find a room with two double beds and a twin size bed brought in. We then received a notice under our door the following morning saying the the $18 movie we ordered would not be charged to us. We were charged for it a few days later. It was an okay hotel, only because of the poor service we got. The male employee of course blamed it on Expedia saying there was no guarantee on the room or type of room you get. Read more

Housekeeping constantly slammed doors making midday rest impossible. When discussed with hotel management, they promised to move us to one floor but then later moved us to a different floor with the same problem. Also, the new room had hair all over the bathroom. Very unclean, extremely rude. We will NEVER go back to this Westin.

Look no further. This hotel is 5 star. Not joking. If you are staying in Denver, trust me, the location is superb. The hotel is on the 16th Street Mall, and two blocks or so from Larimer Square, Performing Arts, and all the "stuff." Our hotel room, 16th floor, was sweet! Clean, great bed, lots of windows with one that even opens. Never saw our maids […] for three days but everyday the room was meticulously adorned. Hotel personnel were terrific, concierge helpful. Pictures shown on expedia was way too different on the actual. It didn't look that nice and pleasant in personal. I was expecting a classier hotel because it's a 4 star, but I felt like I was only in a 3 star hotel.

We visited from Chicago, and he got us last minute dinner reservations, even drew us a map of the city depicting the bars/clubs to visit that catered to us. The hotel is awesome, unfortunately the staff not so much. I gave the girl my card for incidentals upon check in. It was the only time it had been used in 5 months. The next day I started racking up chargess on it in Burnaby, British Columbia. About $587 before we got it stopped. Really? At the Westin??? DON'T STAY THERE!!!

The Westin is in a great location just off the 16th street mall. Friendly and polite staff and very responsive. The pool area was quite nice too. Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is really nice to because I was able to walk to everything which was important for me. The beds are really comfortable and very clean. Having a starbucks in the lobby also was a bonus! Staff was great and concierge Kevin was super helpful with all his recommendations.

I love this hotel and we had a great stay. The location of this hotel is perfect...so much to do that's walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff was great. Overnight parking is reasonable with a valet ticket from the front desk, and the work out facilities are above average. They have transformed a raquetball court into a basketball […] court and my 3 girls loved that since they are all basketball nuts.
