My daughter and I stayed there while visiting friends last weekend. Our room was very nice -- spacious enough, clean, and the beds were quite nice. My only complaint would be the very narrow escalator that gets you to the lobby. My rolling carry on bag, which is narrow, barely fit. Seems to have been poorly thought out.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was great.. Only complaints is having to pay for WiFi.. Really ?? That's crazy & $51 dollars for parking..crazy !Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Will never return to this hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed at this hotel this past weekend. It was beautiful! I can't say enough about this place. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless. The beds were so comfortable. The pillows and comforters were the best! We were on the 35th floor and the views were amazing. We didn't eat the at the Hotel. However, other dining options […] were just a small walk away. (Including Dunkin Donuts :) ) I would highly recommend this Hotel. It was great. The only thing I would remind travelers (I usually forget this since I don't live in the city or visit all that often) is that parking is NOT including with your room. We only stayed one night. (Arrived at 9 pm, left at 7 am). Parking in the hotel was an additional $51.00. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Our welcome was warm and friendly, and after my husband joined the Starwood plan, our room was upgraded to the 20th floor, which had fantastic views of the Back Bay area, and the Charles River. We would certainly return to the Hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice clean room friendly staff and $14.00 for internet and car parking $51 day ...this is single day cost ... Expensive tripGenuine Expedia guest review
The Westin Copley Place is perfectly located on Copley Square. The Green Line subway is one block away, and it's easy to walk downtown or to the Museum of Fine Arts. Rooms were good sized, in perfect condition, and we had great view from the 29th floor.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My wife and I spent three nights in a lovely room with a beautiful view of the Charles River. The room was spotless and nicely appointed. The lobby on the second floor was very comfortable and inviting. We had a very nice light dinner in the Huntington restaurant in the Hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very nice hotel central to everything"
Nice place to stay, secure, and mostly friendly staff. The only complaint I would have is that they charge $15/day for internet which is ridiculous at the rates they charge. However, many of their guests are travelling on an expense account. Overall, great experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel close to many of the sites to see."
This is a very nice hotel, maybe a little pricy but still very nice and very comfortable. There are great restaurants close by and many of the historical sites are near by.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not worth the extra $$"
While this hotel in convenient to the theater district and a short walk to Boston Common and Quincy Market, it is attached to the Prudential Center Mall and other hotels such as the Mariott and Sheraton, so you might as well stay at those, as they are about $50-$100 a night cheaper, for basically the same experience.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hard to beat"
Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Kyle at the front desk was amazingly helpful from checking us in to our beautiful corner suite to recommendations on where to eat, drink, walk. Really don't think I'd stay anywhere else in Boston from now on.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Large Room - No Space"
We had a wonderful, large room with the most fantastic views but there was absolutely no room to put any of our clothes. There were 3 of us and about a total of 3 very thin drawers. If you wanted to use the closet there was no light so it was really dark. Like I said the room was very large but the furniture was positioned in such an odd way that if […] you were to sit on any of the couches or chairs you could not see the tv. Only if you were on the bed could you see the tv. Just didn't make any sense to me for a hotel of this caliber. Also very long wait to check in on Friday night. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Maid ignores do not disturb."
Hotel is great, location is great. Maid staff is horrible. Walked in, with do not disturb sign on door, every day I was there.Genuine Expedia guest review
Great location. Bathtub for showering was slippery because of small foot area and rounded bottom and not good. Check in was VERY slow. I would stay there againGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Beautiful view, very well located"

"Upgraded room was huge!"
As Starwood Preferred members, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a jr. suite that was huge and had a lovely view of Boston. This hotel is conveniently located near our daughter's condo and lots of shops. Even though it's a very large hotel and we usually stay in boutique properties, we were very pleased overall. We'll be back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect Location & View"
Stayed on 35th floor with River View - best view of the city! Super close to everything - Bolyston, Newbury Street, Prudential Center, Copley Shops, etc. And only 1 mile from Fenway Park. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Car rental location below lobby was super convenient. Only con: breakfast buffet was a little overpriced.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Geat location, nice ammenities"
I recently stayed at the Westin Copley Place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were lots of great ammenities and the location couldn't be better - attached to the mall and close to the T as well as museums and historic landmarks. I had a suite in the corner on the 9th floor and the room was large with nice appointments. The lighting in […] the bathroom could definitely be improved, it was very hard to see what I was doing - I felt like I was showering in the dark. I really did like the option of deferring room service to be "green" for a $5 food voucher . However, I didn't sign up for this the first day and by the time I came back to my room at 4pm housekeeping hadn't gotten there yet. Not sure what was taking so long...Overall I would return and enjoyed my stay. Thanks Westin! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
We stayed one brief night, but found it to be a very good experience. Quiet, clean room, comfortble bed.Genuine Expedia guest review

I travel often and I thought my weekend stay at the Westin was outstanding in all elements of travel and comfort. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Boston. The staff and lounges were exceptional.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Room service needs to figure it out. Promised everything in 30, it arrived after a phone call in 60. Cold. Food would have been great if it was at least room temperature! Great location, other than room service...great place!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Solid choice for Back Bay Stay"
Friendly staff, great locationGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Entrance very unimpressive having to use an escalator to get to the lobby. Lobby was dark and tired Check in desk understaffed. Price, value, location, room, staff all great. I would definitely recommend it for business travel more than family/leisureGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Excellent- were able to accommodate early check in- thank you so muchGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great downtown location"
Nice place. Well connected to area by concourses over the streets. Would stay there again. Great service but could have had a bit more info about connected concourses instead of learning the hard way.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fabulous hotel, right in the perfect location"
