A After you have booked your hotel with hotels.com and completed your stay, you can submit a guest review in several ways. You will need to know your booking number, which can be found on the confirmation email sent to you a few days before your stay or by calling customer care at 800-2-HOTELS (800-246-8357), 24-hours a day.
